Went here for the first time today and they were wonderful! A friend had recommended them and she was spot on. I had SNS nails and they look AMAZING. My technician was name either Jan or Jane and she was wonderful!! Very professional, friendly and clean. I will definitely being going back. Thanks again Jan/Jane for doing such an amazing job!

I just got my nails done for the first time in years. I was very impressed with Jason Nguyen work! I showed him my request and he nailed it ! I was very relaxed and enjoyed the environment! I highly recommend him for a full set! You wont be disappointed

Ive never been disappointed and theyve never attempted to swindle me. Prices are fair market rate, but I would be willing to pay 15% to 20% more given the quality and value of their work. So I tip more generously to pay them what they are worth.

I just visited this place on Thursday to get my nails done for my bday,I also took my 16 year old daughter along.We were serviced by Tommy I think his name was,we both got full sets with gel and pedicures with gel.I paid $251 and our nails and feet are horrible.The job was very rushed.Our nails are lumpy,uneven,no real shape to them, paint job messy and not thorough,they are already lifting and look as if I need a fill in and lets not even mention the design.And these are my nails for my bday.Will not go back.

Ive been going here for years and have always had a good experience and never had any problems until this week. The tech pulled a little too hard on my cuticle making it bleed. He sanitized it and then continued painting my nails. The problem is that it continued bleeding and he just painted right over the blood. He dipped the brush back into the bottle several times with blood on it. Although I dont have anything that could be spread, you never know if you are dealing with someone who may have a transmittable disease. This is a major health violation and I will not be going back and would not suggest anyone else go here. Not to mention, before I left he did not give me all my change back. He kept $12 extra for a $23 job. I wish I had said something but honestly I was upset and in a rush to leave and didnt notice until I had left.

Came in for a fill in at 5:57 pm. The place closes at 7. There is a closing time for a reason. That’s when you stop taking guest. And I understand if I came 10 minutes before they close but it was over a hour before and they would not take me.

The woman who did my nails was nice but I feel like she rushed through my nails because I refused the powder that she wanted to use. It did not feel welcoming walking in, Im assuming they only really greet regulars. Reasonably priced just not good customer service

I went there for years and saw Helen, but shes gone now. On a recommendation, I asked for Kim who had also there for some years. The manager said OK and we set an appointment. When I got there, a young woman, also named Kim, started my pedicure. Hmmm... While we chatted some, I casually asked her how long she had been there . She said six months.Uh oh! But I decided to go thru with it. That was a week ago. Now I have three toes with injury to my cuticles to the point I can barely touch the nail beds. One could be infected. Buyer beware...!

Amazing! Great experience, the man working on my nails was very experienced, very gentle. I got a full set of acrylics with silver polish for a straight $30 and I cannot stop looking at them. Very friendly, clean 10/10 recommend.

Been there before, but was very disappointed this time. Had mani/pedi. Pedicure was cursory, even though I asked forspa pedicure. Three days later I have two nails that completely peeled off and numerous little chips. I tipped because it was the right thing to do...but sorry now I dropped so much money for a so-so job.

Bruce was very pleasant and professional. He did an amazing job with my nails. I will gladly visit again and be sure to ask for him the next time I next my nails done when Im in town.

Although this place looks nice on the inside the prices need to be posted for everything that they offer! All polish excluding the gel polish are on one rack; no priced posted mind you; I pick a color and Im instantly hit with that polish is 3 dollars more thats 3 dollars extra for my hands and three dollars for my feet. Why I ask, because it has a silver top and its more expensive the lady says. Different priced polish needs to be separated. She proceeds to get up to find a cheaper polish, but I did not ask for, that did not remotely look the same. She gave me one price for a fill in, when it was completed the price was different.The nail tech rushed through my nails leaving gel on my nails from my previous set, my nails look lumpy and Im not satisfied with the service I received. Not to mention they didnt ask what type of pedicure I wanted and the price for what they did was outrageous. I would not recommend this shop unless you are only worried about decor.

I went the first time and got a pedicure and Acrylic tips on. I was happy with them because he got the length I liked, and they looked good. 3 days later. They looked horrible! Lifting bad. So, I go back in within about a week.. to get them “filled in” the tech even asked where I got them done, after telling him I just got them on. I tell him. He finished and you could see lines where they had lifted before..again after 3 or so days..they looked bad. It’s been one week today, and they look as if I’ve had them last filled a month ago. I’ll never go back.. although everyone was friendly. I paid and left. I just won’t go back.

Fail to tell you they dont take credit cards on Sunday. If you are new they are rude . So for regular customers its fine but other they are not pleasant.

I was in there just recently and was so DISAPPOINTED! My nails are not evenly filed, as I discovered the other day, and the person that did my nails cut my cuticle too close on my pinky finger on my left hand and now its throbbing. I told this person that I have arthritis in my middle left-hand finger and to please be careful because its very sore, and it made no difference!! He was rough and kept pressing down and twisting my sore finger. My first experience having my nails done there was very good. But as I returned the next few times, I noticed they were not as detailed-oriented and friendly, and I felt they were rushing me through to accommodate their regulars. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! UPDATE. After less than two week of having my nails done at this salon, they have chipped and all of the top coat of my SNS coating has completely peeled off, leaving my nails very rough and they look awful now!!

Came at about 45 minutes before closing traffic was heavy and was told that they didn’t have anybody only because they didn’t want to take another person but three people came from the back they are liars and that is a lack of customer service and you will loose clients but I have been going there three years

Every time I pick a gel color they are always out of it. There aren’t many gel colors to choose from, so finding that I had to pick 5 different colors because they were “out” of the first 4 colors I chose is crazy. If you’re out of the color, take it off the choices or order more.Prices are a little pricey, but they always do a good job on my nails.

I used to come here alot until my favorite person Hannah ended up leaving and have not been back since. I started going to Nova Nails which are alot more friendly and super nice! Yesterday I was in a hurry and decided to stop back by here just to see if Hannah had came back but I did not see her. I asked Jason if they could do my sns refill at like 5:50pm which they dont even close until 7pm. Which I never got a clear definite answer and made me feel so unwanted and so uncomfortable in front of all the other clients that were sitting there getting their nails done. So terrible after all the money I spent with them. I was going here for over a year and a half. I will never walk back in there shop ever again.

Very disappointed! I went in for a deluxe tropical spa pedicure and SNS/ powder manicure. My pedicure was mediocre for the expensive price and my fingernails chipped less than a week after my visit! I have never had SNS chip in my entire life. I have been to places (who charged me much less) and had my nails last 3 weeks or more. Tbh, I’ve had GEL last longer than this. $85 is way overpriced anyways for a mani pedi. They only charge like this bc they’re in Riverchase! Also my mom and I were there two hrs told them we needed to leave by 2 and they couldn’t get to her pedicure even though two techs were sitting there twirling their thumbs while she waited. We will not be back and don’t recommend them!

Possibly, racist. I walked in no one greeted and one female looked me my face. She and another guy started speaking their language. Additionally, a sign is posted that they dont accept credit cards.

I waited a hour and a half before anyone got to me, he only took off my nail polish and then I waited another 15 minutes before I got up to see if anyone was going to service me. There were two nail techs available during that time, it was like they were intentionally ignoring me.

Fast service, make sure you choose an experienced technician and you will not be disappointed! Open Sunday
