We waited without greeting at the front desk for ten minutes. We had scheduled appointments. The services were good, but they do not take tips on credit card. This is important to tell your customers prior to coming. They do however, have a very expensive ATM machine, conveniently located in their shop... I am sure the extra ATM Fee is nice to have!

To paint my 4 & 6 year olds’ nails they charged $13 each. Then added $1 credit card fee. My shellac mani they added a $2 credit card fee. So expensive for what I got. Most places charge $6-8 to polish little kids’ nails. Also don’t understand why they added multiple credit card fees. I wish I had known and would have brought more cash.

My daughter and I went to the salon with the intention of only getting pedicures. On our way in a woman helped us with directions (I was walking into the wrong building) and when I told her where we were going she raved about the service. As soon as we got there I asked if we could also get manicures and they made sure they gave me and my daughter everything we asked for. The guy (he said his nickname is Seven) doing my nails was professional and incredibly nice and the woman doing my 7 year olds nails was kind of gentle with her making her feeling incredibly comfortable. I was absolutely be going back. 10/10!!

I decided to try this place and Tina was the lady who did my nails. She was very rude and aggressive with my nails. I am a new customer and I was surprised how unfriendly she was. They told me on the phone it was $57 and handed me a bill for $67. Sounds like they included tip and didn’t even ask me. I didn’t appreciate that. I won’t be coming back.

I absolutely love this salon. The atmosphere feels like a spa - wonderful music, clean air, and beautiful ambiance. My nails are also done perfectly every time. Highly recommend.

The staff is so so! The pedicure I had was mediocre at best. I stand on my feet all day. I would have enjoyed someone to push back my cuticles and maybe try to exfoliate my feet. The 10 minute massage with baby oil was nice but, my feet looked Rough. It’s hard to fine a good manicurist. Don’t think I’ll be back. :(

I visit Michigan often and Was looking for a nail salon for a pedicure and manicure with gel! It is week two and the gel is peeling off my nails not to mention they were chipping at the end of week one! I Also, was told on the phone it would be one price but when the job was complete it was a higher price. I won’t be visiting again!

Nice, clean place on higher end of pricing. That said, they really dont accommodate reservations or appointments. Youre going to end up waiting no matter what you do. That can be frustrating.

Its clean and relaxing, but the polish selection is small and there are no nail dryers, so plan to sit there blowing your own nails dry. Pedicure was nice, manicure was a bit sloppy. Pricier than other salons, probably wont go back.

I bought a gift card for my wife. Salon is very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. My wife loved her pedicure very much.

I went there a week ago to get my nails done and they still look great from now I remember Aida giving me my pedicure and if you go there I highly recommend her getting your nails done, very satisfied.

This place is ridiculous to get into. Used to come here all the time during my lunch break. Showed up for my 12:15 appt on time and they informed me at 12:45 that itll be another 15 minutes because they had taken walk ins instead. Whats the point of making an appointment when you dont adhere to them? Ive had trouble in the past making appts at 5:45/6 because they were slow and were closing early... its not worth the inconsistency just go to adore or bham nails.

I went for a mani and pedi shellac and it was suppose to last 3 weeks but only lasted 3 days! my pedicure only took 20 minuets didn’t even scrub or message! I would never recommend aida!!! very bad service and very unprofessional. NEVER coming back.

I called at 11 am and made appointments on Labor day for my friend and me to get mani/pedis at 2 pm. We signed in at 1:45 pm and were totally ignored for an hour, though we told the staff we had made appointments for 2 pm. We were finally taken back to the pedicure bowls at 3:00 pm, and no one came to start our pedicures for another 10 mins, so we left. When we were leaving the staff said we werent taking appointments today, so were not sure who let you make one. They should have told us that they werent honoring appointments when we walked in and said we had made them. Poor communication and a waste of time on a holiday. Staff was rude too, I wont be returning there.

I would give then 5 stars for cleanliness and the job that the technician did but they charged me $20 extra for a leg massage that lasted 10 minutes total so unfortunately they have lost my business
