I have never had such a bad manicure in my life. I got my nails done on Thursday of last week (and was in the salon for three hours for a pedicure and a soak off & SNS) And by Saturday I already had two nails break off. I took the attached pictures on Wednesday, so not even a full week after I got them done, and FIVE of them had broken off. I am devastated. These were my natural nails and Id been growing them out since the end of June. My nails are very fragile and break if theyre not done.The experience was fine and other than being there for three hours, it was enjoyable. But I am so upset about my nails. I paid well over $60 for this and half of them broke in less than a week. I havent been tougher than usual on them, and most of the broken ones were on my non dominant hand, they just came off one by one, and then my natural nail later. It seems like my nail is coming away from the dip powder before they break. I dont think Ill be returning.

Went for my first time this week for a basic manicure....winter is coming and my cuticles are ALREADY upset about it.Its clean. Super convenient to my work downtown. And Quincy was excellent. Most people in there were getting fun or big designs so I know it must be great for that.Only reason for 4/5 is because even though I made an appointment, I still waited and didnt get my manicure started until almost 40 minutes after my appointment which I arrived 10 minutes early for.

Great quality and service! Staff is extremely friendly and all feels and looks very hygienic. Slightly priced than average nail salon, but for downtown, youre paying for convenience, hygiene and quality- love this spot! Plus, they have a loyalty customer stamp card. In addition, they offer validated parking off of 1st street- hidden, valet style kind of. They are very accommodating and do a great job! Extremely clean and filled with hard workers. Flower is one of my favorite people there, shes sweet and does a great job!

Really fantastic first impression. Im picky when it comes to pedicures because I work on my feet all day and my calluses demand attention. This place absolutely did a wonderful job today. By far one of the best pedicures Ive ever had, and most definitely the best Ive had in town.

Excellent service! Took my mother in law here for her 60 birthday to get a mani/pedi before her birthday party. They gave us a luxurious and friendly experience. I would definitely go back. The young lady who did my pedicure was so gentle it was one of the best pedicures Ive ever had.

I really wanted to like this salon. I made an appointment for 2 o’clock and waited for an hour and 33mins before someone even sat me down. When parking isn’t free and you have to keep up with a meter this is a huge inconvenience.I had made an appointment for a manicure with dips with tips (which normally implies trimming cuticles, light massage, and general shaping of my nails, at least)& a pedicure.The manicurist jumped straight into gluing on the tips without any prep work. Every salon is a little different so I assumed maybe it would come later on.The dip process took forever and there were definitely corners cut. She barely put any activator on between layers, and messed multiple layers up and had to redo them. Her nail drill had a short which made the leveling/buffing process beyond subpar. When it came to the final coat (which I did not think would be the final coat) it didn’t even extend to the edges of the nail. She left me to dry for maybe a minute or two and came back and dropped the smallest amount of oil on my fingernails known to mankind and then informed me I was done. At this point it was already 5:30 (I had been there since 2:00) and I was already super late for something, that I kinda just hoped they weren’t as bad as I thought. I didn’t even pursue getting the pedicure.I briefly asked the girl at the front desk about them and she said they looked great - by the time I made it to my car they were kinda tacky feeling, and didn’t even tap when clicked together. They were lumpy & SO thick. They were glued to the edges of my fingers and there was so much product underneath my nails it was absurd. Truly the worst & longest manicure application I’ve ever received, and I spent 70$ for it (and that’s without the meter cost).I considered walking back in to get them fixed but honestly, they were so bad and my meter was up that I decided to not even try. I had to go to a different salon and spend $50 and have them fixed immediately.In case you’re reading this and doubting me, I will include pics. I am a licensed cosmetologist and have a pretty good sense of the general process of manicures.All in all, don’t waste your time and money. Clearly someone there knows what they’re doing based on the Instagram work - but if all there staff can’t do the same quality they shouldn’t be out on the floor. I should have read other people’s reviews before going in based off the ‘gram. Super disappointed.

So glad I found this salon. The manager is my go to for Dip Nails and she does a great job with pedicures. The salon is very clean, they have great customer service, and a wide variety of colors. Also love how its so close and convenient. I used to go out of my way for nails and it just wasnt worth it. So happy to have found them.

Dont bother with this place if you are in a rush. They have told me to come in and quoted incorrect wait times a few times. They are pricey, but do a very great job. Very clean place, amazing color selection. Just give yourself enough time to enjoy this place.

I wanted to come in a second time before I wrote this review, so I can be able to give me honest opinion. The atmosphere of the salon is great. Its super clean! The staff made sure everything is sanitized and were constantly kindly reminding everyone to wear masks. I havent had any issues about waiting for my service. I mean it shouldnt kill anyone to wait 5-10 minutes it happens from time to time. They try really hard to make everyone happy. Love the salon and the staff!

Wonderful nail salon! I come here after work and they never disappoint! They are quick but good! I brought in my own opi color ( funny bunny) which is difficult to paint and both the lady who did my manicure, They did an amazing job. No streaks or bubbles! I will definitely be coming here exclusively!

Basecoat on Fifth is my favorite nail salon! The space is nicely designed and decorated. The high ceilings and the floor-to-ceiling windows make it feel so spacious - not closed-in and stuffy like many salons. Everyone that I have interacted with there is friendly and actually seem glad to have you there as a customer. I highly recommend Basecoat!

Nice service! The prices are affordable. The masters are fast, clean and responsible. Thanks to the managers, who were doing manicure and pedicure. They are very nice girls, recommend them. Also pretty big choice of colors.

My daughter gave me a gift certificate for Mother’s Day since I was planning to visit her. She made a 3 o’clock appointment for the two of us. We arrived about 5 minutes early. We were told it would be a few minutes. We waited and waited and waited. We were finally seated at 4:40 - at 4:50 one nail tech was set up. We asked if we were going to be done at the same time. No - I would have to wait for my daughter and then I would receive my pedicure. How about just being honest instead of wasting our time?! Things happen but there is zero reason to lie. We left without pedicures - super unprofessional, no apologies and a total waste of my afternoon and a gift certificate.

My review is a little late, but I scheduled myself and my bridesmaids in late February to get my nails done the day before my wedding. Not only were all 16 (8 of us, 2 techs per person for efficiency) of our technicians both professional and kind, they made us feel at home by chatting with us about the wedding and letting us enjoy our White Claws. All I can say is that I could have asked for better wedding nails. I received compliments from the evening they were done (February 22nd) till I had to take them off myself due to salon closures (COVID). Not a single chip, crack, or peel in sight! This applies to both my manicure and pedicure. Im counting the days till my next appointment.

I really really wanted to love this place. It was clean, staff was friend and great atmosphere.The day of I was really happy with the work. Unfortunately if I’m paying $40+ for dip I expect it to last more than 4 days.I went back 14 hrs after my first apt. Because one of the nails had already cracked. The owner was really accommodating & fixed that single nail.Unfortunately by Saturday I could see the other nails beginning to crack.The owner once again provided great customer service and redid all of my nails free of charge. The third time around the manicure lasted ~3weeks.3 stars overall given that I had to go back three times for a lasting manicure.

I absolutely love BASECOAT on Fifth. I got green marbled acrylics and they’re the most gorgeous set I’ve ever had! Everyone is so nice and the space is beautiful.

The salon is beautiful and the gentleman answering the phones is so nice and helpful. But my gel manicure (which took 45 minutes even with bare nails to start with) was not done well. The paint was uneven and you could see through areas where he did not apply enough. It started to come off after 1 week. Disappointing, bc the location is so convenient.

This has been my second time here and I must say both experiences has been phenomenal. Yesterday, I went in and got a full set long and pedicure. totally forgot who did my toes but she was also lovely. I was the last one to leave the shop but it was worth. She wanted to make sure my nails were on point. Thank yall.

My girlfriend and I tried this place for the 2nd time in 4 weeks even after the first time they sat us down about 45 minutes after our scheduled reservation. We chalked it up for a coincidental so we tried it again. The second time was even more horrible. My girlfriend got sat 45 minutes after our reservation and I ended up leaving and not getting my nails done as I was still sitting in the waiting area over an hour from my scheduled reservation. Highly unprofessional for a business not call before hand to let you know that they are on a delay but it seems that this place does not care if you have reservations or not. Needless to say, we will never be going back here again. And if you are on a tight schedule, I advise you not to go as well.Also, looking at the similar reviews, it seems like this issue occurs a lot with the same response from the owner about addressing it with the team. I think there needs to be more action and less addressing.

When I called later to make sure they’d have time to do do my nails + design (this has happened before) she said no because they were closing early for a meeting. Moved my appointment to Wednesday at 4:30. I was not sat down to even have my polish taken off until 5:30. There was even a walk on who was sat down before I was. 3 different people worked on my nails due to lack of techs (common issue for them) and by the time David finishing up my dip as a base at 6:45 the receptionist asked me if I was still wanting a design. I said yes. She encouraged David to try it. He said he couldn’t do something like that and she needed to find someone else. She buzzed around to other nail techs and came back to me 15 minutes later saying, “I’m sorry no one is here tonight who does designs.”If you knew a nail tech who specialized in designs (a pretty simple one at that) wouldn’t be there on 4/28, why did you book me then?She called the owner and the owner said if I could wait, she’d be done at her other salon in 30 and could be there in 45. I said no. That would have meant that my nail appointment would have been well over 4 hours. We decided I’d come back the following day to have the design done. No discount was offered, or anything to compensate the time I wasted. Full charge and an I’m sorry.Thursday 4/29: I come in, the tech who they said would be doing my design and who is one of the few who specializes in designs was working on someone else so they had another tech work on my nails which was fine but it still didn’t turn out how I had hoped.Time comes to check out and I explain to my tech the situation and she grabbed Quincy. Quincy says hold on let me ask her how much she’s charging and I explained the situation to him as well.His offer was to take off the $2.50 card fee since I had to come back. So laughable. I paid my $35 for design on top of my $62 from yesterday and left.I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years and I won’t be back. You can find talent at any salon in Birmingham without dealing with something like this.

The owner is amazing!!! First off they had no wait time on a sunday after brunch time... that is amazing in itself. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she did excellent. She asked me if I liked the shape, what color on which nail, tested out the color on me before using it. Honestly I am very picky about my nails, the tech and the shop and this place is worth 5 stars. My friend had a picture and she used gold flake perfectly to make her nails great and tested the matte on her nails before doing all them. It was a great experience, will be back.

I was looking for a great nail place to go to, I saw great reviews for this salon and decided to make an appointment. I was not disappointed! As soon as you walk in, youre welcomed, they take your temperature and send you to wash you hands. Everything is very clean and sanitized. I had my eyebrows waxed, came out great! My tech was super nice, but I feel so bad I forgot her name :(. She was amazing!!! Not only sweet and nice, but very good! She did a refill and gel polish. She gave a wonderful pedicure and got to have a fantastic chair massage. My experience was so great!

Thanks to the manager for the amazing service and work. I didnt have an appointment and walked in and she took care of me right away. I got SNS because she recommended it and I like how they came out. I will definitely be coming back.

My gel manicure chipped after 2 days and considering that multiple employees midgendered me during my visit, i had no interest in returning to the salon to get it fixed. i was unsatisfied with the service and how i was treated

I was extremely nervous because it was my first time getting my nails done in years, but I was greeted me warmly and my nail tech,, created conversation which calmed me down even more. She did my SNS well and followed a reference picture I showed her accurately.

The nail salon is extremely clean and the staff is professional, they all do a wonderful job and everyone is friendly, even with the masks you can feel their kind energy. Sign up for their rewards program and get cool perks after only a few visits. Ask for anyone, they are all good.

The decor is very modern and cute. I like the natural sunlight that shines through the big windows. My nail tech was super nice. She was very gentle and careful when she did my manicure. Had no issues. Had a great experience here! Will be coming back

I came to basecoat on 5th on a Saturday afternoon. The vibe was great and I initially was pleased with my service. However by Wednesday my nails were chipping (I had SNS manicure and a regular pedicure). Neither of them lasted through the week. I called on Friday was told to come in on the following Tuesday. I expected for them to redo my nails that were chipped 4 fingers and my toes. They proceeded to perform the service and told me afterwords I would have to pay $37. No one explained this to me prior to them doing my nails. I was expecting this service to be complimentary since their original job was not done to par. My SNS manicure lasted less than 1 week and they charged me to fix it. I’ve never experienced this at any other shop. I paid them their money, but I will never return or recommend them. Terrible work and communication, a complete rip off.

After waiting 30 minutes, I asked about how much longer, at that time she said they couldn’t see me and would I like to make an appointment.I would have appreciated her asking that prior to letting me waste half an hour. Absolute garbage can of an establishment with no professionalism.

Hands down THE BEST nail salon in the area! Honestly the best I have ever been to period! I will never go anywhere else! I have been going to them for about 2 years now and I always am greeted with a smiling face, everyone knows my name! But honestly everyone knew my name after my first visit. The customer services is out of this world, I have better service here than at a 5 star hotel spa!!! I am never rushed or feel rushed, if I dont like something (which is rare) they will fix it no problem and I never feel pressured to buy more or upgrade. Hands down I will never leave this place as long as I live in town!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!I went in this nail salon with my friend to get a nice manicure today as a stress reliever like i normally do. It is safe so say i will never be going back. The lady refused to trim my nails when i asked, and she didn’t even smooth my nails out when she was done applying the dip powder. I was left with bumpy nails, and that doesn’t include my 2 ring fingers that are not even glued to the nail itself. This all added up to be $80, which is outrageous considering I only got one dip color on all my nails. I’m scared to see what will happen to my nails in the next 2 weeks or so. Will they last? I’m not even sure..The atmosphere and building itself was very elegant and is what originally drew me to the salon, but they spend more money on their decor on the inside than they do time on the customer’s nails. The lady who sat me down was also not wearing a mask- which is very unprofessional especially when working in people’s faces all day.

Made a nail appt. two days in advance and showed up early. I waited for 38 minutes without any acknowledgment, the lady actually helped the two ladies that showed up after me first. I ended up walking out, I don’t mind when appointments are running behind, but the lack of communication is extremely unprofessional, especially when they require that you make an appointment.

Omg, I was in pedicure heaven. We went in for couples pedicures. The manager was very attentive & explained all pedi options, and made sure we were satisfied with the services. I think Im going to have to come here monthly to indulge in this relaxing treat. The salon is also very cute & staff were all very friendly. All of the customers seemed to leave happy & bragging about their tech. Try them out, you wont be disappointed.

Basecoat is by far THE BEST NAIL SALON IN BIRMINGHAM. Ive been an on/off again resident of this city for 10 years and never have I had this experience in the city. I brought my mother (who hadnt had a pedi in years) and my little brother (who never had a mani or pedi) so it was interesting to start. Jan and Quincy were quick, professional, accommodating, friendly, personable, and did amazing work. I cant thank you all enough for no only providing top notch service but creating an experience my family and I will never forget for my mothers 50th birthday.

This was my first nail salon experience because I live in Denver but I am visiting my boyfriend and I cant say enough great things about this salon. My lady was so sweet and helped me make the decision to get dip for the first time. She got my color spot on to what I described and we chatted the whole time about life! Very pleasant experience!!

I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews but after all the events that took place during my visit, after, and seeing the reviews that indicate that others have had the same experience as me prompted me to leave one.I made an appointment to get my nails done about a week ago and was ten minutes early to the appointment. When I got there, I went to the receptionist who was on her personal phone and did not acknowledge me for the entirety of her phone call. I then waited over an hour before anyone touched my hands, even though people who had come in after me had been seated. I was then placed at a booth and had my nails placed in a liquid to remove my previous SNS where I sat alone, unchecked, for over 30 minutes. My nail techs then seemed in a hurry and as if they did not want to do my nails because they were about to close, but mind you, I had been there waiting for over an hour and thirty minutes at that point. I went to pay and it took three people to check me out so I am not even 100% sure if I was charged for the correct things. My total came out to be $75 for a single color of SNS which is ridiculously expensive. It has been one week and my nails are already cracking and breaking. I keep up with getting my nails done every two weeks and I never have problems with them breaking but after a week, they are. I read through other reviews and it seems like other people are having similar problems. Instead of commenting that you will show the team, maybe make actually changes because I should not have had the same problems that someone else had months ago. I wanted to support a small business but I will not continue to go to this salon.

I have been here once before and my experience was satisfactory. However, my most recent experience was not good. I arrived ~8 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The main thing that bothered me is that my time was treated as if it was not important. I sat at the manicure table for about 10-12 minutes just waiting for somebody to start on my nails. I’m not 100% sure on their procedures but the young lady I scheduled with was just chilling in one of the pedicure chairs on her phone with another young lady. There was definitely lack of communication and customer service...there was NO “hi, Jane doe will be right with you”. When I went to the receptionist and requested my appointment to be cancelled even she was like “oh what happened? no one has been with you yet”. I didn’t appreciate the lack of timeliness at all which is why I’m sharing my experience.

Had an appointment for 11 o’clock.. waited 40 minutes for someone to seat me. Then once in the seat, they made me get up because they were going to put someone else there ??? who might i add was AFTER me. So I went back to waiting and waited another 30 minutes for them to FINALLY seat me and when I was talking to them about what I wanted done (i just wanted tips. not super crazy), they said i’d be THIRD in line and it’d be even more of a wait... Soooo I walked out!! and went to Anthony Vince at the summit and they seated me immediately and *everyone* there was capable of doing tips. not just one person that i’d be third in line for. What an absolute waste of my saturday, basecoat

I am in love with this nail salon. The quality of their work and the friendliness of the staff is beyond enlightening. I couldnt be happier with my first time in this salon. Had a wonderful experience and the technician did a very thorough job of removing my dip/SNS and putting on a new set. They look great and I will definitely stop by again when in town next time! I went in today to get sns tips. The final result of my nails were lumpy and very uneven. When I was getting my tips trimmed the trimmings were flicked back at me. all 10 of them. My final price was over 78 dollars and the quality did not match the price... I was hoping the place would be my new local nail salon because of the cute location and quaint atmosphere but sadly that was not the case. save your money!!!!!!

I came to Basecoat with high hopes and was not disappointed! The nail techs are very nice and know what theyre doing. I love having fun nails, and Denise did such a beautiful job! I felt comfortable asking questions and communicating with what I wanted done. I would recommend making an appointment, since they seem to stay very busy. I cant wait to come back!

Came across this place while killing time downtown during holiday shopping season. Was Pleasantly surprised at the convenient downtown location, and loved the design of the place. It’s really beautiful. The staff are wonderful and now I have sparkly perfect holiday nails.

The nail technicians here are extremely talented and take the time to give you a perfect manicure or pedicure. My pedicure lasted about an hour with a full foot massage included. Heaven on earth. The techs are very talented and always do a great job. Ive been coming here for over a year now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. You never have to wait long! This place is great!! I highly recommend.

I have been to the salon a few times, and both have been pretty good experiences. The decor and vibe is very modern and sleek,. Both times I went I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and both times the greeter was very friendly.

No wait at all. Pretty slow surprisingly for a Sat since the reviews seem to say theyre pretty busy. They did a great job on my manicure. Cut and shaped my natural nails perfectly and did a great job cleaning my cuticles. Lady also did a great job on my pedicure. Cuticles look great and its not often you fine a pretty perfect job! Thumbs up to my crew.

I walked in greeted by a friend receptionist I got Gels Done by Quincy!Hands down one of the best places to get your nails done 💅 I’ve been to a lot of places in the area and this one WAS a great/best experience!! The ladies and Gentlemen are very talented. The decor was appealing and it was very cleanI will definitely return when I am back in town. I recommend this place to anyone!

I called before I came in to make sure they had time for my friend and I to get SNS manicures. The receptionist said “of course” and made an appointment for us at 12:00. Nobody touched my nails until 1:07. I had to ask the receptionist (who had not checked on us once because she was doing her own nails and on her phone the whole time) to get someone to come help me because we had a brunch reservation at 1:30. I did not leave until 2:13 and we missed brunch. I also was there for almost 2.5 hours and didn’t even get a manicure (what I asked for)- I got a $48 polish change. My nails look GREAT, but that was the worst experience of my life.

Let’s start with the positives: it’s a very cute atmosphere, clean, and they have great options for nail colors.However, my experience was overwhelmingly negative. During the manicure portion, the technician overdid it trimming my cuticles which left two of my fingers bleeding. Once the dip was applied, the technician then went on to cut all 10 of my fingers while filing down the color, leaving several of my fingers bleeding. Since I had several bloody cuts on my fingers, I received a gel top coat that, less than a week later, is peeling off the tips of my nails (I tried to take a picture, but it the peeling was not evident on the photo).The manager was kind enough to give me a whopping 10% discount... bringing my total to $55. I paid with a credit card (which meant incurring an additional credit card fee) while bleeding through the bandaids they gave me.*I hesitated before posting this review. I’m not one to review a place negatively, especially a business that has likely suffered under COVID restrictions. However, I do feel it’s important to leave honest feedback.

I had a really great experience here. every year when my best friend comes into town we have a tradition of getting our nails done, this time I wanted to try somewhere new and found this place on Google. I have finally found that place that I like.

I visited Basecoat three times while visiting Birmingham. I had a pedicure and two gel manicures. The gel manicure was a reasonable $40. I think the pedicure I got was as well, but Im not positive.I had a different technician each visit, and all were wonderful! They were friendly as well as providing excellent work. In addition, they were great with my accompanying 2 year old.

Took my wife here last week. She absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice! Jojo is absolutely amazing! The prices are pretty reasonable and they are very thorough with all of their services. She used to go to another nail spa that had many many locations but after finding this place Im hooked! Im glad she found a place near our house so I wont have to drive far.

At my 1st visit three weeks ago I was looking forward to going back again. I felt I had found a shop closer to my new residence. I didnt get the girl I requested when I made my appointment and I had to show the tech how to file my nails evenly. Get to the register and I find out theres a fee to pay with your card. Supposedly due to Covid-19. I didnt pay that fee 3 weeks ago. I didnt get the hand massage or manicure but I paid over $50. Guess Ill be traveling a little further from now on.

Everyone was extremely nice. I made an appointment for my grandmother, sister, and myself. We laughed and talked with our nail techs, who were super professional and friendly, as we relaxed and enjoyed our manicure/pedicures. I will absolutely be back here, there are no other nail spas that even come close to comparing to this one. Especially since the prices are unbelievably reasonable for the services you receive.

Every time I come here, I have had a great experience. They tend to get very busy during expected busy times (after work, weekends, Holidays) but even when they are busy it doesnt effect the quality of their work (I cant say that for most nail salons). Also, I have had at least 5 nail technicians and each of them has been great! Would definitely recommend :)

Awesome experience! I had an hour to kill so Google guided me to this place for a simple pedi. I called first to see if they had people waiting and the girl on the phone was so sweet and told me there isnt a wait and to come over. I get there greeted with a smile, Impressive! Price point is great for the area, so come support this business!

I love the friendship the employees have. This place has a good vibe, They do an amazing job on your nails and dont charge as much as some of the nail spas in the area. The place is super clean and the ladies are really nice. The best thing is its not so busy

Ok, I dont even leave reviews, but I was compelled to for this place. I havent had this thorough of a pedicure in a long time. It was a wonderful experience. Im thinking about becoming a regular here. They were even understanding when I messed up the polish on my big toe and came back in to get it fixed. Did I mention that theres wine? Theres wine, guys. Its such a wonderful atmosphere and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be coming back!

Everyone is very nice, but I had an apt and had to leave without getting my nails done because I waited for 40 min past the apt time.Two walk ins were seated before me.This is my second long wait with them, both with appts.

Cant say enough great things about my whole experience at BASECOAT! Everyone was very friendly and professional, the atmosphere is relaxing and chic, and their prices are super reasonable! I got a gel mani on my lunch break, and I was in and out in under 40 minutes. So pleased!! Ill definitely be back!

Clean, comforting, and convenient location. Very happy whenever I come here! They always offer me something to drink right when I sit down, their customer service is so refreshing!

This place is fantastic. It is very modern and clean, the staff is very friendly. They work quickly and efficiently. The final product was beautiful. I will be returning the next time I am in the area.

I’m new to Birmingham. And I have found it hard to find a nail salon. When I walked into this beautiful nail salon. I was asked “What service did you need”? I said a “Full Set and Gel polish” I was told I’m sorry we don’t offer that service. I honestly felt offended I’ve never came into a nail salon that doesn’t offer Artificial Nail/Acrylic/Gel Nail Services.Honestly I was upset, but quickly understood and said Thanks and walked out. There is no sign at the salon or awareness on this listing that they don’t offer Artificial Nail service((At this time)) that’s important to know. But there’s pictures here on your listing that yet again makes me think that you all do artificial nails. Or now offer the service.I walked two blocks over from work, that day. Everyone was friendly, the staff team spoke when needed in Vietnamese but never said anything about the clientele as some shops tend to do. It was very nice and professional. I would recommend the deluxe, its worth it if you want to pamper yourself. Will be back next time Im in town needing some me time.

This salon is a gem in downtown! I went in on a whim and received a very high quality manicure. I then proceeded to mess it up because Im a klutz and went back the next day to get it fixed and they did no questions asked. They are just all around awesome. Cant recommend enough.

I was in town for the weekend and decided to treat myself to a manicure and gel nails. I was welcomed in. Everyone was busy but so friendly! My wait was short. I was offered and enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine. The warm towels to dry yours hands were so nice, especially on a rainy afternoon. My nails turned out great!

Today was my first visit to the salon. I ran over on my lunch break. The entire staff were very nice, and Abigail did a fantastic job on my dip powder manicure. The decor is so modern and clean. The vibe is very peaceful. They offer beverages while youre having your nails done. I will definitely be back for more services very soon!

Gel polish literally doesnt chip. If it wasnt for my nail growth i wouldnt need a manicure. Highly recommend not to mention the pedicure massage was exquisite.

Very nice place. I came in on my vacation to get my pedicure done as a walk in. They instantly took me in and they spent time making sure it was done right. My pedicure was awesome, I recommend this place to everyone, you wont be disappointed.
