Made an appointment day before! They got me, my mum & sister in for a noon appointment. It was a lovely experience. My nail tech was very gentle and did an absolutely beautiful job. She even did my finger nailsWhile I sat in the pedicure chair. It was the most luxurious time I’ve had in a very long time. I will be returning, they have so many colors it’s unreal! Totally love the gel!

Definitely should’ve paid attention to the comments before showing up to this place tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Absolutely terrible I should of went somewhere else! Very poor quality wouldn’t recommend to anyone & the price it’s not worth it for what we got. WAY OVERPRICED!

I called and asked for a full set. And when I got there I asked for my nails to be redone cause they had grown out a lot. They told me it was fine but I was pretty sure the plastic nail was way gone. So they just did a fill and 5 days later my nails chipped and over half were just breaking off cause it was just 1/4 of gel sticking out.

Savvy is thorough and professional. However, I am often left waiting while they work on other appointments that have been double booked with mine. So I always have to take the additional time into account when scheduling appointments. At this time it is because they are slightly understaffed, but Ive had this happen to me at this location even when they were at full capacity. Today, for the first time, I was charged an additional 5 dollars that my friend was not, and was told it is because my natural nails are longer than hers. Not sure what that was about, but it is still not an unfair price and I will continue to keep this location in mind when getting my dip manicures.

I had my nails painted while getting my pedicure. I couldn’t even enjoy my pedicure. I felt rushed. On top of that the lady that did my nails did a horrible job. She missed spot she should have painted, and painted arias she shouldn’t have. The nail polish is on so thick and it has so many bubbles. I’m not happy, and not coming back.

Literally the worst full sets I’ve ever had done. I usually give places more than one chance in case they have an off day.. ALL THREE were horrific. Terrible shaping, paint jobs and service. The last time I went in she asked me to pay before even finishing(I’ve never not paid or even threatened not to before just asked for them to be fixed) probably because she knew how terrible they were. I’d recommend going anywhere else unfortunately.. also not up to date on techniques or trends.

I probably wont be going back, they were very confusing and not friendly at all. They asked my sister to pay halfway through her manicure with no explanation as to why. And my full set is bumpy, round, and kind of cheap looking. However it was fairly fast and not too expensive.

What I like best is their cleanliness. They line their pedicure tubs with one-time liners so I feel like I wont get a nail infection like I have at another salon. Also, it is a female-owned business. Sweet!

My bestieJen and I popped in for a manic pedi for my Birthday, they had time to fit us in just after they opened without a PREV scheduled apt. They took their time and were very nice but professional. My nails and toes look fantastic and I have short nails so my french manicure was a bit harder, but it looks FANTASTIC! Thanks guys.

They did okay for the design i wanted but i got them done only 3 days ago and they’re peeling off, i also got cut in the process and they didn’t do very good on my eyebrows. they were very nice people and fast but their quality isn’t the best

It was going on at first. They greeted me at the door and seemed nice. They charged me 5$ more than what the website said for a fill. (Not a huge deal but I think they should update it) the guy I had layer my acrylic good, but then he made me pay in the middle of getting my nails done. That made no sense and now I think it is so I couldn’t refuse to pay. He started to paint my nails, got it all over my cuticles, didn’t even bother to clean it up too. He scuffed one of my nails and didn’t fix it. They used old buffers and files which is very unsanitary. The paint job is sloppy and rushed and I won’t be coming back. Very dissatisfied with my nails and I know I could do a better paint job on myself. Very disappointed.

Was visiting my friend here to celebrate her birthday later tonight. Needed to get my manicure done and I went in here. Wasnt expecting much from this place just needed a basic manicure and leave. But, this place is amazing! The services was superb! Techs made sure I was comfortable and listen to all my requests! After she was done, my nails were just lovely! I highly recommend coming here to get your nails done! Place is just wow!

Lovely nails salon. They did such a good job with my nails. those were in a bad shape though because i havent taken care of my nails seriously though. Anyway i really like it because the nails turned out gorgeous and perfect. The salon looked really nice and clean. all the tools are super clean and shiny. Great experience after all

Went in for a fill and she proceeded to take out her nail clippers and just went at it! All I could think was how is this going to turn out?? Yes, I should have spoken up I just figured it was a new technique? Or I was about to get the best fill of my life! .. WRONG i foolishly trusted her and myFinal results were lumpy, thick some long some short and crooked nails NEVER going back!! If you are reading this I DO recommend Number 1 nails on plaza way they are professional, clean take their time are gentle on your nails and always deliver a great set of nails! Me being impatient, went to savvy and I HIGHLY regret it $43 down the drain.

Pedicure was great!! He did an outstanding job. Id give 5 stars for that.I got acrylic nails and they really wanted me to get gel but i find it always peels off within a week.Im pretty happy and will likely be back,maybe. I was disappointed that they did nothing for my cuticles, which need some TLC, and theres still some purple polish left from when I had painted them.**update- And theres a lot of acrylic stuff left under my nails so the more Im writing this the less likely I think I will go back.**update update100% not returning

Very good service. I like the gel manicure with design. Look at my nails, they gave me a fancy heart design that I wish to have this design staying on my nails forever. The staffs are so professional and friendly. They talk to me while doing my nails without messing up. I never feel bored here because if I don’t talk to the technician, I can also watch news on the tivi. I don’t do pedicure a lot but I really love it every time I get on to the spa pedicure chair. The tubs are clean with beautiful blue and green colors. The massage chairs are comfortable and helps me to relax a lot. Can’t complain anything about pedicure service. Overall, this is the best nail salon in town for me so far.

Horrible! I was in town on business and I brought my daughter. We wanted to get our eyebrows done as a treat. After leaving, my eyebrows broke out in a rash! I had to go to the doctors, they said it was a bacterial infection from the wax. They must not change the wax at all! They use the same application stick on all customers. I have been getting my eyebrows done for over 20 years and I have never had this happen before! They are nasty and dont care! I will never come here again and neither should you! Horrible experience and I was on antibiotics for 10 days to get rid of it. I was so embarrassed that I would not go anywhere until it was gone!

I have been to this place three times. The first time was an OK pedicure for my wedding. So we decided to go back the next two times And they were completely awful. She didnt trim my nails she didnt clean underneath of them or push the cuticle back The paint chipped the very next day. One second massage and no lotion. Dont go to this place.

I was able to walk in and be worked on within 30 min on a busy Friday afternoon. I expected as much. Their polishes are ok, some gunky, some new. Nice staff. I had a deluxe pedicure for 37$, a little much, but it was nice and relaxing so, worth it for me.

I went in with my friend and we were supposed to get gel French tips but they continue to do it and ended up putting sparkly acrylic french tips on and it was too late to go back by the time they had already started

Ive had a pedicure from a guy there and it was fairly decent. But the rudeness coming from One of the Gals there is beyond what any customer should have to put up with, I went in to buy a gift certificate for a family member and the woman sold me the most expensive pedicure and was trying to up-sell me on the manicure from regular to gels, I stuck to my guns and got the basic manicure but she slammed me with the bill for the most expensive pedicure. I gave her my credit card and she took it and threw it back at me then walked away, the older woman there completed my transaction and the Rude one walks away without looking at me or a thank you. I will never patronize their place ever again.

Had my pink and white nails filled at Savvy nails today and they look amazing !!!Took longer than I am used to but the end product more than makes up for it, very happy !!!

Acrylic nails started falling off in a week, they were too thick to begin with also, made my already big hands look giant haha. Anyways the staff was kind and tried hard to get the, be it simple, design I wanted.

Sadly this was one of the worst manicure/Pedicures I have ever had. My daughter and I are from out of town and decided to give it a shot. They didnt even trim the cuticle area or pay attention to detail. Worked on two people at once and honestly we could have done a better job oursrlves. Bummer to have had to pay at all! Just check out Yelp & Bing! We should have!

I asked for gel nails and said word for word I dont want acrylic (I havent done nails is 15+ years so I didnt know better) they did what they wanted. I asked for a Receipt was denied one.

The pedicures here are ridiculously overpriced for the quality of service. I went with the deluxe pedicure which was $37. My woman left dead skin on my feet (and was obviously annoyed when I asked for it to be removed), my water was cold, and she just lathered lotion on my legs for the massage part. The people I went with had equally disappointing experiences. Suffice to say we will not be returning.

If i could give zero stars i would. I liked nothing about this place. Poorly ventilated. Bad attention to detail, and had to go home and redo pedicure because all digits were cut like I had them cut by a chipmunk. Both my daughter and wifey got the same chipmunks and service. They got the job done for what I guess was a decent price, but they were rushed to the point of pushy and rude. We had an appointment for a bridal party, so they knew we were coming and yet were short staffed AND as rushed as they were, still took walk-ins! My fingers hurt from a rushed clipping of my cuticles where she missed several times and got the meat of my fingers. None of us felt relaxed and pampered or had a chance to enjoy any of the experience.

I paid extra for the pedicure delux and received nothing more than what I wouldve if Id paid for a basic! That made me mad! The two ladys in the next 2 chairs asked for basic and got even more than I did! This woman didnt even attempt to clip my nails, nor did she put much effort in filing or polishing them either! Pretty disappointed!!

I went in on Friday and they didnt have the grey in gel so i asked for a regular nail polish. She suggested for a clear gel on top. I agreed. She charged me 35 for a fill got nail polish gel coat and design...which i was happy to do. Within in an hour my polish started to crack. I went the next day on saturday to get them done. Told me tok busy come back tomorrow. I go in the next day. I ask for a clear coat only and no color. She was happy to do it. I did not want a design. And the lady had the nerve to charge me 10 bucks. After she screwed up the nails. Im so mad. She said she was giving me a discount.

I went in on a Saturday. I realized they closed in 30 mins. So i asked if I could get my nails done and if not that I could come back in the morning. They said yes they could sonmy nails. I got acrylics and she charged me for gel! Then to top it of it looks my nails aleedy have grow out because the gentleman doing my nails didnt start from the bottom. Then the woman that did my paint didnt paint the whole nail. Several nails look horrible! I will never get my nails done here again! I went back thw next day for them to do my nails at 12pm and they told me they were busy and to come back at 4pm. Horrible customer service!

My pedicure took a total of 15 minutes.The gal watched TV the entire time. The polish job is one of the worst ever, to say nothing of the rest of the pedicure. I dont recommend this facility.
