Horrible experience. Long story short, they laughed (Nygun) and blamed me for not being an expert on nails (Huy). Then kept bumping people ahead of me as Im sitting at the table soaking off old nails they did 2 weeks ago. Spent 3 hours being next in line They stopped laughing at me when Im husband showed up. Never said they were sorry. Laughed at me again when my husband walked out but I was paying my bill.I left crying with horrible nails. Never going back. Do not recommend.

I am new to the area and have been trying to find a nail salon to go to consistently . I went on a Sunday asked for gel Mani and a reg pedicure. I was advised that they didnt have time to do both so I asked for a polish change on my toes and a gel Mani. Pictures are the results of my gel Mani most of those were taking the same day.Harry did my manicure and Kevin did my toe polish change. Kevin is the manager. Kevin did change on my toes I told him that gel nails was a poor job that Harry had done he did not clean up my cuticles polish was done horribly. Kevin asked if I wanted them redone I said yes he said come tomorrow basically because they were closing. I was there on a Sunday because I had something to do on Monday but I also couldnt stay Sunday to get them redone either. By the time I made it home I realize the Polish whats coming up on my thumb and that the white coat that they put under the yellow was still wet. The pictures are within 2 days because I went back Wednesday get them redone. Because I paid full price Sunday I asked Kevin as a courtesy could someone do a pedicure for me he said no because everyone is on commission except him and so they would not want to do a pedicure. I mentioned it was a waste of time for me. Wednesday I had to waste 3 more hours of my life to have a correction done that I wasnt responsible for. Even though I told Kevin I would be there at 5 which essentially should be an appointment, I still had to wait until after 630 because others were waiting. Then the time it took to redo the process he wouldnt offer anything and did not seem willing to change the polish on my toes to match the new color I had chosen because I did not want to go back to the yellow. Of course he changed it but tge look he gave initially was pretty much ok youre done. When I spoke about how Harry could allow a customer get out of his chair with such a poor polish job Kevin not one time apologized for the inconvenience he simply said 90% of the time we get it right sometimes we have to do corrections and the important thing is Im fixing it for you but again never once apologized just simply help me mistakes happen.

Paint left all over my foot, indentions where he tried to correct the nail polish with his nail! He had an attitude after I told him several times I wanted rounded nails and NOT SQUARE!!! WILL NOT BE BACK!

There was no wait. The massage chair was very good! The technician who did my pedicure was friendly and did a great job. The technician who did my manicure was also friendly. The salon was clean and pleasant. Love the location!

This is the third nail salon I’ve been to since I moved to Center Point, Alabama. This is the first time I’m really happy. Price is right and they take my healthy nail off the way I like. One place I called wanted to charge me $5 to take off my old polish. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.

I love this nail salon! The prices are reasonable and the service is great. I never return to a nail tech that cuts me but the techs at Aria Nails have never cut or burned me. They are so gentle!! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back.

First time visiting the place, the staff was nice but my nails are not. Firstly I asked for dip powder instead of acrylic the nail tech tried to tell me that I couldn’t get dip because of the length of my nails (I get the same length with dip powder everytime I get my nails done) so I just assumed maybe he didn’t know how so I just let him use it. I showed a pic of the 2 designs I wanted and he picked 1 and used it on all of them. Also told him I wanted jewels on two nails I had to remind him at the end. It’s only been a week and 2 of the big ones and a small one are missing. I paid 130 for my hands and feet so needless to say I’m not happy with the quality at all🥲

Drove 30 minutes to get my nails done...their hours say they close at 7pm but when I got there at 6:30 they would not take me -_- i can understand that they need to close at 7 but they should change the hours to 6pm if thats when they stop taking clients..would have saved me time and money...sadly i wont waste any more time by going back..Just terrible experience for a first time customer. And to think I ONLY WANTED A COLOR CHANGE on my toes!!

The owner and workers are really nice. The prices are really good. We are treated so nice everytime we go there. I will recommend them to everyone.

The service was fast and courteous, but my nails are horrible. I asked for a certain design and if the tech couldn’t do it he should have said so. Instead the design he gave me was no match at all. But I still paid for the service because I didn’t want any issue. Got home and the diamonds from the design started falling off and the gel polish started lifting. I work to hard to give my money away. I do not recommend this place. Fast service doesn’t mean anything if the quality isn’t there.

Although the staff were very nice, the quality of my acrylic nails was awful. The matte paint chipped the same night off several nails and one of my nails were so thin it broke. I can’t complain about the prices but I did give a fairly large tip. This was my first time using this nail salon and I can say I’m definitely disappointed.

I was a walk-in; I was greeted at the door, didnt wait forever, and when she did start on my nails she was able to fix what a different salon had messed up on my hands. I would recommend this nail salon to any visiting people and any residents of the area.

My grandmother spent well over $100 in this business. I had multiple nails break over the course of a few days. When I stopped by to have them repaired I was called a liar and treated very poorly by either a nail technician or the owner. He was extremely unprofessional and rude to me while repairing. Awful experience.

They look great. My issue is whatever they use product wise is not good. Never have I had the top coat peel off. They chipped after two days. Went amd got it fixed amd they started messing up again a day later. They looked so good when I got them done but they will not last at all

Aria nails is always fast, clean, and they have fair prices. I’ve been coming here almost since they’ve opened. They are also very nice :).

They are usually busy so I do have to wait when I go, but they always do a fabulous job! The deluxe pedicure is wonderful and they just got all new chairs!

This location is amazing! The pedicures are extremely detailed and thorough. All the services I get in a regular pedicure at Aria’s are usually in a “deluxe” pedicure, at other nail spa’s, so you really get your money’s worth. I love going to Annie for my full sets, she always is pleasant and gentle. Also, she always gets my shape right. Everybody here is very friendly and I don’t feel like a bother or out of place like I do at other nail shops. I will definitely keep coming here

The girl did an exceptional job on my pedicure. I have neuropathy real bad in my feet so anyone touching my feet is very painful but she made it the least amount of pain as possible and my toes and feet looked fantastic when she was done. I will definitely get my pedicures from her again.

Even though they were already crowded when they opened on Saturday morning, then they acknowledged me and I was seated with a Nail Tech in 5 mins. Will refer this place to my family and friends. Also, I will be going back.

I went to Aria Nails on October 27, 2019. I was immediately acknowledged when I walked in. The staff was very friendly. The wait was not long even though they were very busy. My daughter and I were both in and out in under an hour and a half. Ive only had my nails done a couple of times in my life, so Im not sure what exactly what I had done. I got a full set. My nails were dipped in powder and some sort of polish was put over them several times.... anyways, it was an awesome experience and my nails, even though they have grown out, still look like they did over 3 weeks ago when I got them done! The nail tech guaranteed they would last no less than 3 weeks, and they have! Now I just need to find the time to get them filled in!

It has taken me over over 2 years to find a new nail home after moving here from Florida. I love this place. Everybody always seam to be in a good mood and there work, sweet!!

I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon and had a great experience! Bryan (nail tech) was very kind, although he was very difficult to understand. The manicure was top notch and great quality, and price was excellent! I plan to return here again! Here’s a pic of the gel nails a week later!

Better this time then last visit she ready her time after I put in a complaint doing Mothers Day weekend nails were uneven and very short wrong color look like she just did what she wanted to do nothing I ask for I guess it were a busy weekend for her and it really show in her work .

The business here was horrible. I was not happy with my nails and when I let the manager know this he got very nasty with me and even tried to kick me out. The nails done in this shop are very mediocre. And my nails had excessive air bubbles. 0/10 would not recommend. They are claiming other people work for their own in the pictures. They cannot do any nail designs and they didn’t even have rhinestones! Unacceptable.

I haven’t paid yet but they are sweet and amazing! The place is clean and pleasant. Everyone is welcoming and I just love it!

I’ve been here 4x as recommended by my sister. The first two times, I went once for a full set and Lord knows the lady couldn’t comprehend that I didn’t want chunky nails. I wanted a smoother finish. Didn’t deliver and my hands looked awful after a week. A nail popped off in 2 weeks. My sister said she never gets her hands done, so the second time was for a pedicure. I got there right before closing, so I wasn’t upset that she rushed. The third time, I got there on a Sunday at 2 and she STILL rushed!!! She finished my toes in 20 minutes and left them so uneven. I literally just walked out of their establishment and I will NEVER return. I went to someone else and she rushed too!!! She finished my pedicure itself in 15 minutes. She took longer to paint them than the pedicure itself! Pedicures are supposed to feel like relaxation and that’s the last thing I felt leaving tonight. As she was drying my toes with the gel machine, the silver tray kept sliding like I broke the damn thing! She frustrated me so badly, I didn’t even tip her!!! I ALWAYS tip and make sure I treat them with respect and I demand the same thing thing when I’m a contributing factor to YOUR income! I won’t return and my other two sisters won’t be either.

I am NEVER coming back to this place. I called ahead of time to see if they were busy, and I was told it would be about a 20 minute wait, so I confirmed with the man that I wanted him to put my name down. I arrive around 3 mins later and I sit for AN HOUR!!!! I was moved twice before someone came to begin my full set. (Keep in mind there was only two other people having their nails done). So when I sit, I tell the lady what I want, which is acrylic French tips with a glitter accent nail. ONE glitter accent nail. She immediately begins to push for powder, so I asked if she can do French tips and glitter with powder, and she says no. I procceed to say that I want regular gel French tips then. She walks away and then comes back with POWDER !!! She sits down and preps my nails for dip powder ! So I ask her if she could tell me what she was doing and she says “Dip Powder”. By this point I’m face palming mentally. So I tell her again that I want gel and she points to the acetone and says “acrylic?” I say yes and she finally goes to put the dip powder away and begins prepping my nails.Here’s where it really went bad.She puts clear, regular nail tips on my nails. (For those that don’t know, you’re supposed to use WHITE tips for French tip customer unless asked otherwise).The nail clipper was not sterile (she clipped my skin) and repeatedly hit the sides of my fingers with the drill and buffer and Emory board was used. I wish I’d taken pictures!After she places the acrylic powder on my nails (they’re thick, chunky, and uneven) she PAINTS the French tip on my nails and cleaned them up after I stared at them for a good minute. Once she was done, she told me to go wash my hands and then pay.All in all, I had a horrible experience. The nails I got are not the design I asked for (I brought a picture of the French tip I wanted), and I was given a dirty glare when I did not tip because I was dissatisfied with my nails.

Went in for the first time after another nail place did a horrible job. ARIA nails did a fantastic job and I will definitely continue giving them my business.

The salon is nice and the people did a good job on the actual gel paint part of my nails, but the service itself really wasn’t all that pleasant. I’m not one to publicly complain about a business because I run my own and I know how unfortunate it can be.. but these people ruined my hands 😫First off, when I walked in there was basically nowhere to sit because of how cramped the space is.. which was fine. So I sat down, they told me it’d be about 10 minutes I said ok. I sat in the waiting area for about 25 mins then they sat me in a chair where I waited for 30 more. (Meanwhile three other people came in who said that they had appointments scheduled and no one was even available to help them either which in my opinion is poor service, don’t offer appointments if you don’t really have a slot open).So anyways apart from the long wait time, one of the people who worked there’s child was running around the place almost running into people and talking to everyone and being loud. I sound like a grump to say this, but when I go to get my nails done I expect to be able to relax. I have a child of my own who I am with at all times almost and I work at a daycare with small children. I don’t want to be harassed by another kid when I’m trying to relax and treat myself.Lastly and most importantly, the man who did the actual manicure part of my service clipped my cuticles so short that 4 of them were bleeding when I left and when I went to wash my hair later that day they all burned so bad I almost cried. I can’t even get dressed without my fingers hurting! I’m so disappointed. I never get my nails done and I was so excited and this is what I get 😢

I asked for disposable shoes and the women told me my toes were dry. She then grabbed my toes roughly smearing my polish. She didnt apologize just fixed it and wanted me to wait all over instead of just GIVING ME DISPOSABLE SHOES. Ill never go back.

TERRIBLE manucure!! IVE BEEN TWICE- Both experience were bad. My gel manicure didnt last 24 hours before pealing off. At other places they last 2 weeks at least. She cut me with the drill and told me to RELAX. RUDE! Will not be back.
