I checked in online and received a text message that my stylist is going to be available in 15 minutes. When I came into this location a lady told me it’s her lunch time and I have to come back after at least 30 minutes. When I came back again another lady told me to wait another 15 minutes again and she doesn’t know why we got the message. What a waste of time. And this is the second time when it happens. Last time they asked me to wait for 160 minutes because their system didn’t work correctly. I had to leave because my wait time wasn’t changing.

KC is an amazing stylist, full of vast knowledge and wisdom. I cant wait for my hair to grow out so I can visit again.

We took my 9 year old grandson to get his hair cut. Connie convinced my almost 4 year old grandson, who hates getting his hair cut because of the noise of the clippers and fear of getting cut to let her cut his hair. She was patient, showed him the clippers and let him try them on her and me. She was so kind and patient with him, told him everything she was doing. When he saw his mom that afternoon he proudly told her I didnt freak out. We will be going back!

They close at 5pm and yes I arrived at 4:47pm and asked for a haircut. They refused to take me and stated a women’s hair cut will be about 30 minutes without even asking what type of cut I wanted. My hair is even across, no layers and I just wanted it shortened. How is that 30 minutes not to mention in the service industry if you’re open then you still service, it doesn’t matter. Do you think Costco tells you oh you can’t come in even though we are still open because you will shop for too long? Or a restaurant refusing to take your order because you showed up at 5 minutes till close?

Appointments are necessary if you want to get in and get out. I like that their system keeps notes of your previous cuts, making it much more personal and easier for the stylist to know what was done to your hair.

KC was very friendly and was easy to talk to. Being a bald man I dont get haircuts often it was a great experience, the price point was high for me when I expressed this to KC she said she could charge me for a buzz cut which is what I got, this was not okay with her manager who was adamant that I get charged the full 26 dollars for a buzz cut AFTER I had already gotten my hair cut and we were checking out. This would be a 5 star rating and I would be coming back had that had not happened.

Kari did a great job with my hair. The spacing in the waiting area is appropriate and you can use the app to see your wait time.

Ive been coming here for a few years now and they have most friendly barbers in town and I like the MVP package they have. I usually buy 3 MVP haircuts in advance so it is cheaper than their triple play price. Great deal for the price and haircuts always look amazing!

Amazing service, I got to have my haircut with Jerry and we had a pleasant conversation about how different barber shops and salons work.The key difference to Sports Clips, and why he likes working there, is that there are no time restrictions to the haircuts. Places like Great Clips or even a salon down the road will limit customer and stylist times to around 20-35 minutes and stylists will usually cut corners to get the job done within the allotted time.I fully recommend Sports Clips and have switched to them since.

I have brought my kids 2 times here and both times we are rushed. The hair cuts look good in the place, but once I am home I find all sorts of things wrong. This last time my oldest line up was missing a few spots and had long hair next to his ears. My youngest you cant even find the line that they made and it doesnt look the same. The 1st time my oldest hair wasnt even what we had asked for and the front needed to be long and it was short. To short for the hair style we wanted.

So I went into sports clips on a week day around 3oclock there was no line and super friendly service by all of the staff. Camilla did an amazing job cutting my hair she did a perfect fade I was surprised! At the end of the cut I chatted with Kari for about 5 minuets about life when I was checking out not a lot of people are that personal no more I appreciated the friendly chat! definitely I would recommend this sports clips in the Lynnwood Alderwood Plaza to someone I know

Relatively inexpensive and quick

They do a pretty good job here, but my complaint is with the owner/franchisee. Other locations in the U.S. offer cheaper haircuts without forcing you into an MVP or Triple Play.... its called a Varsity cut...and it does NOT require you to be over 50 (or whatever age they claim). Im perfectly capable of shampooing my own hair. My guess is the owner discards some of the signage from the Franchiser to pad their wallet. Forcing people to pay an extra $5 for something you dont want is bad business.

This is one of best hair salon in Lynwood. The place is well maintained. Has generally 3-4 people to attend to customers. They are polite and offer great hair cuts.The best thing about this sports clip is If you are coming here for first time. You can get an MVP experience for a cheap price and they give you coupons for your next visit as well. They also give coupons to you which can be used by your friend and relative for a first free haircut with MVP experience. MVP experience includes following :Precision Haircut, Hot Steam Towel, Massaging Shampoo.

We take our boys here because they are young and this place is affordable. Their haircuts are always ok at best. The service is always good at this location and they are patient with our boys. I personally would never get my haircut here but its good enough for my kids.

Hair is shorter and pocket is lighter head is tingly. No real complaints. Its a typical haircut from any place in town. We dont have any good options and theyre all overpriced. This place is no exception. They do a massage after, basically rub your head with tea tree oil and menthol, something Ill skip next time if I ever make it again.

Slow slow slow. I used the online check-in and showed up at the recommended time, I checked in at the kiosk, waited 40 minutes without getting acknowledged and left. Waste of time. I think there is something wrong with this location. I have never had bad experience at other sports clips locations. I get the feeling going in there that the staff does not have a good workplace culture. This location feels like a knockoff Sports Clips and not like a real franchise.

Be careful. I got coupon for a free haircut here and thought Id try it out. I had long hair and was looking for a new haircut which the stylist assured me was easy. She ended up slipping with the razor and put a huge bald spot in the side of my head. On top of that, my hairline where she used the razor was uneven where it was supposed to be straight and the whole cut was tipped to the side and unsymmetrical. I wouldnt even go back to trust them to fix it. Its really too bad because the staff was nice even though the woman helping me kept trying to get out of doing the usual things like washing, drying and styling my hair.

Haircut was ok, but was charged for MVP even though I declined that service and didnt receive it (shampoo, towel etc). She said it was because I was a new customer. Didnt know you get charged extra for being a first time customer at a location, weird.Edit: Response from the company cleared up the confusion. Wasnt overcharged.

Ok I’m going to make this short cus it has taken three times to try and submit this...The building is old DIRTY and has not been taken care of, cracked window upon interning, bad store front.English is a second language for the employees (not upset about that, but that if they don’t understand you they won’t ask for help from another employee).This resulted in my boyfriend having to correct them and stop them mid cut from continually messing up his hair and trying to fix it.Now he is the type that never complains ever, that’s what I’m for ;) however this cut was soooo bad because they didn’t listen to his simple instruction that he had to say something.The worst part of it was the manager was listening the entire time and when he finally got to the point of making a complaint they had already had a conversation (not in English) about giving him the haircut for free.DO NOT GO HERE!**** UPDATE. now that his hair has grown out a bit it is obvious what a bad job they did. He says it is the worst haircut he has had in 15 years. I don’t know about you, but guys seem to be a bit easy going with their hair and this is still haunting us.

Terrible cut and shampoo. The lady wouldnt shampoo until after the cut even though I had product in my hair. The result is that the back and right side were longer than the rest, and the entire cut was uneven. The shampoo/massage she gave me after the piss poor cut was short and the opposite of relaxing.

In and out, no muss no fuss. And I keep forgetting how nice the scalp massage are.

Insanely slow. In 45 minutes 2 people got up to get their hair cut. There were 3 girls cutting hair. I walked out after 45 minutes. Horrible.

I literally just came in and check in and waited 30 minutes no one else was called to go get there haircut 10 -15 people waiting for the haircut and no one called and there was no one in the chair getting a haircut the employee were just talking standing and cleaning just talking mainly not calling be people up when they know there busy and i heard then say “don’t let anyone check in more” and there was still almost 2 hours till closing time that ridiculous and disappointing so I just left the store and I hope next time go in to try again the speed of wait times are less wait more work dang 😔😬🙄🙄🙄😡🤬
