Im not sure what has been going on here but its almost impossible to get a prescription refilled or speak to anyone. Very disheartening when you rely on these medications to function.

I recently switch providers to get help from Kayla and she was completely disregarding my feelings and she got rid of my medication that was working, and told me to keep taking my antidepressant that was causing bad side effects. I asked her to explain, and she said “I’ve been trained I know what I’m doing”. Im completely stressed out about this which I need to stop taking my medication and she said no. She is unbelievable and I will be talking to the head manager. Her care was choppy and she acted like she didn’t care. She should lose her Job from the kind of horrible “care” she provided. How could she stop prescribing my adhd meds that were working, because she assumed I was having side effect, but I told her I was having bad side effects from Zoloft that I didn’t have before and she told me to KEEP TAKING THEM. PATHETIC CARE! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Billing is a disaster. The whole place is a money scam. Not about anything besides taking your money over and over for the same bill. Lied about peer support being free of copay.

I went here for a short moment in 2017. I had a male therapist i think named dave or maybe dan. He talked more about himself and his wife than anything else. I told him i thought i had bipolar disorder he said he didnt think so. He Sent me to Samantha to do testing. She seemed overall rude and uninterested. She diagnosed me with bipolar but basically said if i wanted further help i should look somewhere else. They made me feel like because i was not in a full blown episode or acting unhinged that i wasnt in need of help. Four years later im still in the same boat. Finally trying to go back to therapy again but would never come back to these guys.

I love Nystrom and Associates! I am a recent graduate of the DBT program. Within the course of one year, I had 4 different therapists that I had the pleasure of working with! They were all incredibly knowledgeable in their fields of expertise and each had a passion for serving their patients! The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the miscommunication with scheduling at times and booking an appointment itself gave me headaches at times. But my therapist was always willing to listen and problem solve with me! 😃🙂🙃😁😊

I called one day for a medication refill. Never received a call back. Called next day,was told that the message would get to nursing and they would call pharmacy. Went to pharmacy and no prescription was sent. This is Fri. And they are closed. I guess no medication until at least Mon.

I saw Dr. Tara Trait, a Physiatrist at the Coon Rapids location. I was very happy with her. She was nice, kind & very easy to talk to. I was surprised at how thorough she was. She took a lot of time going through my entire history so she could get to know me more. You dont see that very often! I would highly reccomend her to anyone.

Charged $660 for a diagnostic assessment. After that 1st appointment, I received a notice stating that the doctor went on leave and I had to schedule with another doctor for yet another diagnostic assessment. I am compassionate and I understand people get sick, things come up, so I scheduled with another doctor and was told I would only be charged the standard appointment rate. I get to the clinic and Im told I need to pay over $400 to be seen that day. I said I could pay $150, Im currently unemployed and recovering from an injury, that was the most I could pay that day. They refused service. I get that they need to make money to stay in business but the way inwas treated that day was unacceptable. It broke my heart to think of people going in on their worst day and being treated that way. No resources provided, no suggestions on what to do, just a loud and degrading message that if I didnt have over $400 I was not welcome. Shortly after, I requested my medical records. I received them and was appalled. They were inaccurate and stated things I never said. I filled out my paperwork with the same facts that I shared with that doctor yet the transcripts stated so many inaccuracies that I had to wonder if he even listened to a thing I said. Extremely frustrating. I would NEVER refer anybody to this clinic. If they set out to help people, this isnt the way to do it.

Im not big on giving reviews or reading them, however, I read some and saw a few negative reviews, I couldnt understand why, but I realized that everyone is different. I love Nystrom, I am paired with the perfect therapist, her name is Eileen P. (Biglake). I also see other people at Nystrom, and I am happy with the service, the front desk staff is awesome they make you feel like family. So from me a big ole HIGH FIVE!!! and Thank you!!

Dr. Kissinger was unwilling to treat my needs. I transferred from a facility in St. Cloud because of distance. I told Dr. Kissinger at nystrom that my current medication prescription works well for me and that there’s no need to change anything. She wanted what she thought was best for me instead. So after only 6 months of her not listening to what my needs were, I went back to St. Cloud. St. Cloud is out of network and 1 hour away but the staff at centra care work to meet my needs instead of telling me what’s best for me.

I wont give these people 1star. My significant other made an appointment 4 months in advance. Went in there and the idiot behind the counter said we dont have you on our schedule. Then made her wait 45 minutes to actually speak to someone. Place is very unprofessional. They were the ones that rescheduled her appointment then dropped her from schedule. Would not recommend these people.

Honestly: I LOVED the sessions that I had with my therapist. Which is why it was all the more frustrating when the administrative staff were continually difficult to work with. I was consistently on hold for 20 plus minutes, and then my appointments continually got dropped, even though I had the card that was given to me with my upcoming appointments. Overall, this place is not worth the headache of the administrative staff.

These people are only after your money. DO NOT waste your time coming here. My councilor was Melissa langewisch. I have nothing against her; I just think shes not cut out for this job at all. The whole time I was there, I barely received any helpful information. She did not use the 12 steps, she did not give me any really helpful information. It was mostly just going to sit in a room full of people to talk about things that didnt even relate to recovering from addiction. Also she lets everyone skip and call in. I was there well over the time limit that I should have been, and I was discharged on my very last day! I was about to be moved down to the lower intensity group as planned and then BAM Im kicked out of the group because I was sick and didnt call in that night. I did however call in the very next day because they were open and it made more sense to me to call them when they were actually open. NOW theyre charging me over $1000 for a service that was never provided. Melissa told whoever was higher up that I was passive in group which was not the case at all. I was very involved and tried to bring as much insight as I could to the group because if I didnt then wed all be sitting there in complete silence. Also Im on probation and almost got thrown in jail because she didnt send my cd evaluation which happened to another person who was in the same group. This business is absolutely horrible and theyve done nothing to accommodate me or fix any of this besides ask me to go to the new Brighton location to get another cd evaluation and basically start all over, having to pay more money. Why would I go to new brighton when I live 10 minutes away from the coon rapids location. Ive heard many other complaints about this same councilor and business, its a shame that you people take advantage of us, all for money that you obviously didnt earn.

Earlier negative posts prompted me to write these positive comments about the Coon Rapids staff and Dr. Stan Kruglikov. My original referral was to the New Brighton office where I had to wait in line at the front desk and up to a half hour on the phone. There I got a P.A. rather than a doctor with questionable skills. What a complete turnaround when I got moved to the Coon Rapids office. Rarely have I had to wait, and never in a long line. I got Dr. Kruglikov who immediately recognized that my some of my symptoms might be caused by sleep apnea, which turned out to be true. In many years no other physician suggested what turned out to be a major problem. I am grateful for his thoughtful approach, accurate diagnoses, and well-rounded prescriptions (both natural and medical) for both by mental and physical health. Thank you.

I have Valissa Milanovich as a therapist, Ive only seen her three times, but I really like her. One time when I was feeling dizzy and nauseated, she encouraged me to try and call an ambulance. I never wouldve called 911 if she hadnt been so encouraging of my health. Thank you Valissa, I appreciate the encouragement of my health!!! I appreciate the fact that there are people out there that dont really know me, but care about my health, and stuff like that!!! :)
