So let me start by saying I had high hopes for this place based on approaching this business...but yes there is definitely some cons coming here.1. I needed a fill in for medium, almond shaped nails. Not only could the guy not take off the color powder I had on (which I understood) but I feel like the gel polish could have been done a lot better. I have bubbles and smearing on a couple of the nails (posted here). Also I have paint stains on my hands from him not paying attention a few times.2. There was another worker there (a female) without a mask on and COUGHING while working on another woman next to me. WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC?!?!?!3. The guy doing my nails gets up CONSTANTLY and wont even let me know so Im sitting there waiting and waiting over and over again because he acts like hes the only person in the shop that can take other customers payments when they are finished with their services. He also talks to every single coworker in there while servicing me in their native language. I understand you dont want it to quiet and awkward in there but if you are looking down at my nails then giggle with the person next to you, Im not returning because you have made me feel uncomfortable.4. I paid $48 (+ $1 for card fee) for this... I would have thought that I would be paying AT MOST $30-35 but I will not be back nor recommending this place to others.If you give this place a try, please look at the menu that Ive posted and good luck to you.UPDATE (08/17/21): My nails are lifting now, BARELY a week later… NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I have never posted a bad review for a nail place before, but today I was charged $54 for SNS!!! He added 3 tips (I only asked for 2) and I get a matte top coat. I am not usually charged for the tips and some places will add $5 for the matte. Not only did it take an hour and a half (not including wait time and I had nothing on my nails going in) but they are uneven and crooked, all different lengths and the top coat is already peeling off just 3 hours later. Had I been told about the cost upfront I would have left. Terrible customer service. I will never return and I’d recommend you save your money!

The manager did my fill in today and did an amazing job... very patient and sweet. Will ask for her again. I got the mood changing polish and love it! (Nails look better in person than in the pictures because of the angle)

So glad at stopped at this place on a whim! They squeezed me in but I didnt feel rushed at all. The technician took her time and did an awesome gel manicure. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles and felt very welcome. Lately thats a hard thing to find in a nail salon...The decor was floral with accents of rose gold. It was very aesthetically pleasing, and best of all it looked spotless and very organized. The tools used were taken from sterilized packaging which was very comforting. I hate wondering if tools are clean...The bathroom was also prescribe. The price was on par with other salons in the area. I will absolutely be back!

If youre looking for a place where you can walk away happy, its here! Ive been coming here for the past 5 years and wouldnt change it for anything. All the girls are great and ready to take care of you. The manager has been my nail tech since day one. Shes very attentive and caring to my hands and feet. The owners are very nice and ready to help either in booking an appointment or trying to accommodate you. Highly recommended!

The most hospitable salon around. These nail artists are so kind, fun to converse with, and truly great at what they do. Its very evident that good hearted people run this organization, for they make relationships with customers and its easy to keep going back. The nail artists seem to enjoy working there, making it such a pleasant atmosphere. I cant say enough great things. They are both lovely people. Everyone does a great job!

This my go to nail salon. The team is as always very welcoming. I am a regular for their cat eye gel polish. Me and my friend went in today and we had good service. Also, a soecial shout out to who did a great job on my gel mani pedi.

I went in last Monday for a pedicure and gel manicure. They took great care of me. My nails turned out very cute and lasted through going to the beach constantly for a week. Even though we were both wearing mask Because of covid, I still felt like we really connected. She did such a fantastic job that, before I left, I booked an appointment to see her again. I would definitely to everyone, its very clean and they provide excellent customer service.

This nail salon is so nice! From the decor to the service I felt very glad to choose this spot. I am new to the Area so I was nervous about finding a place that was as good as my nail techs back home. I found this spot on the way to the mall and figured I would try it out. They did a full gel set and a pedicure. My tech was extra sweet and very funny. She works fast but very clean and professional work. My nails look gorgeous. I cant wait to go back!

Ive been staying in town and needed to find a new nail shop instead of driving far. A friend was visiting and we decided to go for gel manicures. Found this place on Google and called and they said they could take us. They were accommodating when we were a little late as well. We each got gel manicures. My friends manicurist was Flower. They were both awesome! Im always hesitant to go somewhere new, but they both did an excellent job. They have a lot of gel polish to choose from, and Flower gave great recommendations for color.. They also have a program for frequent clients. I will definitely return!

Average. Go there if you have no other options available. They are always shorthanded and super slow. I came back home with some botched nail work where I was charged for a manicure and they did not even remove the cuticles.

I brought it to the attention of the owner that I was over charged and instead of giving me back the $20 she owed me she gave me $10 and went back to doing other customers feet and just left me standing there.I left other reviews about this and she said she is going to talk to her team so it doesnt happen again but she was standing right there and could of made it right before I left. What is talking to the team going to do when you tell them the price to charge... Honestly, its just business but my feelings are definitely hurt. I planned on bringing yall my business all the time and Ive been coming back ever since the first time yall did my nails and you really made me feel taken advantage of today. Its not even about the money its the fact that you didnt make things right and let me leave knowing I was over charged.

I never get my nails done, like never. I came here with a girlfriend of mine for a nice treat yo self day. Im so glad she chose this spot. They did a fantastic job on my nails. Theyre nice, friendly, offer the best customer service ever. I wish I took a picture of my nails before. Just know, as someone who hates getting their nails done, I would definitely still come back here.

Love my nails!! I had an appointment at 12:30 and was done by 1:10! I recently had a manicure so I just wanted a gel polish change. The nail tech picked the color for me and suggested I got white tips. Im happy I went with her suggestion because these are super cute!!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I went in with my sister (who is getting married in two days) for wedding nails and they did amazing making sure we were taken care of! I had a little problem with my nails and how they turned out and they fixed them right away for free!! This place is beautiful and relaxing and the people are kind and attentive and I will always always always be going here for my nails!

I loved my experience here from start to finish. I chose the gel manicure and gel pedicure and it was everything I wanted and more. I already made my next appointment because the ambiance is great, the service is great, and theyre adamant on making sure you leave there happy and feeling pampered. Parking is not an issue, they have a big structure in the back. And another thing is they work efficiently yet effortlessly. I cant wait to go back!!

The technician was not pleasant, coughed while doing my manicure, but did not wear a mask. Did a poor job on both manicure and pedicure. Since the salon did not have proper fans for drying I had to use a small manual fan to dry hands, no drying for toes, both were messed up within an hour of leaving the salon. Wasted money and time.

My nails came out nice but the person doing my nails was not clean. Nothing he used was sanitized, he just brushed the cut fingernails onto the floor, he didnt wash his hands, wear a mask or even use a clean towel/a new paper towel. Though my nails came out good, I wont be back due to sanitary concerns.

I was over charged! No offense maam, I stood there and told you yall never charged me that high for a fill-in and you gave me back $10 when I was over charged $20. You knew I was over charged before I left and you let me leave knowing I had been over charged so telling your team when youre the owner and was standing there and could of made it right right then is neither here nor there. I should of never left without it being appropriately fixed. Its not right. Ive been sending people to your store for service and coming back for all my nail needs. I dont want to be treated like that and told that you will talk to your team about it.... You could of fixed it. Now u get the extra ten and loose hundreds from my future business instead.

I am a very patient person and understand that sometimes language barrier can cause misunderstandings. However, the older lady that did my nails was extremely rude and ruff! The first time I went it wasnt very inviting but I always like to give places another try because I understand people have bad days, but it was this place. This is def not a place for black women to get their nails done. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT and def will not be going back. It amazes me how these nail places treat black women WE are the ones giving them the most business.

I am super duper picky about my nail salons. I had yet to find a good one in town. Im not exaggerating when I say this place is the best! I got in immediately on a Saturday. The customer service is unmatched. Manicures come with a shoulder massage and moisturizing treatments. And to top it all off, a gel manicure was only $40. This place rocked my socks off, good job yall!!

Had to look for a nail place with appointments available to take my mom on her bday. After calling so many locations, some closed, some no availability until November, finally found this place. Never have been their but gave it a try and we had appointments for pedicures and 1 Acrylic Small set. They were polite over the phone. Once we walked in all attentive with us. The place is up to code with the Covid protocols. I was happy we ended here. Great customer service. Even ended up adding waxing and gel manicures and they were understanding, not rude. Gave us all great recommendations with colors and what we needed.

First and foremost, very good customer service. The personel tries to help you choose the care thats best for your nails health. Also, the place is very beautiful with proper equipments and sanitation is prior for them. I, personally, recommend to visit this nail bar.

I am so glad I found this place in our new neighborhood. They have done an admirable job in this post covid world of making me feel both safe and comfortable. It is obvious that they have put a lot of thought and care into the changes they have made. My gel manicure looks great, and they are always very gentle taking off my previous manicure. My husband loves the fresh fruit they use in their pedicures. Highly recommend this place!

I was coming in town for a business trip and desperately needed my nails done on a Sunday evening. I called on Saturday and unfortunately they could only squeeze me in for one service (hands or feet) because they were booked. I arrived and didnt have to wait, despite the place being busy. I went for a gel manicure. They had a great selection of polish colors to choose from. They are so clean and always on time. Everyone is always super nice too! They so extremely fabulous quality, my pedicure last at least 3 weeks! Highly recommend!

I went there to get my toes done since I had plenty of time before an e ent at 6 and after a work thing on spring. HARD TO FIND A PLACE that would take me at last min no appt on a Friday at 4 . ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS!! They ripped my nail off. Came in from NC to get a fill-in. Instead they got inpatient and didnt care. NOW I HAVE A FREAKEN HOLE IN MY NAIL. Do not!! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE!

I’m new to the area and this is my first time. I asked if they could do designs and showed a picture of what I wanted and they said yes, not only did she not do the design I asked for but I paid 63$ for a full set! I was told full-set is 45$ and matte is 5$ so I’m guessing she gave herself a tip. Very disappointing.

I have lived in the area for over a year and have yet to find a great manicure/pedicure spot that I go back to again. I really loved how clean and spacious this spa was. It isnt as tight spaced as some of the other very popular nail places. Ill be returning to this place and its my new fave nail place.

Great shop. Worked quickly and did a great job on my gel mani and gel pedi polish change. Only issue is I was nicked a twice during the mani, tech quickly stopped the bleeding and cleaned the site. Will be going back.

I always get a regular pedi. They always do a great job on cleaning my cuticles. My pedi usually can last sooo long. Like a month long and still look pretty decent. Prices are reasonable and worth every penny!I always call ahead for an appointment, they are busy.

I went for my first time today and Im highly, highly impressed with the service. Everything from the warm, friendly staff to the beautiful, posh new place. They have massage chairs! Amazing! My technician blew me away. She did an amazing job with my pedicure! Everyone is super friendly, always smiling. Ill definitely be going back, I rarely go to salons to get anything done but after this great experience, I will definitely be coming back. This is my go-to place now and Im very pleased with everything. Its extremely clean, the bathrooms are spotless and they use an autoclave for all their tools. You even get to keep the buffers and stuff they use on your feet! Thank you for great service. You definitely have a new customer :)

This place is horrible I came here three different times thanking my experience would get better but each time it got worse after having my nails done for 3 days they start popping off then they act like they dont want to redo them never again will they get my service

It very easily for me to get my nails done. They also had partitions up for our safety. They also ask that you wash your hands when you enter and you must wear a mask to enter.

Nail Time is accommodating and usually able to see me as a walk-in. It is best to make an appointment when possible though. Everyone is friendly and will remember you when you visit. My nails always look great.

Ive only gotten pedicures here, and its been super relaxing and all of the ladies are really nice. My pedicures actually last me a minimum of 3 weeks, which is awesome. Price is great also.

This place is fantastic! My daughter and I went in for pedicures. I was expecting a wait based on all the outstanding reviews, but we were taken care of right away. Its very clean - I have autoimmune issues and I have to be extremely careful with services like this. Super-friendly staff. Like a previous google review stated, we were not pressured to add more services. The atmosphere was bright and cheerful. They were very sweet to my daughter. And our feet and toes look fantastic. Its worth the extra 10 minute drive for this kind of service. It feels a bit more like a spa than a nail salon. We will be regulars. :)

Every time I come here, I have had a great experience. They tend to get very busy during expected busy times (after work, weekends, Holidays) but even when they are busy it doesnt effect the quality of their work (I cant say that for most nail salons). Also, I have had at least 5 nail technicians and each of them has been great! Would definitely recommend :)

I had to give this place a star in order to leave a review. My nails are different shapes..art work, which was so simple, and yet it looks like a 3yr old did it. How in the h e l l could you not get three stacked lines straight? And you call yourselves professionals! Gosh, why cant I post a picture. Every good review that you have are from people who have never experienced great nail work at fine salons. I would not recommend this unprofessional salon to anyone. If I could post pictures, I would so that everyone could judge for themselves. Service is trash and so is their work. Also, put some soap and paper towels in your bathroom. Youd think that you would know better with all of those wash your hands Alabama psa all over the freaking radio and t.v. And not to mention Covid. And another thing, speaking of Covid, dont you think that it would be wise for your staff and all customers to wear a masks? Cover your face, that includes your noses!

I really had a great time at this place. I went in for a last minute pedicure for myself and my boyfriend. There was no waiting time at all since it was close to closing time. The staff was awesome - very friendly and welcoming. In fact it was like I was hanging out with friends rather than getting a mani/pedi at the nail salon. They work quickly and efficiently. The final product was beautiful. I will be returning the next time I am in the area.

This has been by far the best place Ive gone to get my pedicure done. They were very patient when it came to cutting my cuticles unlike the other nail salons who are more aggressive and have cut me! Their prices are pretty reasonable, They also offer complimentary drinks!

So i sent my girlfriend to get her brows done and she came back in tears She had the worst experience ever her eyebrows were almost taken from her face due to poor waxing service and now she as to draw them in i wouldn’t recommend any woman who is very in prideful in how they look to get there lashes or brows done here now i have to put in extra work to make sure she still feels great about herself

The lady who did my pedicure was fast and efficient, and periodically made sure I was okay and even offered me water as I waited for my toes to dry, she was so sweet. Ive been getting my manicures done here for a year. I would say that Im fairly impressed with their service. The pricing is reasonable compared to many other places. Last time they did hurt my pinky finger that left a wound. But generally, I have been happy with their service.

Ive now been twice and both times received a flawless pedicure. The first lasted 3 weeks and probably would have lasted another week. The phone was ringing off the hook when I was there so Im not the only person who has found this gem so its a good idea to call ahead.
