State Farm was able to send roadside assistance within an hour of a midnight call for a blown tire on the side of I-275, after the automakers roadside assistance didn’t show up. Wonderful service every time I call.I dont call my insurance agent (Carol Laske) all the time (only when I have an issue or when I am buying a new car), But she is very polite and answers all the questions I have (I always have a lot) She has been the reason why I have not gone an looked for a different company because where else would you get this type of personal service? Barb Merten-Dubensky is one of the most honest insurance agents I know. She is very knowledgable and explained the complex changes in the auto insurance regulations that are set to go into effect in July. She did not try to convince me to buy her product and actually recommended that I stay with my current plan. I will consider State Farm again when my policy is up for renewal.
