Omg..amazing & wonderful people

Horrible from when I first signed up I got charged double because the guy that worked for them said he didn’t know I was getting Full Coverage which was not my problem he should have ask. Their customer service sucks at corporate because I was late paying and I let the guy know and ask him how much I would have to pay and he gave me one price but when I called back to pay it was a different price and the manger couldn’t do nothing but said he would talk to the person so pretty much this company really don’t train their people right and the customer has to be inconvenienced. I will be finding another insurance place please people stay away nexuses they are horrible. I have had the experience of having other insurance companies and i’m Seeing that cheap is not always best!!!
