I bought a $350 office chair for 50 bucks total and I love it! Call ahead before picking up your stuff and it will be ready upon your arrival. Service was fast and friendly. I will definitely buy from them again!

I’m fully aware that these items are “as-is” but his attitude towards people asking questions or wanting to inspect the items before bid is rude.He sounds frustrated, tired, burnt out and impatient. Everyone else I talk to seems way more pleasant and genuinely want to help.Take this off your website if you don’t want people to bid responsibly. “We strongly advise that You make use of any available inspection period to personally inspect Items so that You can make the best bidding and buying decision possible.“Update to response:I sincerely understand youre busy and dealing with the public takes a lot of energy. I shouldnt fault you for being tired, thats not fair.To be clear though, I didnt ask for multiple monitors to be unpacked and if you cant see the importance of plugging a monitor in to see if it does more than just power on than you dont understand the product. I took your advice, I didnt bid on them. Again, if you dont have time to let people inspect items take that part off your website or make it clear it is package inspection.

These guys are the best. Ive known the owner since last year when I first started bidding through their site. They are very organized and friendly people. Bidrl has been a great resource during the pandemic, providing diapers, toilet paper and other essential items that were out of stock at major retailers.

Amazing find, love this place. Liquidation items that can save you a bunch of money. We have bought mattresses, computers, monitors and household items. They liquidate major retailers inventory with evening auctions that offer a wide range of deals. The staff are helpful and even loaded my car as my back is bad. They donated a large amount of items to my hospital when we were short of gowns, masks and other COVID screens. Donated without asking, as soon as they heard we were short they kept the donations coming. Folks that are the real deal!

My favorite is a coffee table originally from Ashley’s that priced at $350.00. I now own it for the low price of $62.00. It is beautiful. They seem stressed with the volume of business they are doing compared to the amount of staff they have, but aside from an occasional annoyed attitude, its what youd expect from an auction house like this. Hit-or-miss items that are great bargains if you know what to look out for.

Update....original review is closer to 1 year ago feeling strongly best to share this new information....it s been sadly going downhill misrepresentation and failure to disclose true and known condition on a lot of items.definately not the same ethics being practiced any more...sad 2 say severely disappointed.Old review--Great way to get what you need...I just handled Christmas for my new Grandson saved over 50% over retail! Love to shop here! I keep getting the greatest deals every week!! I love it! Guarantee I will be a loyal customer for a long time.

Great deals, Such a variety of major retails selection here from Amazon to JC pennys furniture. Better that paying full retail price at the store. Many auction through out the week to choose from.

For pennies on the dollar I have updated bathrooms, kitchens, replaced outdoor equipment, and been able to give amazing gifts to friends and family. I expect items are broken(which is rare) and turn it into a challenge to fix. It is wholesale shopping on steroids.

This is a great find! I was able to get a few things I needed for around the house (plus some things I didn’t need lol) for a fraction of what I would have paid in any other store. Bids start at .25 cents and bidding is super simple. The employees are always welcoming and attentive when I go pick up my wins. I would highly recommend.

Anyone who has bid on other auctions such as Sacramento knows that this is an awesome place. Family owned and ran. Its always a positive experience to pick up our items.

I came across this place by accident and had never heard of such a business. Now that I’ve had a taste, I can’t stay away! I get a lot of stuff for my kids here, along with things for my home that I’ve always wanted to buy but haven’t because of the cost. Also some stuff I don’t “need” but you know how that goes. When I find these things here at BidRL, the price is just so awesome. It quickly becomes an addiction...and one that I won’t fight! Just like any open box merchandise you have to examine the given pics for defects or damage. The owner is upfront about any problems with the merchandise. Used the place a couple times.
