The Farmers Insurance - Albert Scofield office has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone that I have spoken to regarding my insurance needs in this office is polite and professional. This group fully puts the customer first and does everything to make things easy on the consumer end.The agent in the office Ive been working with closely, Hans, has created a personal relationship taking care of getting my account set up and has followed up and gone above and beyond to create a policy that fit my needs. I cannot say enough good things about this group. Its sometimes hard to find such a great group of individuals that care so deeply about their customers and what they do. I would highly recommend this group for any insurance needs.
