This agency is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Their billing department continually and constantly fails to get my bill correct. NOT ONCE SINCE I HAVE SIGNED UP WITH THEM! Tired of them sending notice cancellation all the time. When its not time.

Ive been doing business with the Pete Russell Agency for over 17 years. Call today to talk about my policy and changes. Was informed that Allstate had dropped me as a customer over 30 days ago. Never received any documentation or information stating this. Have never had such poor customer service and communication from a company. So it looks like Ill be taking all of my business elsewhere.
