Rene and her staff are knowledgeable and give remarkable service. When I call the office they are pleasant and friendly. When I have questions they respond in a timely manner. If I need advice they always try to help me do whats in my best interest while maintaining State Farms integrity. I am a lifelong State Farm insured and would not have any other agent service my policies.

Every time I call Renes office, the customer service is exceptional! If I have a question, they answer it. If I have a life event, they are sending cards and making suggestions for planning ahead. If I e-mail them, I never have to wait an extended length of time for a response. They constantly follow up to insure my policies do not lapse if I am late on a payment and to remind me of my annual reviews. This office definitely shows the State Farm standard in every conversation.
