This place is absolutely horrendous. My therapist is great, but the rest of the staff is horrible. Theyre rude, in person and on the phone, they dont book your appointment on the right day so it will be for a day youre busy and obviously wont be able to make the appointment. When they were charging for missed appointments, they basically took all the money I had because Im on a fixed income. They just blamed it on me over the phone. This is why people KILL themselves, is because of staff like all you girls. Youre making your patients worse by your nastiness and incompetence. Thanks for absolutely nothing other than more panic attacks and self loathing.

I loved my therapist and never have a problem with the staff. I did teletherapy and it worked perfectly for me.
