Dirty. They rush you. No attention to detail. I had to file my nails they where so uneven. The polish had texture because they just pile on the polish. Very sloppy. Never again.

Been going here for years and even after moving an hour away I still make the trip for my nails

These ladies are amazing ive been going tonthis salon for the last year. They always take me when I didnt make an appointment because my work schedule was terrible. They always welcome me and give me what I ask for. They are always willing to make suggestions when I ask for input on colors, shape, length! YOU LADIES ROCK

I went to DD today to get a full set of acrylic dip powder nails and they were so quick, nice, clean, and efficient! I will most definitely be returning!

They always have room for you theyre always very friendly I get pedicures here and they do a fabulous job!

My nails look about average and the price was definitely a bargain, but I am giving them 1 star because they are the most unsanitary place Ive ever been to. They sat me in a chair with someone elses nail shavings all over the seat and table. The lady pulled very obviously used tools out of open sanitary bags and then put them back in the same bags after using them on me. She filed my nails down (with a very gross, used file) so far that she made one of my fingers bleed. A horrifying experience to say the least. I got a manicure... and probably a fungus.

They have the biggest selection of nail powder, I love their pedicures, and Ive never gone anywhere else in the 4 years Ive been in Washington.

I got the powder nails done on my hands and they turned out really well. The workers there were nice, although most were harder to understand because of their strong accent.

Friend and I were in Bellingham for the day and decided to try this place to get our nails done. HUGE mistake. We only went here because of the good reviews it had. Yeah... theyre not that great. I shouldve known something was wrong when the girl they handed me off too didnt even know how to turn the lamp on at the desk. Then they switch her out for someone else and they laugh saying she only does pedicures. My nails were okay, the employees were eh not rude but not necessarily nice. Ended up popping my nails off a week later. Wouldnt recommend going back unless youve been a regular they take better care of you then.

I went with some friends yesterday and while they really enjoyed their experience, I got the worst manicure of my life. Two minutes into the manicure, the lady cuts my thumb and made it bleed for quite a while, it was clear that she was shaken but she did not ask her supervisors for help or even attempted to communicate what was happening. Then she proceeded to pour this blue liquid on the cut (maybe disinfectant, I dont know because she didnt say anything)After she finally got the bleeding to stop she proceeded to give me the worst manicure. every single nail is messed up. I am so disappointed and I will not be returning.

Dissatisfied to say the least, nothing seemed to be sanitized, I saw her take an opened sanitized bag and when she pulled out the tools they were very obviously used and when she was done she put the tools back in the sanitized bag. Tools looked dirty and I felt very rushed.

I I have had my nails done many times and they were always beautiful. One time I was super pressed for time and they made it happen.

Ive been here many times in 2016 and I always had an older woman and a younger one with bangs and they were great! However, the last time I went in 2018, I had a different girl. She never compared my hands on the length of my nails, so one was crooked and my nail lengths were uneven. I even reminded her multiple times and shed say later. She talked about me in another language and I could tell because the other gal would look over at my nails and laugh. She was very rough and rude. Very unhappy with her service. Wont be going back. Service has become worse over time.

Didn’t have an appointment so I was a walk in. They immediately sat me down but for a full set it took an hour and a half!!! The woman was SO slow, the quality was super low, inconsistent thickness lengths and shapes and left my cuticles a mess. It’s only been two days and half of them have popped off. Will be going in and asking for my money back tomorrow. Do not recommend.

I went to this place and it was by far the worst place Ive ever been too. The lady that did my nails didnt understand any English, I had to get three other employees to speak to her because she was doing my nails wrong and had to start over several times. The quality of my nails was terrible, not even three days after they were done they started chilling, the gel polish peeled off, Ive lost three nails, you can see the limes in the fills.. I will never go back to this place especially because Ive spent way less for far superior quality at other places

I happen to be in this area and I decided to try out a nail salon here and oh boy do I regret coming here instead of my normal place. I came in and asked for a fill. Im not sure if she was the owner but she handed me to one of her employees that walked in, after she had removed my old nail polish. This employee did a lazy job of doing a basic fill and when I asked her to fix certain things that she did, she sighed like she didnt want to do it or I was asking too much. She rushed the job all because the owner wanted to have more employees to help with three other clients that had an appointment and they were late. I did not appreciate a horrible job and a horrible attitude. I will not be coming here and would recommend to other people if you are not a local of Bellingham do not get your nails done here. Im from Seattle and Ive been to different nail salons in Renton, South Seattle and downtown Seattle that have horrible customer service but they still do a better job than this place. I am so disappointed that I have to get my nails redone at my usually nail salon in Everett.

Went in on January 24th to get nails done they are cracked and have bubbles and way to thick of gap on Cuticle the nails is already starting pull away Im not happy with it cause the nails havent even lasted a week.
