My washer at home broke, this place is roomy -you’re not rubbing elbows with people & the lady working there was so nice & helpful. She stayed busy too-great employee! Thanks!

The WORST laundromat in the history of laundromats. That’s not a joke. There’s no employees around. Ever. No air conditioning. The machines do not work most of the time. They don’t clean anything. The washers smell. The only reason I came here was because it was empty. Now I know why. I will never come here again. Terrible place.

Okay so originally, I LOVED this place. It was the cheapest in Ankeny and pretty clean. Lately, it has seemed like the owners gave up. The same machines have been broken for weeks now, they are terrible at refilling the laundry detergents you can buy, and half the time the bathroom is out of order. Im over it 🤷‍♀️ I dont want my money to keep getting eaten up by machines.

Dryers are expensive and DONT work. Save the money and go somewhere else. Multiple refund slips in the complaint box. Send me a refund please.

Usually I love this place, and I know that this happens do I not blaming the owners. But one drier that I used didnt run for the time it was suppose to do I had to move to different drier and of course put more money in

I love that this place is 24 hours. Its clean too 😁My only complaint is, is I put money in the machine for some laundry soap, it took my money and didnt give me the soap... so, $1.25 for nothing.....But other than that, it was a great experience. I travel for a living, so i was only in town for 1 day... but, if and when I return to Des Moines, Ill definitely swing by here and wash my clothes.

I use it because I live in a place with no w/d hookups. There are always broken machines, even the ones without the out of order signs. Theres not always an attendant so depending on the time of day, the place is dirty.

Bill CHANGER for coins, location is by coffee shops and many stores, 65% clean, no a/c so hot, BUT they have fans you and adjust, the washers are priced $3.00 to $5.50 (I use $3 one and it washes a big load...not big comforters I dont think) The dryer I use is $1.79 and it dries all my clothes just fine!

Love that its open 24 hrs. This last visit, very upset. There was poop on floor and a couple was having sex in the bathroom. My children were with me. Just disgusting

The place is dirty. Garbage was over flowing. No toilet paper in dirty restroom. Had to go get quarters at a bank because the change machines were both empty! Machines took about an extra buck or two of my quarters than they should have! Never coming back here again!

The place is filthy. Garbage cans full. Garbage on the floor. Floors muddy. Moldy smelling clothes in bins by back foot. No change in bill changer.

Clean, Everything works and the dryers our dreams, actually dryers your clothes the first time. They even offer chips while you wait..

No one on site, smelled a bit moldy, but decent prices on machines. No wifi made it hard to study while waiting.

Expensive to use at $3 as the lowest washer price and some dryers looked burnt from usage and at least 3 machines were out of order.

Machines only work half assed.

It was clean with plenty of machines. Called their posted phone number to report a broken machine and someone was there within 20 minutes to fix it. Ill def be going back.

Very good! I was very impressed with how well the lady was cleaning the place. I havent seen it look so good in a long while. She even shined the chrome washers!! Definitely never seen anybody clean it that well and Im there a lot.
