Me and my husband visited this salon for the first time today and WOWWW! What an amazingly relaxing experience from start to finish. Incredibly sweet ladies taking great care and passion to give you the feeling you are on a tropical spa vacation. I would highly recommend this salon to ANYONE needing some complete rejuvenating zen in their lives.

The gel manicure I recieved chipped after 4 days. This has happened before so Jenny told me to call if it happened again. When I called they said they would re-do it for me. The owner (?) looked at my nails and said yes they would re-do all and not just replace the 4 nails that chipped (which I would have had them do). Since the original color I chose was probably why it chipped (bad/old polish?) I decided to go back to my usual color.At the end they said becuase I changed colors that it was $15..when I paid $35 for them to do it last week and THEY told me I should have them all redone. Couldn’t someone have told me that picking a new color was an extra charge? So the same color is free, but a different color that actually sticks is $15? What a joke, I will not be back.

Best nail salon I have ever been to. Staff is super friendly and is accommodating to those that might be picky. (me!) Always offer beverages. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I usually only do drop ins, but have done appointments as well. Mimi is the best!

Everyone who works here has the most positive attitude. As soon as I sat down the lady that worked with me let me know that at any point in time I could change the color if I don’t like it. I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. They offer fantastic service!

May did an amazing job on my acrylics. I had gotten my nails done while I was out of town and needed to get a fill. She listened to exactly what I wanted and got the shape perfect and they arent bubbled up at all. They are nice and thin and natural looking. Quick but quality and a great price!!

I got a pedicure and gel fill here recently for the first time. Although MOST of the staff seems super friendly, not all of them are and their attention to detail is lagging. The woman who did my pedicure was super sweet and took her time with my pedicure which I appreciate. The man who did my gel fill... they looks awful. They are uneven, the shape of some nails are deformed and he scratched me with the nail buffer. Not to mention, he did not bother to greet me or ask me any detail questions on how I like my nails. Also some of my nails are massively thick and others are super thin. He also seemed rushed and was busy on his phone the entire time. And the prices are NOT cheap. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Clean clean clean! I have never in all the years Ive had my nails done been more impressed with the quality of product and service than here at #1 nails. My sets stay on for 3+ weeks between files and the nails are thin enough to pick up a dime! Love this shop and the people in it!

I went to get a brow and lip wax. Never been here before. They seemed like they were rushing and got wax on my lips. Instead of wiping it off they waxed it off!!! It started to bleed a lot! So she put a cotton ball on it and it stuck to all the way in my skin. I got up and left before they could touch my eyebrows.Im a musician and my lips cannot get injured. Now Im screwed until my lip heals. It really hurts.Worst idea going somewhere Id never been.Fair warning!

I went there with my mom and my friend to get our nails done for my birthday. I wanted to try acrylic nails and I regret going there altogether. The man that did my nails not only was on his phone the entire time but did not care to ask me how I wanted my nails done or what shape I wanted them. He had already begun to cut the tips by the time I told him that I wanted rounded instead of boxy tips. When he began to put the acrylic on he was careless and I ended up with nails that are several different shapes, thicknesses and a couple of deformed ones. I got gel polish but he did not put enough layers on it to make it opaque. in some spots, my nails are transparent while in some spots the gel is layered on too thick, the polish situation was the same for my mom.there was a 16-year-old-ish girl that did my friends nails which to l forever, and then about 2/3 of the way through she switched with another older woman. Never again.

Got a pedicure and they didn’t cure the gel or put it under a light so I went home with sticky toes and had to redo them. Total waste

DONT GET THE EYEBROW WAX my face is burning and I have a rash now. Whatever they use it’s not sanitary. Didn’t even have me in wax room just had me sit on a pedicure chair and then hold my forehead with one hand. Never going here again. Worst wax I’ve ever experienced.

My visit was great I had a pedicure and a manicure done by Mimi and she did a great job. Everyone at the salon in my opinion Im very professional and very cordial.

Ill give them a 100 on hospitality. I called after they were already closed, not only did they stay open to accommodate me but were very courteous, friendly, and personable. She did a great job and made sure I was ok with everything she was doing. Price is right, really affordable. Definitely recommend going here !!

I have been getting my nails done at #1 Nails for over one year and wouldnt think of going to another place. EVERYONE is so friendly and on a first name basis; they offer every comfort you can imagine and make you feel so at home. Not to mention that Jenny is an expert at what she does!

My daughter wanted her nails done for her 16 th birthday. They dont have their prices posted and she was charged $40 for just her nails done. One broke off less than 24 hours, she went in to have it fixed and left with a nail that didnt come close to matching the shape or length of the other 9. Taking our business elsewhere.

Our manicures were completely rushed and the details were overlooked. Still had old polish underneath my new gel manicure that wasnt painted evenly anyways. Technician knicked my cuticle without even apologizing. Couldnt get out of there fast enough.

Ive never been to this salon before but I was looking for somewhere that did the sns dip nails. My nails look great but the overall experience wasnwa that great.There was not a price list that I seen anywhere, they charged me $40 for sns dip nails on my natural nail bed. Thats more than Ive spent even getting tips put on!First lady who worked on my nails burned my pinky nail, she went over the same spot multiple times. And then she boiled water, put a metal bowl of acetone in it and had me soak my nails. It was so hot I could barely stand having my fingers in there. That was a first for me! Normally they wrap your nails with foil, cotton, and acetone.Someone else finished my nails, she was very kind and gentle, my nails look pretty good. They offered drinks which was nice, and they had a big selection of sns colors. Im not sure if I will go back.

I would definitely recommend this place for eyebrow waxing, I go here regularly for it but the pedicure which costs $25 was not long enough. Very minimal work on callouses and cleaning up the feet, massage was very short and the paint job was a little sloppy.

Worst gel polish manicure. The girl was rushing and didnt seal nail tips and left spots not covered on my nails. Very disappointed . I was overcharged for a crappy job. Not friendly either. I asked for my nails to be filed a certain way and the girl didnt listen. I will not be back.

Everyone was so sweet and they did a great job. One employee even held my daughter, painted her toes (after asking if it was okay), and then put her to sleep.

Friendly, efficient staff. Ive been here several times before but I dont think Ill come back. First of all, a 14 y.o looking boy did my nails-not kidding! He did the 1st 2/3 then a lady took over to paint.Secondly, I always use a color by Opi and several repeat ones. Today, it was obvious that my color was messed with. The color was very flat. When I spoke up, the owner came over. Im assuming shes the boss because my lady didnt speak English and the other one did. She looked like she was overseeing other peoples work.*I watched them clean after another pedi- she rinsed the tub off with water and wiped it clean with a towel. When I sat down initially, they had me soak my feet in warm water, none of the frilly soaps-which is fine. I hoped they actually cleaned with something afterwards. This could be the biggest culprit to spreading fungal infections! I wont be back :(

I was overcharged for an uneven manicure that looks terrible. They filed through the top of my nail with dirty tools.

Went there with my friend to get our acrylic nails done for the first time and both of our nails looked terrible. Was not worth 30$ when it looked as if a child had done when a so called professional did.....

Did not understand that I only wanted regular polish, ended up with gel and the end result was thick, uneven, and had bubbles.
