A few people recommended this place. I was able to get in last minute. The place was clean, smelled wonderful. They have a bar and the drinks looked amazing! I cant wait to go back after having my baby! I love the fact they let me sit in the massage chair for an hour after my appt was done. My nails looked fantastic and the price was great!!!! I cant wait to go back!

Was quite shocked at my experience last night at 13 nails. I made an appointment 6 hours ahead of time for me and my 6 year old daughter to get pedicures, it was her first time and a special thing for her. We got there 5 minutes early, our appointment being at 5;00 pm, we were not greeted once any an adult, instead by a 9 year old girl, who was sweet but I felt bad for. She was clearly overwhelmed and not “helping” she was working, a lot. At 5:45, almost an hour past our appt time they finally got us in chairs.... just to have had the 9 year old fill up the foot baths and not know how to turn them off, with her mom yelling at her.I would have left but again this was exciting for my daughter and didn’t want to break her heart. We waited almost an hour to start our services just to find out the *boy who is doing my nails is NOT EVEN A LEGAL ADULT OR LICENSED NAIL TECH. He is 17 years old with no license, and mentioned underage drinking multiple times in front of me and my 6 year old daughter. Extremely unprofessional, and disgusting. Was quite shocked to be honest.... I’ve been here before covid and was extremely disappointed by the experience we got. It was far from relaxing and extremely concerning. Child labor?

Their prices are great and they have tons of different services and options. I had never been before, but they are in my neighborhood and I just got engaged, so I needed to get my nails done. This place is awesome! They offer you drinks while you wait, are super communicative throughout the process of manis/pedis and make sure you’re happy, comfortable, and relaxed throughout the process. I just moved here from SF and this will absolutely be my go to nail spot

My go-to when needing a pedi. Clean and quiet, staff is amazing and great affordable price for the spa pedi I get. You never feel rushed and even if there are people ahead of you, youre never waiting too long.

Long waits, staff seems inexperienced. Owner kept yelling at her son which was very uncomfortable. And just my opinion on decor and atmospheric, the plumbing for the pedicure chairs should be covered up or disguised.

Very friendly, efficient, and had plenty of patience with my younger daughters picking out their nail colors.

The lovely staff go above and beyond and offer the longest leg/foot massages of anywhere I’ve visited. The salon is an inviting, beautiful space and well-ventilated. You can also order sparkling water, bubbly, wine and beer. Beyond relaxing!I’ve had pedis from here last for weeks of being in sand and salt water. My sister said one of hers from here lasted three plus months!I visited since the reopening and was impressed with their staff’s strict adherence to state mandates and safety measures: Nail technicians and clients were all in masks (and we were, too). They also took our temps at the door, had hand sanitizer available for everyone, and were keeping a log of names/numbers. Total gold stars.I almost don’t want to post this review because I’ll have to wait longer to get in, but they are amazing. ;p. Go and enjoy!

I love this place, its my absolute favorite. People are very friendly and do a top notch job on my pedicures every time. Love the sugar scrub they do and the massage of my legs...I almost fall asleep its so relaxing!

My three sisters and I came in without an appointment and they were still able to fit us all in during a really busy time. The employees were fast, efficient, and knew what they were doing. The owner of this salon is so incredibly funny and kind as well. My nails turned out great to! Would recommend and am definitely making this my new regular place.

They charge more for mens feet. Wrong. Some men have small feet that they take care of well. So a male size 7 pays more than women with size 14. Very wrong.

All time favorite salon! Tiffany is the best. Honestly like an hour of therapy for me. Always a good time with lot of laughs. I’ve learned to call and make an appointment first though!

The worst pedicure I have ever had. I would not give it a one star, but that is the minimum to write a review. I took my daughter and myself in for pedicures, she wanted the express, I wanted the elite. Mine was completed in 12 min. while my daughters took about 17 min. I did not get the 15 min. foot and leg massage as advertised on their website or flyer. When I asked about it, I was told that they used to have a machine that did the massage and people thought it was painful, so they stopped doing it. I replied then why am I paying $7 more for mine versus the Express. I was told that it was because I got the exfoliation. The exfoliation consisted of a 30 second application of salt onto my calves and quickly rinsed off and then a 20 second brush of the callus file on my heels and foot. The gal then proceeded to only clip my big toes (2 small clips to one, and one tiny clip to the other). That was the entire proper nail grooming. Then my polish was put on so fast and messy. The gal was very young and had an attitude. My feet were in bad need of a pedicure, my nails were too long and my calluses were bad and the heels were getting blackish brown from wearing flip flops. The end result was the same looking feet with pink polish slapped onto it and on my skin. When I questioned the older gal that rang up our bill regarding the lack of treatment for $7 more, she said she would only charge for the Express $13, but was not very pleasant about it. I will never go back in this place again and will not recommend it to any of my friends.

My experience here was fine. My mom, her best friend, and I walked in on what seemed like a fairly busy day with no prior appointment. All three of us were seated at stations and served within 20 minutes. After my moms friend accidentally ordered me an alcoholic drink (Im pregnant), the ladies at the salon hurried to make me a similar, non-alcoholic substitute. It was delicious! The nail techs were sweet and accommodating, and all of our nails turned out well. Our only real complaint was when their youngest tech nicked my moms toe; she complained about it afterward, but for some reason this happens to her no matter which salon we go to, so we chuckled about it. I had a previous (very small) injury on my foot which must have bled after being exfoliated, but I didnt even notice until after we had left.So, aside from the treatment possibly being a LITTLE rough as they scurried to serve everyone, I had a great time. We spoke to several other customers in the salon, and all seemed to be happy and satisfied. I would bring my friends and family here again.

I came in for a gel manicure and the staff was so friendly! There was a bit of a wait but you can sit on the big comfy couch while you wait and you can order a drink as well. The staff make an effort to get to know you and it was evident that they make that connection with customers that keep coming back. My manicure was very well done. I will certainly return.

I stopped by here after 5:30 on mothers day and didnt really expect to get in without appointment. Even though they were already closed, they agreed to take me in for a pedicure. They said, we cant say no to a mom on mothers day! Just wow! The owners did not treat me as inconvenience, they took time with me and my family. Fed my kids too! Warm, kind people! My pedicure was great too ;) thank you!

Love this place. It is high class and I feel like one of the family, not just a number. Make sure to make an appointment. They do take walk ins, but because of the level of service, you may have to wait.

Clean and friendly staff. I had never gone anywhere else really until today. I came in and asked to get my nails done. They said twenty minutes. I didnt wait that long. They were very nice. I recommend.

Great service, great drinks and such a nice experience. Only suggestion is get gel polish. The regular polish doesnt harden before you leave.

Do not recommend. Wanted to treat myself in getting my nails done at 9 months pregnant and to have cute nails for pictures. Well about 2 days after I got a gel manicure 2 nails peeled off and others were chipping. I could tell by day 1 that they werent going to last because she get the polish all over my cuticles. (causes the gel to peel up if water gets underneath) Pedicure was done very fast and left my legs with bruises. Again, nail polish was all over my toes and cuticles. When I asked to get my finger nails re-painted due to the chipping, they told me I would have to pay for it. HAHAH what a JOKE.

I look forward to coming here every two or so weeks to beautify my nails. I always leave with a smile on my face. Everyone that works here is so wonderful, they make my day!

Great service and quality work, not to mention a bar. They were able to accommodate our group of seven for manis and pedis with only three ladies doing the services and since we had the place to ourselves and some glasses of wine it was fine to have the services staggered. They offer regular and gel polish and a large selection of colors. My hand and toes look and feel great.

Dont bother going here if you like your nails to look good and your pedicure to actually smooth your heels. My gel application was so far onto the sides of my nails (onto the skin) that it began to peel off in a couple of days. My toe polish looks good, but my heels are not smooth at all and that is just not the norm for me. I asked for the spa pedicure and it was lame at best. I popped in because of the convenient location, but wont bother again. The girls are too young and just dont care about good work.

I walked in this afternoon with no appointment and was seen right away. The basic manicure I received was very nice, there was a language barrier but we figured it out and the girl who helped me did a good job. I also got a foot massage but I wouldnt get one again, it was essentially applying lotion to my shins calves and feet for 15 minutes and not a lot of actual massaging. Good as a part of a pedicure maybe, but not on its own.

This place was so peaceful and Relaxing. They were in no rush like other places. They took their time and were incredibly friendly. Very attentive to my friend and Is comfort. Will be back very soon!

I understand the importance of time but being five minutes late should not result in a poor attitude from an employee. If youre running around frantic because you dont have time then dont book your schedule so tight. Leading to only announce to the whole salon that you should sit down since you were late, making the environment not only unfriendly but awkward. Even though you were warned about the late arrival, you still thought that it was a good idea to say that then ask multiple times to squeeze me in when clearly you were not in the right mindset.Also, didnt take care of my friends feet properly and hovered when telling her to sign before being done with her nails to make sure she gave a tip but no one else had to pay before they were done with their nails.The bartender was the only nice one there.

13 Nails is where I go whenever I need to get my nails done. Everyone is super nice and they remember me when I come in. When I have an appointment, they do a good job of starting me on time. When I have a design (like for my wedding nails) they do a great job and make sure its right before I leave. I bring my friends and family here when they are in town.

I came to get a $25 pedicure here before and enjoyed it, but I cant for a manicure the other day and the woman didnt manage to get all of my old nail polish off, and was hard to understand. She didnt really communicate well. And 2 days later, my nails are already chipping. Gladly its a light color or else Id be more upset. Regardless, if this is your business they should not chip this quickly

Over priced for what we got.. Made appointment for 4 people and when we got there 1 of us had to wait until the rest were almost finished to get started and because they had people waiting and are a rather small place it felt rushed. And when I tried contacting someone about possibly being over charged I never got a response..

Absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever had. IHave been here before and really enjoyed the place. This time I received a half done pedicure from the owner while she was preoccupied by possibly her boyfriend. Then while I sat alone after being interrupted four times previously, I sat for 10 minutes waiting to get my toes polished while two other girls pampered the owners friend and she sat at the bar chatting with friends. I was rushed out of there my pedicure was not dry and of course was ruined before I got out of the shop. Will never go back nor will my friends with me....so disappointed

I got my nails done there today I believe the womans name was Lee. She was incredibly rushed even though the salon was empty. The tools looked used and unclean. During the manicure black ants started to crawl on the table so she started smashing them with her fingers. She globbed on the gel polish to the point to where it was and uneven and did not extend to the bottom of the nail. Extremely disappointed with this experience.

Treated my mom, a friend, and I with kindness and even gave us free drinks when they were running behind schedule. Will definitely be coming back here again :)

I get acrylic nail fills from Tiffany on a regular basis and she always does a fantastic job. Rarely does my polish last less than two weeks and she is always able to fit me in. I have seen some days where they get busy and overbooked, but they always make up for it with great service and great attitudes. Will keep going back!

I had a french gel manicure. It lasted forever. Unlike other places, my white tips didnt get stained or turn brown.

If I can give a zero star* I would. Me and my daughter went there yesterday to go get a pedi there was an older lady and two young girls the older lady didnt even acknowledge us at first and then the two younger ones didnt seem like they really wanted to work. They did a crappy job they went really fast I would of understand maybe if there was a lot of people there but no one was there but us . Bottom line is we didnt like it this place. I came here because of the bar and the prices,I dont recommend this place for anyone. They didnt even ask what we wanted. we were trying to get more info on the bar and they just did not acknowledge anything we said in the end the older lady made us feel very uncomfortable by her looks almost like she wanted us to go because she needed one of those young girls to keep working on her nails not going there again

Fun concept (wine drinking while being pampered), but in the end Tiffeny is bossy, hurt my moms hands while ripping the product off (and my mom is pretty tough), and they squeeze way too many people in.My moms fill lasted only two days. My gel application was the best Ive had but...we wont be going back.

Ive been going to 13 Nails for a few years now and Ive never been disappointed. The service as always been great. We had a friends wedding party there, 8 people getting both manis and pedis with no problems, everyone left happy. I recommend them to anyone who asks!

I was having the absolute worst week, and my coworker took me here for a pedi and a mimosa. I 100% dropped the glass as soon as they handed it to me and I felt SO BAD, but it the girls were super nice about it. They cleaned it up right away and even gave me another which I thought was great, because it was entirely my fault.I have only been here the once, and I find it odd I had such a great experience when so many others did not! We went late on a Monday, and nobody else was there, which I think may have been the difference. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and my neon orange toes glowed for like a month. The girls were super friendly and chatty, which worked well because so are we!

I wouldnt even give them a star if I had that choice. My boyfriend made me an appointment and I went in and was not on their books. Another lady was in at the same time as me and was also told she was not on the books. I wanted a full gel set and they told me that they couldnt do that because their boss wasnt there. Uh, what?

I wish I could give negative stars for this place. Yeah no. They were rude and didn’t care about what they were doing. My nails came out looking trashed and there are bubbles up at the ends and I immediately looked down after going and had scratches on them. Overpriced for what I was given for sure. And there was favoritism for people who came in and “looked like” they belonged or the people who were the owners friends. Will not be coming back and will discourage people from coming here. They deserve no stars.

Love this place! Owner Tiffany is attentive and professional. The space is spacious, emaculate and tastefully decorated. Close to all the shops in Fairhaven. Highly recommend for a girls day out. Shopping, lunch, mani- pedis.

I went yesterday and their credit card machine wasnt working. I called and set an appointment and no mention of it being broke. To their credit it might have been working at this point. I arrived at my appointment and waited and waited and waited to be helped... Still no mention of the machine being down. Once my mani/pedi was done and my little girl was having a breakdown did they mention cash or check only. Lucky me I had neither with me. I had to leave to go to an ATM and come back. Serious lack of communication and customer service. Disappointing!!!

Went there cause they serve alcohol while working on you. When I made the appointment they didnt tell me they lost their licence to serve. So that was a bummer. Pedigree was great but mani was rushed and not good at all. They also offer 10% for cash but without knowing I didnt have enough.Plus side- they do speak English. Might go back when they get their liquor license back.

Went with a friend, she asked for gel, and recieved gel, but was cut many times in the process and her painted acrylics were completely transparent. My painted acrylic nails were transparent as well. I asked for the $25 acrylic nails. The nails painted with normal color (nail polish) were $25, and if painted with gel, was said to be $45. Like I said, the nails themselves were ok, but (for both her and me) they were see through, even after painted. Some parts of this were painful. The nails are pretty good other than that you can see through them. For the service, we were waiting for about 15 minutes, which wasnt too long of a wait. The experience was 6 out of 10,It would have been great but the pain and waiting took away from a lot of that. I was seen by I think 2 employees. Tiffany is very and sweet and talkative, but most of the other employees didnt seem to say much to the costumers, and more with the other people who were working there. Also, you will experience a lot of I will be right back and someone will be with you shortly in which you wait at least 3 minutes for someone to come help you. Like when I was waiting for the girl to come paint my nails with about at least 5 coats of the same watery GEL PAINT. I looked at the bottle and read gel polish only after she had already done her 2nd coat on 7 of my fingers. Even if I said something theres nothing really they could have fine about it. But like um yeah ok hi what no. That is not what I asked for. So because they gave me something that wasnt what I asked for, I have to pay $20 more than I would have, keeping in mind, I dont currently have a job, if I did, $20 wouldnt have been such a big problem, but still would have been dumb because theyre giving me something $20 more than I asked for, and another $5 they didnt mention, until after we were paying, for the shaping (cutting off the super long sharp end to the nail-but they can also do a certain shape which is nice)Overall, just make sure they know what you want and make sure they do THAT, deal with the cuts, and just go home and repaint the color you asked for at home. Instead of spending $100 when you planned on spending $70.Or find a different salon if that doesnt work

If it werent for the great pedicure from the guy there, it would be negative stars. We came in with a wedding party, they cut two of us, and forgot one of the nails on the bride. My cut was so bad that they needed to use super glue to stop the bleeding, which it didnt. They then proceeded to use the nail polish on me while still bleeding!! What!? Bonus, they charged us all full price!

Ive been to this place three times for acrylic sets and pedicures. This last time they were harsh on my feet to the point I was surprised I wasnt bleeding. My acrylics were uneven and the girl argued with me and told me they werent. The employees didnt really talk to me much and instead gossiped amongst themselves. It wasnt a very good experience and I just wanted to leave. Never going back.

I think I would give it 2.5 stars because I did like the mani and pedi. However, this is the only place where I have ever gotten a gel/shellac and it has chipped. It happened twice. I also got nicked twice, by two different people. The second time I was really bleeding and then the woman still wanted to work on that nail and I just told her to leave it alone! Plus I have had to wait a long time on several occasions. One time they said they would throw in a free pedi because of the wait, but then it turned into a free design on my big toe. I never went back after the second nick--there are too many other places to go to. Do not recommend it at all.

Called and made an appt with the owner for my sister, and her wedding party. I told her what ppl wanted, with maybe 3 ppl on it that did not know what they wanted. I informed her that my sister, the bride needed a fill. At the end of the conversation, I specifically asked if they are fully staffed and could handle all of us? Yes, was the owners response. I thought great! Well..... we get there, there are 4 ppl on staff. A lot of us waiting around for our turn, the owner starts a full set of acrylic. At this point.,its after 2pm, the bride has been sitting there for over an hour. I ask the man doing my nails if they can start my sisters fill. The owner stops the full set shes on, and makes my sister sit down to start. Keep in mind that shes not done with the full set. So she makes our cousin sit behind her and go back and forth between the two!! This is when I start getting irritated. My sisters nails for her wedding day are being rushed and she ended up cutting her several times! She is screaming in pain when Tiffany applies the polish. One of the bridesmaids comes over to help her get the shape right, she wants coffin, and she ends up having her reshape all of them. Then the owner starts telling them that I never said she needed a fill, I never told her what ppl wanted and brings out her appt book, and starts pointing to stuff. I informed her that I DID in fact tell them about my sister, THE BRIDES fill! She asks for my credit card, goes to the machine and refunds $25. Then proceeds to argue with me still! I and super pissed at this point and tell her I dont want to argue, that she should of informed us that she was THE ONLY ONE THAT COULD DO ACRYLIC NAILS, because we would of gone elsewhere. She then says that a lot of salons only have one acrylic tech on staff, and then walks off! My sister was so upset at the whole experience, her nails were not perfect for her wedding day, and she had to leave to go to the venue. Also, the brides mom, and the grooms mom did not get their nails done. Id say dissapointment is an understatement! If I could give them zero stars, I would. I will never go back there again. Unprofessional owner, and way understaffed for a party more than 5!

Basically got ignored the entire time... Manicure hurt, looked super bad, and no effort was put in. I regret coming here.

I made a reservation a day before for my girlfriend and they told her when she came in that she wasnt in the book for an appointment. I called and when I brought up this issue I was hung up on. When I called again I was hung up on once again. This establishment doesnt care for appointments apparently and will book someone else if they are busy even if theres an appointment booked.
