Very nice, and clean! Best pedicure I’ve ever had! The staff is very welcoming, and great prices.

Unfortunately, after today, I will not be returning. Over the last 2 months, I have been overlooking what I told myself were small oversights.....such as making appointments (two separate occasions) and then having to sit and wait to be serviced (over 20 minutes EACH time). This salon is extremely close to my home, which is why I was trying to be lenient. However, today was the last straw. I got my nails done last Friday and by Tuesday, 2 nails broke. I was literally picking up a bottle and they just came off lol. Another nail broke today as I rang out a washcloth!! I told not 1, not 2, but 3 of their workers what happened and even stated how surprised I was because my nails NEVER come off when I go here. They not only did not apologize, but charged me $18 to fix their error. 3 nails coming off on a 3 day old set is pathetic, and they seemed like they could care less. I again waited to be service, 37 minutes this time, then had to have 2 of them hover over me as I got my nails repaired and they clearly spoke to one another about it in their language the entire time. Truly a pathetic experience that only decreased over time. Theyve lost a faithful customer.

Love the atmosphere! The pedicure was nice and relaxing, I got the deluxe I think (the one with the hot stones). It was great and an amazing price for the pedicure. I did notice that after 2 days I had a hang nail though, which kind of defeats the purpose of a pedicure. Shaping also could have been better. I also got a full set, square shaped with a design. It’s basic work, not too bad but could use work on sharpness, shaping and making the tips of the nails flat rather than leaving the acrylic curve. I find that their full sets are overpriced for the quality of work. Starts at $55, gel is an additional $5 and designs are an additional $8. So $68 on a full set that looks pretty average in comparison to my usual tech. I spent $117 before tip. It worked for what I needed but I definitely wouldn’t do it again. For that price, mediocre won’t cut it. (Please note that I have a regular nail tech and I’ve been going to her for years, so I’m used to a certain quality of nail work especially with a full set)

Turned us around because they claimed my boyfriend size would possibly break their chairs... FIRST OFF HE IS TALL (Height: 66), NOT WIDE (approx: 300 lbs)!! We get couples-pedicures frequently and regularly in Houma and no one has ever said anything about his size, but because it was 3 of us and they didnt want to take us, she made it about his size... PLEASE... MISS ME WITH THAT...

I asked for marble nails and what I got was definitely not marble. The person doing my nails did not know what they were doing. Someone else had to come along and help them once they saw what they were doing to my nails. They even laughed at how bad it had gotten messed up. After being there for two whole hours I just paid my ninety dollars for a mani and pedi that according to them “matched”. Spoiler alert it did not. Oh and my nails started to crack a week or so in. Never had that happen before.

This salon was amazing! It’s a small place with a great, efficient staff, great products and services, and very clean and cute. I had JUST had a full set of acrylics from another shop (I won’t say where because they were very nice and did their best, nobody is perfect every single time) but I left with dry/overgrown cuticles, weird dips in my acrylic, bad shaping, and smudged gel polish. A few days later I couldn’t stand looking at my nails anymore so I looked around at all the photos from all the nail spas around and finally found Jade Nails! I am very particular with my nails and also like to keep to my appointment time (which can be hard with walk-in places). Kim at Jade Nails gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for, I can’t stop looking at my beautiful, well-shaped nails and my moisturized, happy cuticles! Thank you! Highly recommend. I will not ever be going anywhere else.

Service is usually good, but they do NOT stick to appointments and clearly prioritize customers. Most recently, my 12pm appointment for a pedicure was delayed until 1:30. They had to change the water TWICE before starting. The worst part was seeing two older ladies arrive around 12:45 for the SAME SERVICE and they were taken care of first.May visit again, looking for a new place. If I return, will NEVER leave a tip here

Went with a friend of mine and we both got mani-pedis. Didnt take too long, and it was enjoyable. First time doing a pedicure and they did a great job dealing with me squirming.

The lady doing my nails did not know what she was doing. It was my first time getting my nails done, so I don’t know the process of what she was doing. I got my nails dipped. She didn’t put a design on one of my nails, instead all my nails is the same color. They look bulky. She really messed up my thumb and when she “fixed” it, it looked worse. The man did a great job on my friends nails. They didn’t really clean the tools at all.

I have been going to Jade for a while now. Each time I go it gets a little worse. I hope in reading this maybe some things will change. I made an appointment (as you must do now for obvious reasons) and I was there for 4+ hours. They made far too many appointments for the amount of staff they had that day. They had left the foil on my nails for two hours, someone came and pulled it off and buffed them. Another 30 minutes someone added the tips. After sitting there for over an hour with just tips on they finally did my nails. I’m happy with how they look tho they do have imperfections, I’m happy with them. The man cuts me every single time at least once. I’d rather wait and when it gets to my turn they just finish my fingers instead of doing one step and having me wait another 30+ minutes in between steps. Very disappointing bc I love this place

So 11 days ago I came to Jades nail Spa and got my nails done. They still look fresh and great! I highly recommend them!!!

I’m new to the Baton Rouge area and was in search of a good nail salon. After reading the mostly positive reviews about this place, I decided to give them a try. I give an A+ in all areas of this business. Customer service was excellent. I was greeted the time I walked in the door and was even offered water. I went on a Monday morning and there was no wait. The salon was clean and neat. I felt right at home. The nail technicians did an amazing job on my toes and nails. I recently started getting the dip powder over my real nails and it turned out perfect compared to the other salon that I visited. The nail tech listened and she went above and beyond my expectations. They had a wide variety of nail colors to choose from. I could hardly pick which one because they are all so gorgeous. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back once every two weeks.

This place is amazing! We stopped in just to get nails painted. It was our first time here but they did a great job! The place is beautiful and very clean! Amazing service! Very wide selection of nail polish types and colors. Definitely recommend. I plan on coming back here for a pedicure soon!

I loved my experience at Jade Nails! My nails were horrific and by the end of my 30 minute session, my hands looked glorious. I went on a Friday and did not have to wait a thousand years to be helped, which is unheard of, and I was even offered something to drink while I waited. This shop is obviously run by professionals and I will for sure be recommending them to everyone I know!

This was my second time coming to this nail shop. The first time was good and the second time was ok. I thought my nails were cute. However 2 days after I lost a nail. Then I lost another nail 6 days later. After paying close to seventy dollars for my nails I shouldn’t be losing any. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

I would say this gets a 3.5 A bit pricey for BASIC design work. No ombre, just plain white dip on my nails and a pedicure. Im guessing the short coffin cut was the reason for the price. I did like the way my nails were shaped, and they lasted a good bit of time.

I’ve visited this nail salon a few times when I am unable to get into my regular nail salon. Emily does a fabulous job on my pedicure consistently! Love her work! My last visit would’ve gotten a 5 star review if the following hadn’t occurred: I was there over 3 hours making me miss dinner reservations and when one tech applied my nail tips, my right thumb nail was crooked and when asked to fix it he explained, “not all nails are even”... I suppose he was saying that my right thumb nail grew crookedly in comparison to my left nail (haha). I’ve never had that experience with past nail spas. The tech who actually applied my dip powder patiently listened to my request to mask the error and my ombré nails came out nicely. Always a clean and relaxing atmosphere and I’ll continue to come when I’m unable to get an appointment with my nail tech at my regular salon.

I was referred to this nail salon by friend. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing less than horrible. The pedicure I received last 20 minutes. Further, I could see the streaks in the polish. When asked to speak to the manager or owner, I was approached by an extremely unprofessional and combative owner. Instead of removing the polish from my toes as I had requested, he said he would add a different color polish on top of streaked color. He went on to speak in his native language and stormed away. After waiting ten minutes, a work came and repolished my toes. However, the entire experience was unpleasant and I will never seek service at Jade Nails & Spa again...NEVER!

These people are horrible. The woman kept stopping doing my nails to answer the phone multiple times which I thought was very unprofessional and rude. Also over charged me for my manicure which looked like something I could have done myself. I do not recommend this nail shop at all. That is my first and last time going there. They are “HORRIBLE”

So when i walked in i told the people that i wanted acrylics with a gel polish. they told me it was $40!!! so i just got a regular nail polish to go on top for $25. i truly think these people are ripping me off. the guy that did my nails was really nice and he took him time. i liked my nails so far. the man told me to dry my nails so i went and sat down in the little chair to dry my nails and you will never guess what i saw. i saw a ROACH the size of a rat and i’m not even kidding. it’s just gross. i will insert a picture. it was a ROACH. my nails turned out fine so i guess that was a plus but i don’t want to come back.

My usual nail tech at the salon I go to wasnt available so I needed to go somewhere quick for to get my toes polished. This place turned me around 20 minutes before 7pm claiming they were closed. I had never been to this salon before but I definitely wont be going back.

Got my nails done Saturday, today is Monday and I need to go get them completely redone. Their are scratches on the top (I have no idea how?), no gel top coat for my powder, parts arent covered by the top coat they put on, nails arent shaped right or evenly, and one cracked down the middle because the powder was no properly applied to part of my nail. I am VERY upset that my boyfriend paid money for my nails as a birthday present to me only for them to be subpar and for me to have to immediately replace them. Will NEVER return or recommend.

Great first experience! The salon is well kept and beautiful with a lot of new tools and chairs. I had gel manicure done and it turned out beautifully. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back!

I have been going to this salon for about 3 months. They had awesome service at an afordable price. I have referred many of my colleagues and friends. On this visit we arrived at 6 pm and the salon close at 7pm. One of our referrals were in the salon as we planned to meet. We were told that we could not get our nails done because they close at 7. We told them we could wait. They said they couldnt start on us(my daughter and I) until 6:30. I explained thats fine, and they kept insisting they close at 7. I asked if she was saying they could not do our nails she said no they cant because they were closing and to come tomorrow. I explained I came from Gonzales, they still said no. We had to find another shop as we had plans for the next day and needed a refill.

Very disappointed!!beautiful and clean in the inside but they will rush doing your nails and screw you up then get mad if you tell them to fix them! I’ve been going here since they opened and they pulled the last straw when they screwed my dip set up! A wasted $35!!! Reason: it’s Good Friday they are much busier than normal and they are rushing on top of they have new workers they have hired for the rush that clearly don’t know what the heck they’re doing!!!

I DIDNT GET TO HAVE PICTURES BEFORE MY WEDDING BECAUSE OF THESE INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE. ITS NOT LIKE I CAME LATE. THEY JUST PUT THE PARTY BEFORE ME WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE CATERED TO ME. May 16 my family member was told that she could not get a pedicure because she was told she was too big to get in the chair,mind you she has always gone there,she has always supported them..and the discrimination is beyond me..needless to say money will be spent elsewhere where plus size women are appreciated.if you are a plus sized voluptuous woman i advise to stay away from them..

They are unprofessional. I went for nail refill. As the lady was doing my nails she cut me with the file to the point where I was bledding went back and they refused service because i complained about the lady cutting my finger. Then went to Nail infinity and got better service. They dont charge for every little thing they do on your nail. I recommend them by far

My visit started off as a fairy tale but I requested a soak off, dip and a pedicure . After my pedicure was almost complete my soak off was denied. Even after expressing that I have sensitive nails & would not care for the pop off method she continued on without my approval . She told me there was not enough time for my service, I could’ve taken that news better when I requested the service but instead I only received a pedicure with one polished toe nail & one hand of chopped off nails .

Loved it here I was in town for an event and they got me in and out in under 2 hrs b4 it started for a resonable price and very great customer service

Which is a plus! 85% of the nail salons in Baton Rouge does not do SNS dipping powder! Some may think the prices are a little high but you get what you pay for! I called to make n appointment for evening once I get off from work.Rep. answers and says we dont take appointments for after 6pm.I was calling to ask would I be able to service if I got there at 6:15 due to end of shift and it would take 15 minutes to get there.Lady says yes.I rush getting to spa just to be told after being ask I can I help you?I say nails and toes, I told her hd called Andreas told it would be fine if I got there by 6:15. Lady replied was we close at 7pm.So, I wonder why there hours if business hours are close at 7pm.It should said if not sitting in service chairs by 6, customers will not be serviced.Hours are mis-leading.I bragged on my service received on Good Friday. And planned to bring more people and business.But please show up and seating in service chairs before 6pm.I left there and made it to Prairieville to Elegant Nails and was received with welcoming spirit.My main and pedi is excellent.

RUDE!! I can in for a basic full set of nails. After selecting my regular (not gel) polish color and giving it to them, I waited an hour to only be told that is was mandatory that gel polish be used because regular polish would take to long to dry and my nails would mess up. Shouldnt that be my decision? To top it off, the girl began to rant to me that she doesnt have time for this because she was stressed with a wedding today and they werent even supposed to open. Why would that even be told to me, its not a concern of mines and has absolutely nothing to do with me. I ended uo requesting to wait even longer to change to someone else as I didnt feel comfortable letting her work on me, although she had already walked off and helped 2 ladies that came afer me and left me sitting there before I made the request. I listened and watched as she treated the 2 ladies kind and treated me horribly. I also noticed the rudeness to another woman in the salon. Coincidentally myself and the other woman that was treated horribly both happen to be African American. I really didnt want to believe that skin color played a part in the service received, but after seeing her patience with the other 2 ladies (Caucasian) and telling them to take there time even changing their mind in design and doing something different; compared to me being told that regular polish takes too long to dry, convinced me. I even expressed my concerns with the UV Light and was still treated and spoke to rudely. Definitely do not recommend!
