My Daughter and I go here. Todays visit was great. We got in and out alot faster than in the past. They have been making changes. And as I can see. It has helped. They have made some changes to the inside and some changes to signing in. But the most important thing. That they changed was. How long the wait is to be waiting on. They have always been friendly and very clean. And they do great work.. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

Widely staffed. My family of four were able to walk in last minute on a Friday evening and begin services in less than a 10 minute wait. The salon is clean. Instruments were continuously cleaned between customers. Customer service beats any in town. Even though we are out running last minute errands before my father’s funeral tomorrow, we all four smiled and shared laughs throughout. If you want to laugh, be treated like royalty, & receive a quality manicure and pedicure, this is the nail salon to visit. Thank you, MY NAILS AND SPA!!!

I got my nails done and I thought they were super cute at first but then when is soon as I got home I realized that there were stuff all over my nails and then I felt them and they were sticky because they use cuticle oil Instead of clear coat

Loveeeeee them. Always have a good experience. The wait usually isnt long. My suggestion is to form a relationship with one of the techs and set an appointment ahead of time. They always communicate with you and make sure you are getting exactly what you want. They also have an eyelash specialist and their wax services are decently priced.

I been here regularly i have no problem with anything since last week David did my pedicure at that moment he so rush he finish my pedicure with gel polish in 20 minutes my cuticle had not cut at all he only simply clip that make u feel he did cut. last time he did my gel polish change on my hand but he charge 30$. i disnt say anything this time he had done worse pedicure my gel polish all off second day so i will not recmomment to let him get done anyone pedicure or manicure what a worse technician

I go here at least once a month and have kinda not been super happy with my nails ( the shape was weird) Until this past time I got Johnny. Literally done my nails and they were my favorite (coffin) definitely will ask for him again next time.

The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable about the products they use on your nails.. I use my hands on camera at the Oasis Pop Up Rock Shop to show off gemstones and wire wrapped jewelry. These nails set off the images so much, under hot lights and up close they look amazing and always get compliments regarding them !! The nails last very well and no Fungus !!! It is very easy to get an appointment, which I suggest because they are excellent and sought after. Walkins have never had to wait very long in our experience also, they took 2 of us with appoints and we brought 2 others without appints they had us all done and happy on our way in 1 and 1/2 hours 2 set were fill ins and 2 new set.. they are FAST !!!! and Excellent Quality!!!

This is really nice place after renovation everything new and clean i really like it. i came here a lot i went to GCSU but some how i got a gel mani this time one of the guy name David he did my gel nails and i dont even have a actual manicure but the way he did you can tell he was rush on me. he polish my nails over cuticle but i didnt say anything untill one of the lady she saw it and she willing to fix for me one hand because she ran out of time have to did my friend nails i dont want to write a review but my other hand did by David was fell off all polish in 3 day and one more thing usually polish change for gel only 20$ but this time he charge me 25 on the receip say gel manicure but i did not getcuticle cut so just not recommed let him do it but i still recommend to come get nails done in Mynails&spa

I got my nails done on a Tuesday (sns) and by the following Saturday most of my nails were cracking really bad and one of them had already cracked through the middle and the bottom half fell off... this was my first time ever coming to this place but everyone raves about it so I thought I’d give it a shot however I will never return because they also refused to fix one of my nails without me paying the 50 dollars again.

Good service is done here however I dont go here every month but when I do, more work is wanting to be added done changed when I know that it doesnt need to be this is my opinion that yes I am posting publicly

A huge THANK YOU to the staff at My Nails & Spa. They offered to open their store early on a Friday morning to accommodate myself, 6 bridesmaids, and my mother for a full manicure and pedicure. They were fast and got all of us out in less than two hours! It was a pleasure working with them and would highly recommend to any other large group wanting their nails done together.

I went in for a fill-in. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait. I waited very patiently, then I was told it would only be about 3-4 more minutes....but immediately after I was told they didn’t know it was someone else waiting for a fill-in and it would be another 30 minute wait.......this was very inconvenient for me. I could have used that 30 minutes to go elsewhere. Only reason I stayed the 1st Time was because I heard they were good. But that was poor customer service!!! Will NOT be returning!!!!!

Love the service here, but come when you have time. They are so good at what they do this place is always packed from 10 am when the doors open.

This is a large very nice Salon with ample technicians to meet the needs of their clientele. They are friendly and I never saw anyone wait an extended period of time to be seen. I will definitely be returning for future mani-pedis.

They did an awesome job on my nails

I asked them if they could help me get rid of my ingrown toenails and all they did was irritate it and made it worse and now it’s infected. And this is not the first time I’ve had something go wrong when getting nails or toenails done. One of the employees have ruined my cuticles as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Arrived at 4pm for apt for 5 pedicures. Seats already set up upon arrival so we could sit together. Friendly staff . We we all done in under 1 hour and very pleased with our pedicures that included 4 coats of polish in the regular pedi price! We will return for future visits.

Quick and friendly service- I’ve always had issues finding somewhere that do decent gel nails, and they did a fantastic job.

Only place i go to get my nails done. everywhere else i’ve been to, i’ve left with my fingers bleeding. sometimes the wait is long, but it is 110% worth it. i’ve waited for an hour before but i always leave satisfied and happy. so many colors and gels, and everyone is always so nice and they are extremely talented. the customer service is great and the treat you like family.

Im pretty confident I didnt get my nails done but did stop to get gas and shop at dollar general. Need to fix geolocation.

Most of the reviews have to be fake. My honest opinion. Customer service is great. The nail shop looks very nice on the inside. Thats it. The nail tech skipped steps she also only put one coat of polish on my nail. I feel as if I shouldnt have to tell a nail tech the steps they should take. She didnt apply any oil to my cuticle. I could go on an on. WHEN THEY ARE BUSY THEY RUSH SO THEY CAN MOVE ON TO THE NEXT PERSON. I now go to Primier nails in the mall in Milledgevile. Ask for Jennifer. Thank me later!

I love this place.

I got my nails and toes done on Thursday, the 23rd, it’s now Tuesday, the 28th, and almost all of my nails have fallen off and my toenail polish is chipping. The lady that did my nails was extremely rude. She originally did my nails wrong and when I asked her to fix it she caught and attitude and was very rough with my nails. Obviously she didn’t do a good job considering it’s been six days and my acrylics are falling off.

I always get great service in there. Been going since it opened.
