I really do not like the dentist, i have dental phobia or so they say, however this was a nice experience. The hygienist put on some nice music for me which made me feel at ease and the ladies at the front desk were very lovely. Sulen Tamayo was great to work with, she went above and beyond to make sure my insurance information was in order and to make sure I was seen by the best doctor they had on staff. The customer service/care was superb.

I went to this dental office after calling and being told they would not charge to check a tooth that was aching. There was a promotion that clearly stated they wouldnt charge x-ray. However, I was charged and when I called them they said that was regarding the doctors visit. The problem is that they had never mentioned they were going to charge the visit, so much so, they never asked me for my credit card number at the spot and never charged me right there. Surprisingly, a couple of days later they started sending mail with a charge of $59 that was later sent to collectors and now it was increased by 25% so collectors can also get their share. Also, when I called and spoke to the manager she said she could not do anything because she was not there at the moment I was seen by the front desk people and could only apologize for their fault. The advertisement was shady and led the customer to a false idea. With that said, they should be held accountable for that, not the client.

I have been going to Dr Young for 7 years and I always go in with a smile. After the fantastic way they always welcome me and treat me I always walk out with a very clean and bright smile!

I have severe dental phobia, however this past Friday I went in for a root canal my dentist Dr. Godoy was so supportive and held my had while the specialist endodontist performed the procedure. When I say I didn’t feel a THING. I was so happy I hugged him.

I have had a wonderful experience at Towncare dental since the beginning of this year. I saw Dr. Berkowitz and Dr. Godoy, both provided exceptional care and I found them to be extremely polite, kind, and thorough. The hygienist, the support staff, all are very professional and friendly. Also, they are taking all necessary precautions to minimize the risk of COVID-19 infection at their office. I have already recommended them to my co-workers and would recommend it to everyone.

They don’t want your business!After waiting three weeks for an appointment they canceled it only two days before and rescheduled for the following week only to let me know that when I come it was only for x-rays, not A cleaning in the same visit. Who has time to go back-and-forth visit by visit. X-rays, exam and cleaning always happen in the same visit in other places.Seems the doctors here make enough money that they turn away whole households. My husband and I both wanted to come and both need work but apparently the front office manager doesn’t care about helping the business generate revenue.

Excellent service. The staff are friendly. I feel comfortable they are taking the appropriate COVID Prevention measures and care about the quality of work they do.

Worst dental experience of my life Dr.Godoy she is the rudest make believe dental dr. I have dealt with. There is to much to say but she does not know how to measure for dentures couple of times she did lousy measurements at after 11 months received them on 1/12/2021 horrible fit my gums hurt the teeth are hard to see when I smile. Just terrible chances 😪 are I will not wear the denture as they are very uncomfortable and feel pain from wearing them. Would not recommend this dental office to my enemies.

Doctor Jamy Godoy is a great physician, always friendly, never in the hurry, did not failed in any of my diagnostics which were a lot. I really trust him a 100% . Also his staff is super friendly and helpful (thank you) shes is very sweet.

I really like the service in this place, they were very honest and friendly. The place was really clean and sanitized, I felt very comfortable both times I was there.

Walked in with my partner because he has been having pain. We are not patients of record, but got rejected for treatment. The girl upfront did not even try to offer us a future appointment. She told us that they have nothing for today and that the doctors were leaving.

I love this dental office, i went in for several things that I needed done and I was very satisfied with the work that was done. Towncare Debtal of Pembroke Pines is a wonderful office. The front desk staff is so friendly and warm and welcoming! Dr. Lisa Young is the best dentist i have ever had. She is Knowledgeable, handles patients with care, is direct and about her business yet kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this office and the doctor. I will be moving to palm beach county in a month and I will remain a Loyal patient of Dr. Young because of my experience with the people at this office.

Staff was extremely rude. Emergency Appointment was made and upon arrival the dentist informed me that she could not see me and advised me to return to the doctor who I normally see. Staff manager was observed rolling her eyes as she spoke to me as I addressed my concerns about not being attended to. I would highly recommend that you find yourself another dentist office who prices themselves on customer service and attending to patients.

I had such a great experience going here and seeing Dr. Godoy! The office staff is very professional and friendly. They are always willing to help and explain payments in great detail. The dental staff is great as well. Never before have I been to a dentist who explained why I was having the problems I was having and how to help them. So happy with this place. I havent been to the dentist in ages. I was very nervous about my appointment today but I can truly say that thanks to Dr. Young I had a pleasant experience. She was very patient with me and took her time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I also had a great experience with Pamela who took her time to go over my insurance information. I had questions after I left the office and called Pamela and once again she took her time with me to clarify any questions or concerns that I had regarding my insurance. I didnt get her name but the woman who did my x-rays was great too!The office is very clean..and the location is great. I will definitely be going back to Towncare Dental.

Dr. Young and the staff here have changed how I see going to the dentist. As someone with extreme fear and anxiety I could hardly sit in a chair without having a panic attack before Dr. Young. She really takes her time making sure Im comfortable and doing alright. After 6 years of avoiding the dentist, I go to Towncare every 6 months for my cleanings and checkup. I would never dream of going somewhere else.

I took a family member to this office and I cant believe they have the x ray just in the front of the hallway. Thank God I noticed and I had to asked the lady for me to go out of the room since I am experiencing. Is very upsetting I had never seen something like that. Specifically in my situation.Great customer service but they should definitely change that.

I been to different dentist office but Towncare Dental of Pembroke pines is by far the BEST dentist office Ive ever been to. All the staff are super friendly and attentive. They all provide great customer service and make you feel at home. Dr. Godoy was the doctor that saw me and shes super nice, attentive, and caring. She took her time to explain everything that was going on and my treatment plan. She was beyond AMAZING! I will be going back for future appointments and Dr.Godoy will be my permanent dentist.

This office is a nightmare. I found out I had a broken tooth 3 days before we moved to this area. This made me a nervous wreck, because Ive had some really horrible experiences at the dentist. I couldnt imagine finding a new dentist so soon, and especially for such a scary (to me) problem. Luckily, my dentist in my old town knew Dr. White and referred me. Too bad Ill never get to meet her because the front desk people are absolutely unable to understand what Im trying to say so that I can get an appropriate appointment. Its unbelievable, really. Several calls, saying theyll call me back, no call back, not being able to get them on another day because their mailbox was full! They would not listen to my needs and were not at all sympathetic to my anxiety. So much stress for one appointment that will never be. Absolutely pitiful and completely unprofessional. I cant trust them to make an appointment correctly, so why would I trust them with my teeth? Ill find another dentist with a competent office staff.

Great experience have been coming for years. Had an emergency and they put me in for the same day. Friendly staff overall and an amazing receptionist that helped me with my insurance problem. Would def recommend!

I’m really not a fan of the dentist...period! Probably like most people. But I have to say that the ladies at Towncare dental in Pembroke Pines take care of me on every single visit, whether with my Invisalign appointments or my teeth cleanings. My teeth cleans are bearable for my extremely chicken self! I think they know how anxious it makes me. So that’s my point. They take the time to get to know their patients and treat you as if you are family. The care is very good. Girls at the front are always greeting people with a smile. I’ll be seeing them for quiet some time with my Invisalign process so it’s a good thing they are great at what they do. It’s a relationship you want to have with your dentist/orthodontist.

I went there on my birthday a few years ago because my tooth broke. I waited in the little room after the girl put the bib on me for 45 minutes before I told them I wanted to leave since it was taking so long. Then all of a sudden the dentist came in and without even touching me since he still had his gloves on from the other patient he was working on told me I needed the tooth fixed! I was pissed so I left. They still billed my insurance. The place is terrible. I would never even consider going back

I was just about to make an appointment here for my exam and cleaning, as I am going out of the country for several weeks. I am new to the area, and chose this place with good reviews...very unexpectedly, an abscess developed, and they were able to take me right in as a new patient. I saw Dr Orta, and she was able to determine what the problem was (a cracked crown that had been leaking), filled the cavity, and had impressions done for a new crown. There was a possible problem with the tooth next to that one, so I was referred to an endodontist. It was soon determined that the tooth had to be pulled, which she did that day. All options were explained to me, and this is where Pam was of so much help! She clarified all those confusing details of cost, insurance, etc. She is amazingly efficient, and explains these things in clear language (we all know how confusing insurance is!) Going to the dentist and finding unexpected problems causes enough anxiety...I dont know what I would have done without Pam calmly guiding me through the details! The entire office is clean, professional and efficient. These kinds of things can go so wrong...this office was definitely an exception!

Waited over an hour to see the dentist after my x-rays. It felt awkward waiting in that dental chair for so long. The office tried selling me pricey procedures that werent essential to my needs. It gave me the feeling that they want to squeeze money from you. Asked for alternatives treatments and they veered away my questions. They never followed up with the dentist for my requests. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the dental hygienist was friendly and kind.

On my first visit the Dr. Orta explained everything carefully to me and was very patient. The staff went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at all times. I was fitted for the Invisalign and the woman that helped me made sure to give me full details of what to expect during the process and stayed with me the whole time to make sure i was ok. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful with finding payment options to cover what my insurance didn’t. I went for a deep cleaning the next day and I could not be happier. The hygienist Mailin is amazing and very pleasant. This office really had know idea how much a dread going to the dentist, but all of them together out all of my fears to rest.
