They take their time and actually shape and file your nails. They don’t rush. I recommend them to people, however, the service can be long. All in all, one of my favorite nail salons to go to! I always get compliments!

I was coming here pretty regularly, but the younger girl working there got upset with me today because I had an opinion about the way my nails looked. She in particular was so quick to blame me for something minute wrong with my nails. She said my nails were lopsided because they grow from the nail bed like that. She sculpted two nails for me today and the way the acrylic was laid on it had a hump on one side on both nails. Now I understand her view is different from mine, but from my view the nails were flawed. I stated that and asked her to file one side of the nail a little more. She got an attitude so quickly. I literally had just gotten news that my aunt had a heart attack and had tears coming down my face. I wasn’t upset with her work, I just wanted them to look nice. And again I never complain about anything. I’m just not one of those people that’s super picky about every little thing that a nail tech does. She was so unprofessional. So literally after I mention it to her she tells me next time to see another technician because I asked her to file down my nail that she sculpted with a lump in it. Why is that your response?! The other two ladies I’ve never had an issue with. This was the first time I had one with her. Now, I did mentioned that a nail she sculpted last time had a little crack or crevice big enough to catch my hair or something like that. No big deal. I rolled with it, but eventually the crevice got bigger and it broke easily. Her attitude was not called for and she blamed me. I’m so over supporting small businesses that don’t appreciate or listen to their customers.

My tech is the best at nails! As always my manicure was fantastic and there are lots of new colors! I have extremely sensitive nails and she was so gentle and precise with my nails. Will definitely go again!

By far the best nail spot!!!! Great service all around! The technicians know what they are doing. A group of 5 of us went for manicures and pedicures and we all left extremely satisfied.

This place does the most amazing job!!! Ive been being my nails done for more than 15 years and NO PLACE does it quite like Precious Nails! My S&S (dip) manicure will last a month with no cracks. The attention to detail and service is top notch.

I booked a last minute appointment a Saturday evening and they were able to get me in right away. I explained exactly what I wanted and my manicurist listened to me, did a phenomenal job and she was fast and efficient.

Got dip nails with no appointment and was tended to immediately. I have visited at least 4 other shops around BR and the dipping application/technique here is the best! After 3 weeks I haven’t experienced any lifting, breaking, or cracking. I can’t recall my nail tech’s name unfortunately, but she matched the pic of what I wanted perfectly and seemed knowledgeable in terms of caring for my nails. Will definitely be returning!

Way too busy as I had to wait almost an hour later after my appointment. The nails got messed up and the lady was annoyed at me for asking her to fix it. The nails dont really dry between layers so they can still get messed up hours upon hours later but enjoyed the enviornment and the end product

I walked in without an appointment 30 minutes before closing and they were nice enough to take me. My technician did a pretty good job of it, paying close attention to detail. My nails come out looking great and clean. Im one happy customer.

The lady that did my nails didnt know what she was doing. They looked fine at first but the formula was bad because not 20 mins later it fell off. It didnt snap it litterally bent and fell off and the rest of my nails are bendy and almost squishy. I went back for a refund and she refused. She said shed fix the broken one but whats the point if you dont know how to mix the acrylic properly itll just bend again or be too brittle and snap.

My nails looked great and service was pretty quick.I will be going back!

Best nail salon on this side of town (College/Perkins). Its sanitary and has great employees. I found this hidden gem after getting my gel dip nails ruined at another salon. They are extremely patient (I changed my color 3 different times with no sense of irritation) and will not allow you to leave unsatisfied. Definitely give them a try.

I dropped in without an appointment for a gel French manicure. The salon is spacious, clean and very inviting. The owner did my manicure and spent quite a bit of time making my hands looks as nice as possible. The polish is flawless and just so pretty on my hands. A very nice experience, I highly recommend it.

Came to get services at 7pm salon closes at 7:30pm....as soon I walked in she stated sorry we are closed.... mind you two people are inside getting services. I said but your door says 7:30, then she stops to think and says we close for emergency. WOW! I will NEVER spend my money here and dont recommend due to poor customer service.

Just went to this salon at 6:37 PM and was told were closed although the door says open until 7:30 and the website states they stop taking customers at 7:00. Just moved back to BR and looking for a nail shop..guess it wont be here!!!!

It was not a pleasant experience! The pedicurist complained that I needed to come more often. The foot tub I was asked to put my feet in had bugs crawling around the outside! The manicurist was racist! She made disparaging remarks about my hands in her language while looking at my hands and her own while she and the pedicurist laughed

They are constantly trying to up-sell you and trick you, something I really do not appreciate. They charged me $18 to remove my gel polish and cut my nails, claiming I received a manicure and a gel polish removal and saying she actually gave me a discount and that normally that is $20. I will not be returning.
