I walked in today for a pedicure and gel manicure. The lady was extremely rough with my feet and generally in a rush. She rushed through the entire process. She didnt even give me my manicure she just put gel polish on my nails. I still have hang nails. Many of my nails were still rough and I had to file them myself after already addressing it with the lady. The only plus side is that I didnt have to wait and she was quick. My visit was not relaxing, and I didnt receive the services I paid for. Go here if youre ok with speedy mediocre service.

I was trying to call to ask a question and after they answered all I heard was this super annoying beeping and then they hung up.

The lady that worked on me was very kind but I feel like they are very careless here....not only did it take 2 hours to do my nails but my nails are not even the same length on each hand, shaping is very bad and I got sliced on two fingers with the shaping drill blade to the point I’m bleeding and missing skin....I paid almost $100 and am kinda disappointed in what I paid for....but for toes they are great..

Wonderful nail experience! I once went 4 weeks between appointments, and none of my nails popped off or lifted. Very reasonable pricing.

Gel manicures here are great but I think their pedicures leave a lot to be desired. No attention to detail on the feet and left with smudges and chips because the top coat was put on before the polish was even dry underneath. Didnt really address my heels either, as is standard for pedicures.

What an amazing experience! I have never been more satisfied with service I’ve received at a nail salon in Baton Rouge until I set foot in Nail Chic. Amazingly beautiful and Zen decor ... as well as a nice pedicure room. Highly recommend this salon.

Worst experience ever! Paid $42 for full set and french tips. Lady rushed thru the entire process and there was no one waiting. Two ladies of a different race than myself (that came in after me) was taken before me. The table was dirty. My nails were too short and uneven. One was even put on crooked. I will never, ever go to nail chic again.

Horrible. Not worth the visit. Pedicure a quick nothing. If you want to pay $32 to get your toenails polished, then this is your place. More costly than I anticipated as they also popped my gold bracelet safety chain (another $25 to have my jeweler solder back together)! Be warned!Needless to say, very much disappointed.

Amazing! Been with same nail tech since 1998! Angie, Holly, & Jenny ROCK! Brought my 3 sons.

Avoid this place at all costs. The woman was so worried about getting back to watching a show on her phone that she rushed as fast as she could and they looked horrible after. I didnt even bother asking her to fix them, I will just get them redone elsewhere. Only stopped in here because I work on TOWNE center but $32 for a simple manicure that turned out horrible is so not worth the convenience.
