Ram recently came out for a service call and diagnosed a cracked coil. They ordered the part and installed a few days later. They came on time, we’re very courteous, and even recommended that I replace the part rather replace the whole system. I was impressed with their honesty and work.

I had the outdoor compressor and evaporator coil replaced for three a/c units over the past 24 months. RAM did a very professional and thorough job replacing the units. They answered all my questions and explained everything that they were doing during the replacement process. The entire crew was friendly and very competent. I haven’t used them for routine maintenance of the units but I’m sure the maintenance crew is equally professional. I recommend them without any reservations.

Ive had two units installed by RAM and am very satisfied. There were some setbacks on the second unit but they came out when I called and made it right. Theyre fairly priced and dont try to sell you on unnecessary products. Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently bought a new home that is covered by a home warranty. About 2 weeks after we moved in the ac unit started freezing up. Dealing with the warranty company proved to be a terrible idea. They sent out two different Heating and air contractors and neither of them was able to correctly diagnose and fix our problem. We were without AC for 10 days in July heat in Louisiana.Luckily we called RAM Heating & AC next (I wish we had called them first). Seeing that it was an emergency they sent a technician out on a Wednesday evening. The problem took a couple of hours to diagnose but RAM got it right the first time. Apparently the control board on the unit was bad and was sending out low voltage that was proceeding to kill anything attached to it. It killed our new nice Nest thermostat an if the problem had continued it would have destroyed our outside unit.The technician stayed Wednesday until he knew exactly what he would need to fix the unit first thing Thursday morning. The unit was correctly diagnosed and was blowing cool air again by 10 am Thursday morning.I cannot thank RAM enough for their fast, prompt and helpful service. I would give them 10 stars it this thing would allow it. They have my business for life.Call them first. Dont mess around with anyone else.

So when your company was repeatedly called out to an elderly ladies home and still couldnt manage to get it cool... is there a reason she was continually sold repairs that never fixed the problem? My home inspector was very detailed and showed what wasnt done by your technicians. And the seller was very good at record keeping.Now i am having to pay an honest HVAC man to fix your companies screw ups on my new home..Would you like photos of before and after and the bill? Or would you like me to contact appropriate agencies for handling this. Word of mouth and the before photos from home inspector and after of finished corrected issues speak volumes.

I am very happy with my experience with this company. I had one of my AC units go down (95 degrees outside), and they responded THAT DAY, and fixed the problem. The technician was very professional and polite. I will have them do my HVAC service from now on. Highly recommended.

I can not recommend RAM Heating and Air highly enough! Theyve done my maintenance service for two years now, and recently had to demo and install a brand new system, inside and out, bc my 1992 system died on me in July 2018! Every single time they have come to my house they are either on time or early. They are always professional, I have had absolutely no concerns about who Im letting inside my home, and they clean up after themselves. They always try to educate me on the process so I know exactly whats happening. They hire the best! The Install went very smoothly! When they had to break the bad news to me that I needed a whole new system, they walked me through every step until I was comfortable. I shopped around, had 2nd and 3rd opinions on the problems and pricing, and I just kept coming back to them as the best service and value for the price. Make no mistake, a new system is expensive, no matter how you slice it, but RAM really has the best price in town.... I checked! The owner is an absolute no BS, stand up guy. I tried getting away with just repairing this, or repairing that, and he just gave it to me straight, which was hard to hear, but it was the truth. I honestly couldnt be happier with my experience, from the admin girls in the office to the techs, to the install guys, and will confidently recommend RAM Heating and Air to everyone!

There was one issue with a small leak in the ceiling of my kitchen, but they came out right away and noticed that it was their fault and paid to have it repaired at their expense. It wasnt really a huge problem, but I appreciated the fact that they were willing to take responsibility and I was happy about that.

Been using Rams heating and Air for almost 5 years. Excatly services. Today an hour after I made it home from work. My husband and I noticed our ac wasnt working. So he went up and noticed it was leaking water. Called the right way and even though they was closed the on call answered. Less then 5 min of explaining whats wrong and getting my info. We hanged up so she can get a tech to us. 5 mins later the tech called and told me he is 5 mins out. I was at least expecting him coming tomorrow.

It was awesome that they came out same day. But ill never understand filling the unit with freon. Charging $543.00 ....Not doing a leak test. And telling me after you probably have a leak.Additional note... A week later they came by my job. They did the same thing again. Told the owner of the company I work for he needed freon. I asked if they were gonna do a leak check. This was the response: we dont do those because most of the time people dont want to pay to fix it..... But wait shouldnt you offer it before filling it. Then if the customer says no just fill it then its on them...smh .....not just assume....fill it....and then tell you that you might have a leak. Fyi they charged 53.00 per pound at my job. So why was it 543.00 for 6 pounds again. Guess this also where you get treated different not under contract....first time customerAdditional note: a coworker at my old company said they were flushing her system didnt take care of the pan and filter and it overflowed and messed up her floors.
