The actual workers that come out are AMAZING and do and outstanding job. However, the lady that answers the telephone is very rude. I called and asked to get a receipt emailed to me from the last time the guy came out and she sent the receipt from the first time after I called her three times after 30 minutes after not receiving it the first two times she said she sent it to me (which is fine) I had to call 6 times for her to pick up the phone and when she did she yelled at me for calling too much. I informed her she sent the wrong reciept and she keeps yelling saying she can’t talk to me because I called too much. But I appreciate the men that came out and fixed my ac.

The guys did great. What I thought would take about 7 hours took 12 due to all the hidden surprises. They just kept at it until it was done. Worth every penny.

This was the worst experience dealing with a service provider, EVER! They are totally incompetent. Not to mention they were at my home a week prior and left water in my drain pan and technician never told me. They were already paid for the job and warranty co made a recall request to return to fix the problem and they cancelled me 1 hour before due to service my AC and requested a plumber to the job. Of course this was going to take another day without AC to get me on someone elses books. they didnt care. This was totally unnecessary and to prove that fact, I had a totally competent HVAC company at my house within the hour and completely fixed and corrected every thing that was wrong. I guess they think doing a recall is above them, so they dont waist their time and actually insult you by telling you to contact a plumber to fix your AC. Even reading the reviews show me that they have serviced AC units exactly what needed to be done to mine. They chose not to! Shame on you! So disgusting!

This company will over charge for simple HVAC repairs. I requested services to replace a contactor on my outside unit. After paying the 125 $ initial fee the service technician wanted to charge me 600$ to replace a 40$ part. Highly unprofessional. I suggest you do your research before you let this company in your home. They will rip you off at every corner. Go with your local HVAC repair company that your trust. Avoid this company like the plague. Services performed in the gonzales,LA area.

I paid $686.50 to get my A/C unit fix, including $125 to send somebody to come and check it out and couples hours later the A/C stop working I called them back to tell them the issue and they told me I need to pay $125 again to send somebody to come and see what’s going on when I already paid for a service that they never fix, worst service ever, will not recommend them at all. Smh!

We had AireServ replace our entire HVAC system. Their prices are very competitive and workmanship is the very best. I really like and trust Daniel, who is the owner and lead tech. They showed up on time, worked continuously, and finished a complete HVAC replacement by around 2pm even though it rained most of the time. Daniel has been our ac guy for a few years, but we did entertain bids from two other well known companies. In the end, it was our trust that Daniel would be there after the install if anything needed attention. Daniel remains our ac guy.

AC tech got there, he was very nice. Quoted prices for things. He got to working, fixed the Clogged drain line, then came down and told me it’d cost $150 additional to clean the coils inside the attic unit. I understood the $350 quote at the beginning to include the drain line repair, cleaning and a year maintenance. Apparently that only included cleaning the outside coils. He went outside to call the office to see what he could do. Came back with the lowest to clean inside and out plus work already completed $526. I paid the $256 for the work already completed, then went to Lowe’s and got $20 worth of stuff and crawled around in the attic and cleaned the inside coils myself.When I asked for a quote for a cleaning to get it ready for the season, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to think that means you get it completely cleaned inside and out and ready for use for the season. Not just cleaning the outside coils. With that said, The tech was extremely nice and told me what I needed to do to clean it myself.Last time I had inside and outside coils cleaned by a different company, it cost me about $200. I felt like they just piled on the prices/cost and that what was included in the quote before the work started was not clearly communicated . The work completed was good, don’t get me wrong, but I won’t use them again.

I was able to send a cell-phone video that clearly showed the concern. The next day, Air Serv was able to evaluate and diagnose the problem. They made a temporary repair while parts were ordered, and promised to apply the temporary repair cost against the replacement cost for the unit. The employees who arrived wore masks and were very professional.

Appreciated the Sunday morning service call today by Daniel when we thought our thermostat had gone out during the night. Turns out it had shut down because of water in the pan due to clogged line. $384.00 later and we are cool. Thanks, Daniel

Had a last minute emergency due to complcations with my home warranty company. So I ended up calling these guys to see if they could come out at 7 PM. Within an hour they had someone come to my house and fix our AC, not only that but he told me what my other company had been using which is why I was constantly having issues with my AC. Steven from AireServ just left our house after servicing our heating system. I cannot say enough good about this experience. Polite, knew his stuff, and he even wore the shoe covers when he entered our house in order to not track in dirt or grass. The pricing is very reasonable. Again, overall great experience...highly recommend.

Martin Johnson installed a new system (a/c & heat) for me this past April and it is wonderful. He had maintained my old system since 2016 and was always there when I needed him. He makes every effort to get to you as soon as possible so you don’t suffer in the Louisiana heat.
