So I’ve been coming to this car wash for years and I would say it’s definitely one of the better ones in the Frisco area they have a nice lounge and they have a bunch of add-ons that are reasonably priced I also think the basic wash is pretty good I like to keep my car washed pretty regularly so I swing by there pretty often and just keep the road dust off the car.My rims always look really good and The towels don’t scratch the paint and everyone for praying mine so I definitely would recommend.There are a couple other car wash place On this block but I would say that this is a good choice.

1. Very disappointed. Paid $60 for a premium service that was done in less than 15 minutes and looked like a standard $19 service. Poorly vacuumed and waxed with stains all over👎.2. They offer free popcorn so my kids were excited to try it. Unfortunately there wasn’t any hand soap or sanitizer to clean their hand before having it. When asked manager if he could give us something to clean hands, he looked very irritated and unhappy.

I took my Landrover here on March 1st. The brushes broke my passenger mirror. I filled out the paperwork & was told someone would call. A week went by & I called to follow up. Jose took my number & said someone from cooperate would contact me. After 2 weeks I called Jose back & he said he would give my number to Brad at corporate to call me. After another couple of weeks I called Jose back & got the same response. At 3 months I finally got ahold of Luis Mendoza & he said to get a quote to get it fixed. I got a quote from Service King & emailed it to him twice. Luis Mendoza will not reply to my text or phone calls. Bottom line that car wash cost me $600.00 & they do not care about customer service.

I came in today for the $50 detail package for mats and carpets. I chose this business specifically because of this great price advertised on the website. I was surprised when I drove up and was charged $75. As I was paying, I checked on the website. It’s still reflected the $50 price point. I understand prices change, but if you advertise one price on your website, you should honor it. I pay $25 extra than I should’ve. I called the buisness shortly after I left and the person said the website hadn’t been updated. Despite this, if you advertise a price, you should honor it. Call before you come, otherwise you might pay more than you think.

Absolutely terrible experience. Been taking my new Audi to them for over 3 months, at least once a week. Today I heard and felt screeching noise inside the car wash, as a result one of my wheels has several big scratches. Noone wanted to take any responsibility. They kept telling that its impossible. Will cost me at least $500 to fix. STAY AWAY!

These folks do an amazing job. Well worth the money. On the down side, I wish they would post the prices before you get to the booth.

I have mixed feelings about this place I went on a Friday during my lunch break and I had never been here before and I think they took full advantage of this. I went to the pay area and asked what the packages were. The guy said it’s either just a wash or a wash and interior so I said okay I want the wash and interior he said okay $29. *I am now looking on their website and there are plenty of other packages I could have chosen from* next time I’ll do my homework and not get taken advantage of. I then get the wash and there is no one to tell me where to go so I drive around almost miss the vacuums thankfully someone told me to pull in as no one was directing traffic where to go. There were plenty of people working so I think someone could have at least been showing people where the shorter lines were. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience and I’ll drive out of my way to go elsewhere

The service here is horrible! I bought a prepaid amount of hand washes and it is always a pain to try to use. They are so disorganized here. This morning, I was asked to come back because the manager was not there. This could have been handled by taking my information down. Instead I was met with a very rude attendant that said she was only there for a couple of hours and she couldn’t help. Honestly, I was so surprised by her attitude and her i don’t care vibe that I received from her. I want my $300 back! There are a lot of other car washes out here! Don’t come here!

I got my car washed here for the first time today and it was great! Everyone was so nice, the car wash was run very efficiently, and I got in and out quickly. I am very happy with the results and I will definitely be coming back.

Horrible service and I will never be back! I just moved to the area and thought I found a nice carwash. I pulled in at 10:40am paid for the WORKS which is not cheap but I take pride in my vehicle so I don’t mind. I literally sat 40 mins and watch every other person leave and not 1 person has touched my car. I was offered a free wash but I will NOT be back. Not to mention I sat outside the entire time in the heat because the AC unit was broken. They lost a good customer today because I get my car detailed often!

I have been to this place several times with good results. Today however was horrible. Car still had soap on it after the wash, the yellow stuff used in the wash was flaked on the vehicle, dirt was still on the bottom panels and it wasnt really very dirty to begin with. I got the next to the top tier wash and what a waste of money. I tried to message the business directly on their website but once you type out your message it gives you an error message every time. Plenty of options around here so do yourself a favor and move on.

The wash was ok. The free vacuums do not work. They dont fix them so you have to pay for a manual vacuum and clean for the inside of your car.Bad customerService

Ive been coming here for a long time now and these guys are great! Always friendly, do a great job and reasonably priced. Their lounge area and bathrooms are also very nice and clean.

The male at the entrance doesnt smile, looks upset, doesnt talk showing me a cardboard with the prices on the carwash options. Im bilingual (Spanish) if hes limited in English, too! Ive been there twice & both times his behavior is the same. I wonder if hes like that with everyone or just me. Ill just give him the $ next time without looking at him OR go elsewhere. Ill use the 3 strikes & your out rule. The workers pre-washing the windshields are great though!!! Ive tipped them.

I would not recommend this place... I have been trying to cancel my membership for 4 months now since I moved cities, and they are not responding. I have reached out via phone, email, Facebook, and even went in person 2 separate times to which they claimed the person who handles the cancellations is not available. I have been paying $40 a month for 4 months now and I am trying to have my bank issue a stop payment.When I was a customer here, the self-service vacuums were never working, and there have been several times where the dryers inside the carwash were also not working. I wouldnt waste your money here... and you also will be a loyal paying customer for the rest of your life, regardless of if you use their services or not lol

Asked for a basic wash as never been here before.Wanted $48 to wash my truck. (Exterior only)F#$k that.I went to the touchless further up preston and paid $14 for a good basic wash.

OK car wash but I had lots of bugs on my car & asked for extra attention. I didnt get it! I think $12 is too much to pay for an exterior only car wash & have it come out wet & dirty!

Alright wash, I went here after the ice storm to get the salt off my Chevy. I paid extra for undercarriage wash but it seems they used the same wash settings for everyone. Pretty meh, I’ve had better and less streaky washes from drive through gas station places.

Horrible service, and super pricey I went for the first time and they were really rude to me, plus I paid almost 50 dls and the interior of my car was so dirty, if you’re in the area don’t go and don’t waste your money

I just witnessed a customer be treated very unprofessionally. The clerk told a black woman “at least I’m not black and black lives don’tmatter”. The customer found the manager and told him about the situation. The manager told the customer that the employee is a good employee and that she’s worked for him for 5 years, then blew the customer off and called the cops on the customer. This is such a disgrace, the manager/owner should have listened to both the employee and customer and deescalated the matter instead of giving a blow away hand gesture at the customer. Wash guys you will not get my money again!

Had the pleasure of working with Salvva at the Frisco location lube and auto center. I must say I was very impressed by the quickness I was in and out. Got an oil change, state inspection, and car wash. Very satisfied and highly recommend them!

One of the worst car washes in Frisco. Since new ownership the quality has gone downhill in a hurry and will not be coming again. Far better options along Preston.

Very decent place helpful staff. I did deluxe external wash. Didn’t get the feeing it was worth the price. The lady who came to dry the car was very through. Will definitely visit again for more for basic washes.

I dont recommend this car wash unless you want to dry the car yourself. My entire truck was wet and had to dry it myself. The wind blowers do not dry the car at this car wash. Not a happy camper and not to mentioned the money i spent!!!

Paid for top of line car wash, nobody was interested in doing the towel dry they advertise. Headed to another car wash because of the watermarks left behind due to not doing the job advertised. Don’t bother.

So stopped by to get my Oil Changed The Gentlemen Changing my oil was very nice and professional but when i asked about the free car wash that came with the oil change he really didnt know any information about it or how it worked. I asked if i could upgrade to a interior vacuum and he just said check with one of the car wash employees. After my oil change i drove around to where you enter the car wash and handed the employee my receipt and explained that i had a free car wash and would like to upgrade to a interior vacuum and she said that it would be $29 for the upgrade and thats just crazy and over priced. So i just got the free car wash and decided to pull into the free vacuums and vacuum myself. And they where horrible after 10 minutes i decided to just leave and go to another car wash and pay $19 to get both the inside and out cleaned.

Ever since the new management, this place has been great! All are very professional and it’s a great functioning car wash place now. I only ever get the basic car wash however, I see them working hard on other cars and can tell it’s good quality. I love this place! This is my go-to car wash place for as long as I live in Frisco!

I am very particular about where I take my car for car washes and was very impressed with this location. Staff was friendly and very efficient. They did an excellent job with my detail. Inside they have free popcorn, coffee and drinks which is not a bad touch either! Will definitely be coming back.

Stop there today after snow week just to find spiked prices, since everybody needed a clean car the figure a way to make a quick buck, claiming they have to use $5 extra dollars in soap, when actually there was nothing out of the ordinary while I went through the car wash, ever since they took over from Mr Clean they jacked up the prices, there is no more towels or cleaning supplies vacuum cleaners are a joke and the air hose use to blow leaves out the engine or grill is no longer working, is time to start using another car wash

Beware! Put a dent on my $60,000 vehicles door. Lady came to open the door for me and instead of holding the door she slung it open and it hit the black iron junk on their pole. Why would you have iron fixed to a pole where car doors are being opened and closed. Why would she just sling my car door open like a 5 year old! Filed an incident report with the car wash manager Jose and he advised to call the General Manager Luis Mendoza the next day. Spoke to Luis next day who advised he will call me back in 30 minutes and never called. I visited the car wash for an update based on no call back and Jose called Luis and advised it will be a couple days. Luis should have called me with an update verses no update at all from this business! How hard would that have been?! Per Jose previously he looked at the camera before giving me the incident report and apologized about the situation and told me to fill out the paperwork. I’m highly upset that my car was dented when I simply came in for a wash. Then to top it off their was still dirt on my car and I paid for full service detail. I will hand this over to my attorney based on the principal of the situation and negligence of this business. It should not be looked over management not following up with me and pushing me to have to escalate to get a solution from their employees negligence. Beware of doing business here because if an issue occurs you will be sh*t out of luck unless you get an attorney involved.

I was confused with the difference of pricing for a hand wash from one day to another. Not even sure what the correct price is, $55 or $75. Good friendly customer service, hand sanitizers available in the waiting area. The actual wash decent but not worth the $75.

Prices online are not what you actually pay, inflated about 50%. On top of that, 20% detail discount advertised was “applied” but the guy at the counter didn’t apply it properly. Disappointed with service.

Bait and Switch... I was quoted $350 for wash, wax and buffing. My truck was on site over 4 hours. The truck was not buffed. They used rags to remove spray on wax. I had to take my truck back and leave it again. They never buffed my truck.

Truly some class act workers here. I pay for the Platinum package wash and its honestly worth every penny. These workers do such a great job Im surprised they dont pat me on my head and call me a good boy before leaving.

Always fast, nice polish from the wash. Clean and free vacuums. 3 dollars off from your next wash with receipt or 7 day basic free wash.

Real good place to get your whip cleaned. Great service and attention to detail. They can do Oil changes too... the owner dropped his card while I was there. Really nice people, def will be back

Went in there to get a detailed service. At the order window, the man was not wearing a mask. I requested him to wear one from inside my car (as I was too wearing a mask). He declined. I decided to not give them my business. Decided to go to another car wash. Bunch of them around. Never again to you guys.

Ive been to all the other car washes in Frisco. This one by far was the winner. I got an inspection and then I got their premium $55 wash at a discount. The lady who dried my car and cleaned the interior took her time, but it was well worth it because I could not find anything to complain about. Usually at the other places, there was always something that wasnt wiped or some gunk that was left behind. I was lucky enough that Carmen took her time, and made the car amazing and shiny, I really appreciated that she didnt cut corners and just glance wipe the thing. I will not be going to any other places in Frisco anymore this is my permanent car wash place.

Car gas cleanned bith inside and out with an ok job, on the side of the fron seats there was still dirty and on thr outside there where parts that where still dirty...

Don’t waste your money on any premium level washes or services. Your car will not come out nice and shiny like you’d expect. They spend barely 15 mins vacuuming the interior. Probably only worth it for the cheapest service if you’re looking for something quick.

Need more experience cleaning cars

I only saw one guy wearing a mask. They didn’t wear a mask while working on any of the four vehicles while I was there, not even when working in the interior of the vehicles. They had no signage requiring patrons to wear a mask while in the inside waiting area. There were several patrons and at least one employee in the waiting area not wearing a mask.When they finished one of the guys, working on my car, told me that they were going to charge me extra for pet hair. I told him I purchased the Platinum service and I did not see any charge on the menu for pet hair or any signage requesting that we advise them of pet hair before we purchased our package. I also was not asked if I had pet hair before I purchased my package. I would have been happy to pay the fee oppose to receiving attitude from the guy who helped clean my car. I gave them a $10 tip due to the pet hair.All in all if you had been to Mr. Clean before it changed to WashGuys I am confident you will notice a definite change in the professionalism. I will not be back and also recommend to everyone at my office and church to go somewhere else.

Great carwash. Starts at $7 quick and easy. My Lexus looked great so I brought my TT in the next day. Free vacuums and compressed air for inside the car. Many other services and wash packages available.

Went in for a basic car wash for the first time, specifically told the cashier that I wanted a towel dry at the end of the wash so he gave me three options and two of the three he said they would towel dry. Once I got done with the wash I went over to the towel dry section and the employees told me that I would have had to purchase the $18 instead of the $12 to get the towel dry.I ended up doing the towel dry myself.I checked online after to look at the services on their website and no where does it say that you have to self-dry/vacuum, and all of their packages say they “hand towel dry”!

Id recommend this car wash. I brought my car after a long road trip and it was due for a much needed wash. I tried to get the cheaper wash, but they explained that with the amount of dirt and bugs it was not guaranteed that it would be as clean as I wanted. I opted for the more expensive package and I am glad I did. Im very pleased with the results.

Quick and easy. Also has self service vacuum if you do a full wash. Only issue was the employees didnt wear masks

Absolutely the worst car wash I have ever been to in my life. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Customer service is awful. After running my car through the wash, I watched an employee douse the entire exterior of my car with Windex as they dried my car - Manager refused to do anything about it.

The wash was good, but they didnt honor Mr. Clean tickets, and for that I wont be back. They havent even changed the monument sign yet.

They are good. Just make sure to check car after tyres after cleaning.

I did the $7 car wash just run it through the machine and it did a good job.

I’ve gone there for 6 years and have loved the place. Lately, it’s taken much longer to complete the visit.Today, they were understaffed and waited 15 minutes for them before they wiped down the vehicle and vacuum.

Raised their basic wash to $12 after we all suffered from winter storm Urie. God will judge the greedy hearts of men.

I waited in line for 15 minutes while five other car wash employees sat at the picnic table chit-chatting and one poor guy was pre-washing cars in line. Then I got into the car wash and noticed most of the brushes were not spinning. Needless to say the car wash was a poor quality and at the end they don’t include a hand towel dry like the car wash at Custer and 121. Not going back.

What is with this place not following CDC and State guidelines on masks. Everyone but the one person working on my car DID NOT have on a mask...manager included! Friendly staff but follow the rules!
