Lilly nails is very clean and very professional however their employees are not properly trained when it comes to foot message. They need to be properly trained. I walk in my heel and the balls of my feet. They mostly message the arch which isn’t the most important part of the foot. Also I feel rushed when I am there. It should be a relaxing experience not rushing to get you out the door.

After about a week and a half almoast all my acrylic nails fell off I dont even use this hand for any thing I am right handed this is my left hand I say u do not go here and use ur money elsewhere

I’m really skeptical of the negative reviews for Lily Nails, because I’ve been a customer for years and they are by far the cleanest, most professional, most thorough nail salon in the region. The staff are all pros, very kind, and do great work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Made an appointment for 2... did not start my nails til 2:30- and it took over an hour for an acrylic fill. I was also charged $50 for an acrylic fill with gel polish. I live in Florida and don’t even pay that much for a fill! Absolutely disgusted with the prices. Will never go back here

Had 3 different people work on my nails when came in for a fill my nails didn’t match and one fell off within 4 days 😡

I got an amazing manicure from Ester while my daughter got a pedicure. We both felt wonderful and refresh afterwards.

Awful...took 2.5 hrs to get a fill and after 3 days my nails are broken...I asked for yellow..the color looked uneven dark in spots not in others..he told me next time I should pick a darker color ... but it wasnt the color that was the problem it was the person doing it ..they were shorter then I asked for and supposed to be coffin shaped but they are all shaped slightly different he told me it would take 10 min to do a different color...took 40..and there is yellow all around my nails on the bottom looks like fungus...and it was $65 ..which is expensive. Before a tip🤯 save your money..go somewhere else..this place was terrible

Cherry is my goto! Always does an amazing job and the pedicures are an all time high! So relaxing! The steam and hot stones are unreal. :)

We didnt get all the services that were on the list that we paid for. They cut my husbands toe and didnt give him a discount. The second time we went back they brought the 2 of us into a back room. There was no music or tv. We had to ask them to turn on the massage chairs, one was leaking some fluid. We informed the manager of our poor service before. She didnt acknowledge at all. Then we were over charged $20 per person. We wont be going back

First post-covid reopening pedicure, and it was wonderful. Super clean, friendly and detail oriented staff, GREAT massage along with the pedicure. Totally going back.

I seen one of the staff move a customer into another seat which seem to be sanitize and I thought wow that’s great! Then within seconds they had another lady sit in the chair the other lady was sitting in without cleaning it at all. Dirty, dirty!!

Went in just to get gel polish over my acrylic. They didnt have to remove polish or anything. With a design on one nail and matte coat it came to 45$ a little pricey but worth it. Im a bit picky and Im very pleased. Esther and Tony worked on me. I will be back.

Cindy the owner took me right away. She started my manicure and King started my pedicure. Jessica came and fixed 2 nails, the team had me beautiful and out the door right away. Thank you so very much to the staff! I highly recommend this shop if you want your nails done well!

The owner and staff hurried to get me out for my sons wedding! I cant thank you all enough! Service was excellent, King did my pedicure..wonderful job and I believe her name was Jessica (2nd chair)..fixed 2 broken nails and did a beautiful nail gel on my nails. Cindy the owner started my manicure while King worked on my pedicure. I cant give them enough stars! And Im a critic from New York!

Clean and quiet environment, fast service and high technical staff did fantastic job, I only go here to get manicure and pedicure for my nails. The receptionist is very kind and polite, she always greets me friendly. The price is reasonable and affordable. I strongly recommend the Lily nail and spa, try it, you won’t be disappointed!

Best pedicure massage I have ever had!

I hardly give bad reviews but this pedicure was nothing more than a foot washing. The gentleman was very slow, and didnt seem confident in what he was doing. My pedicure did not woo me, and the results were eh. My nail polish was bumpy. My boyfriend also got a pedicure with me and he didnt know what to expect so he wasnt thrilled or disappointed but he did mention that they seemed to have just slapped product on his feet, and did not do any massage or anything.

Ester did a fantastic job! My nails were beautiful and a perfect summer color. Will definitely go back.

Pushy about paying cash and rude to my mom about payment ( I explained upon arrival that I was paying for her nails). My service was good, but rushed. Not the relaxing experience I had hoped for. Pretty decor and both our polish held up well. They do have a nice variety of manipedis and apparently offer massage as well.

I booked a pedicure and manicure. My pedicure was not basic, I purchased the $50. Well let me tell you, it was the worst and fastest pedicure I had😡. So then it came time for my manicure which they had me turn sideways in the pedicure chair to do my manicure, very uncomfortable, then moved me to the drying table to paint my nails. The polish peeled the next day🙁will not be going back.

Very rushed, most uncomfortable and definitely not worth $30. The lady Sarah was very rough and stood around waiting for a tip. Appt was at 1pm, I was done at 120pm and drying. Will not return here.

I have always had a wonderful and exceptional experience at Lilys, and believe me, I am there quite often.......when I am at the salon, every customer I see is always so comfortable and relaxed and completely enjoying her time there.....it is a haven where one can go to relax to the fullest and not be charged an arm and a leg!!! So I am a little hesitant about the negative comments.I recommend Lilys to all of my friends and family!

This is the nail salon I frequent when I am in Westerly. They do a good job and the salon is very clean. The prices are reasonable. I didnt give 5 stars because the salon I use in CT gives hot stone massages with basic manicures and pedicures; I am spoiled.

I don’t know about the rest of the workers but I got my nails done by a guy named Thomas and my nails turned out terrible. I payed $45 for this. I got acrylic and he didn’t apply it all the way to my cuticle and to cover it up he put nail polish on it and my nails look lumpy. He didn’t do a good job.

I used to live down the road and this was my normal nail spot, now I live far out of state and still travel back because it is the best place.

Super clean, attentive and friendly staff, many nice perks like quick neck massage during nail services and a steam treatment during pedicures. They had never heard of Ombré nails, however. Maybe they’ll learn the technique.

Lily nails is the best place to get pedicures in all of westerly. They do WAY more than other places for the standard pedicure for basically the same price and use disposable liners for your cleanest experience!

I had a mani -pedi today and was very disappointed.I was in and out in 45 min. Way too fast and my feet and hands are not at all soft. My feet barely had any soaking time and the gentleman who worked on me only lightly and quickly filed my soles and heel. He did put the heel wax on but for a very short time. I am writing this a few hours later and my feet are very rough to the touch. As far as the manicure is concerned there was no lotion or wax used nor was there any massage time. I have never had a manicure without a hand massage as well as having my hand dipped in wax. I usually have had part of my arm and wrist massaged with lotion as well but not here. The polish looks fine but I really expect more for $40. It was not relaxing at all.

It was horrible. The receptionist was nice but the person who did my nails was horrible and rude!! And now it hasn’t even been a week and 3 of my nails are already chipped and cracked!!!!

I purchased number #2 on the pedicure menu. I received a message and my nails were painted but the attendant did not remove the cuticles or clean underneath the nails. I thought I was going to get the works but received an incomplete pedicure. I questioned the cashier snd she gave me a coupon for next time and told me to ask for a women. My feet do not look great today, dry skin patches and all. Very dissatisfied.

Zero stars wasn’t an option.Spent the afternoon getting a mani/pedi with my mom. She was the only good thing about the afternoon. The pedicure we got cost $39, a three-year-old could’ve done a better job painting my toenails as there is nail polish all over my toes. When the mani portion started, I was even more bummed as it ended approximately five minutes later. The nail technician didn’t actually file my whole nail just the top of it. Then she just asked me to pay, but charge the wrong amount to my card so she had to void that charge and do it all over again. There was no shoulder massage, although my mom did get one from the guy who did her nails. I then had to retrieve my own shoes from the middle of the salon floor. I will never return to this salon.

My daughter went in about a week ago to get acrylics and some of her nails have already come off. I know it is expected for them to come off eventually but for the price it costs I was hoping for more than a few days. :(

I used to go here all the time. I finally got the money to go there and get acrylics and they all seemed very distracted. I have had my nails on for a week and they have all fallen off or broke. I used to go there and acrylics were $30. I paid $45 and he didnt even do a great job. I dont think Ill be coming here again

I was very disappointed in the services i received here, for the prices they charge i expected better quality in their work. i had went in for a set of nails it took the man 2 1/2 hours to do a normal set, and did not to a good job at all. So far after getting my nails done here they have all fallen off.
