Pinky is my nail tech here and shes great. Everyone greets you and make you feel comfortable. Love going to her my nails are perfection 😍.

My mother has even coming to this shop when jimmy and his wife wee own it!!!! never ever had an issue u til now ...mandy that owns it now took ova and was doin my mom nails .... she is very nasty and evil spirited... no customer satisfaction what soo ever

My manicure was trash once again a very old man did them and Im sorry its time for him to retire. I looked over next to me and there was a young guy technician who just finished a full set and they were beautiful. I looked over at mines and wanted to 😢😭. Stay away from the old ones techs and just go with the under 40 techs lesson learned.

They rush my nails look like press ons.. they are big I had to file them down myself going to get them soaked off today and I got them done yesterday. I don’t even want them to fix them nor do I want my money back. A waste of time and money

I dont know it could just be me but i have not had a good experience at a nail salon since Covid, None of the places I have been to did my nails to where i want to tell anyone to go to them right now. They do a ok job on my feet but even then it feels like they try to get you away within 15 to 20 mins.

I was seen very quickly without an appointment. I got gel with 3 different colors. Only paid $24. Gave her good tip for job well done. I would have paid more in my city (Bel Air). My first time & I will definitely come back if Im in the area. Wish I knew the lady that did my nail name 😁

Horrible! $45 down the drain!! got 3 nails fixed and a fill in and he made my nails so uneven !!!! i have 2 square nails, one almond and the rest coffin! so unhappy! i wasted money just to turn around and do them myself 😴!

I’m a regular customer, Mandy is my family and I nail tech. She does a wonderful job. I always get gel and never have a problem the gel never chips. They last over a month in perfect condition. Plus I’m to rough on my nails so they always last .

I’m a business owner. I was in amazement that this nail salon has not been shut down from the health department. Their covid plexiglass was clean, that’s about all that was clean. The sinks, pedicure tubs, counters, and floors were disgusting. I seriously don’t know how they are open.

The first time I went here, left a bad taste in my mouth. Usually when someone goes to a nail salon, theyre paying to have their nails done a certain way. Its one thing to hear a customers suggestion, and suggest something else. Its another thing entirely to TELL someone how their nails should be done. I wanted to have a rainbow like design done on my nails, only for the nail tech to tell me, no. Thats silly. Why would you want that on your nails? That wouldnt look good. So I just went ahead and got a regular acrylic full set. Was I happy about it? No. If someone is paying you to do their nails (and possibly paying you more based on what theyre asking for) then why argue and lose less of YOUR coin?

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The service, the atmosphere, EVERYTHING! My last time going and they messed up my nails and when the woman tried to fix it, she made it worse! $30 down the drain!

They have gotten new people working and I am so happy. The nails look so much better and they take there time and ask you questions to make sure you like what you see. This was my experience though.

I will always go here for my nail, they stayed on over a month an still look good. Not breaking, still shine, they dont pop up. Great service an recommend them to any body

I was a regular here, Ken always did a good job. One day I arrived early, and I sat in my car and waited. He took me first cuz I was there, but then the loud pregnant lady came in talking about she was first but she left to get food. He booted me out the chair for her, then another lady he asked could he take before me. I used to love coming here but too many customers with nasty attitudes and they just allow them to curse loud very unprofessional and rude. I won’t ever go back here they lost my regular coins.

Horrible, horrible I had a gel set and my nails are coming off already after two days I gotten them done ! Thats absolutely not supposed to happen when you pay for gel nails they supposed to last for weeks, that’s the whole point of getting gel polish over regular polish right ??? they do a horrible job that’s why they so cheap at prices and most of them stay with attitudes!!!!!!! This was my first visit here, and also my first time that a guy has done my nails and I was sooooo Happy with them. They came out perfect. He was really meticulous and made sure they were right. I will definitely be going back.

This was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. She cut my nails way too short and half of them are crooked. They were also deceiving about their prices. I was told a basic pedicure was $23 when I walked in and said that was what I wanted. Then the person who did my pedicure showed me a menu of various pedicures and I pointed to what I thought was the basic. However, when I checked out they said I had chosen the spa pedicure...they pulled out the menu again to show me and the basic pedicure wasnt even listed even though they verbally quoted it to me in the beginning. They charged me $35 for a spa pedicure which is a joke. The woman barely rubbed lotion into my legs, there was nothing pampering or spa like about it!! I had picked a polish and at some point the woman went and changed the polish I had chosen to something she thought was similar and she said something to me while polishing about the name which was different than what I had picked but I couldnt understand her and ultimately the color was way lighter than what I picked. I didnt have time to get her to re-polish them with the right color! I will never go back and dont recommend it.

And he had the nerve to ask me why would I mess my nail up like I did it on purpose when I asked him to fix it he blew his breath and got a serious attitude!! I will never again go back here this was my second time there and I only want back because I thought maybe I was over exaggerating the first time but I wasn’t ! They absolutely SUCKKKKK

Best manicure and pedicures. My feet were so crusty. I tell you they removed all the dead skin on my feet. I was amazed at how my feet looked when they finished!!! I am making nail trix my permanent nail salon for my feet,nails,and eyebrows. Everything was done better than I ever had it. Ask for Ken or Hank. Love nail trix!!!!

I would give no stars if I could. They gave me a very bad fungal infection on my feet that spread to my hands. I went back to salon with paperwork from my doctor and all the owner said was she sorry they been on business for years and never had it happen. I just read the reviews and at least 3 other people complain about fungus.. Im calling heath department along with my lawyers, you will not keep these unsanitary conditions in our community and get away with it .

I only let a certain person do my nails, she said the wait was an hour for the young boy that always do my nails, this time I was going to let the old man do my fill, then I changed my mind, they started talking about me looking at me in their language so the old man tried to be smart n sit in the chair and act like he didnt want to do them and Mindy too..I will never go back their ..ever again dont waste your money only 2 ppl know how to do nails and they are rude.

Was not at all impressed. The consultants are very impersonal, and nails we full of air bubbles. Very stingy with the paint, and made lots of assumptions, rather than asking how I wanted.

I would have preferred to go to this salon since its a lot closer to my home. The service here is HORRIBLE. Ive gone three times. The first time the service was average, but I decided to go back for a second try. The second time I went, my nails looked horrible. The technician rushed through and didnt take her time AT ALL. I had paint all over my fingers and not just on my nails. I went back the next day to get them fixed and ended up waiting for an hour before I received service. This was the one and only time since Ive started using gel polish that my polish has peeled completely off without having to use any solution or instruments to remove. Although its conveniently located, Ill never go back.

They did my eyelashes and 2 days later my eyelashes fell off and they wont give me the money back which I didnt want I wanted my eyelashes done over

STAY AWAY!!! This salon is terrible unsanitary. I have been fighting a skin infection on my feet from my last pedicure there. My doctor had to test the skin to determine it was a type of infection commonly found in unsanitary nail salons. This salon may be less expensive, but it is NOT worth the skin infections! Also- Their acrylic fills are inexpensive, but they break easily, so youll either have to walk around with broken nails, or spend more money to get your nails repaired. STAY AWAY!!!

The young lady in the first chair did my nails..I was in need of a fill in and mood polish well I knew it was something fishy going on because she whisper my total which was 40$ ...outrageous because I dont get tips put on I get my real nails done which is about med length ..I will never recommend a rat to go there..they will steal your cheese😂

HORRIBLE!! After a couple days the gel polish chipped and my nail broke. Went to get it fixed and the tech was very rude and unprofessional. Told me If i didnt like the service, dont come here and tried to charge me to fix their horrible work. I will never give them my money again
