I’ve been here 3 times total. The first two times they set the bar high. The nail technician was friendly, my nails looked good and the place was clean. I get a fill in and always tip $20.I went this last time on a Monday at 2:15 pm and had Su Tron do my nails and it was a awful experience. She was extremely rude and unfriendly. She seemed like she hated what she does. I asked for a cut down and noticed my thumb nail was crooked. I asked for her to even it out and she aggressively grabbed my thumb and said she didn’t see it. Anyway, I tipped $20 like I always do mainly because I’m in the service industry too (I cut hair) and I understand people have bad days but, if a isn’t told me they felt like something was uneven, I would not dismiss them. It was very unprofessional.I’m sad that this happened because I was really happy to find a new salon even if it was a 30 minute drive for me.

Had a manicure and pedicure, and after one week, cuticles look terrible and are a mess, had to trim toe nails because the younger boy who did my pedicure basically refused to trim my toenails because they are smaller in size. They were to long when I returned from vacation that I had to trim them to be able to comfortably where my work shoes. I will be looking for a new place in the future

I went today the first and only one there with my daughter, she’s only 3 and was excited to do her nails, I told a woman in the front that we were both getting manicures and pedicures and she wasn’t happy at all. So I brushed it off and was like it’s fine we’re already here ... sooo fast forward to my daughters turn in getting her nails i figured since I was still doing mines with someone else and the lady from the front was free and had no clients, that she could do her nails . When I asked she said, well actually yelled “no” I asked her why several times and she kept saying “no” & to be exact I spent 98 dollars on both our nails that took over two hours for something really simple all because she had one person do my daughter and I at the same time.I will never return, we felt uncomfortable, and some discrimination because of our ethnicity . Take your money elsewhere !!!!!!!!

It hasnt even been a week and I got gel nails And polish on my feet and all my fingernails broken off and all my toenail polish is already off and its not like I broke it though complete now came off and I showed them that they were disrespectful wouldnt give me corporates number and wouldnt help me out at all plus they were uneven and I have about 10 friends that said the same thing cuz I made a post on Facebook I will get this place shut down

Love this Nail Salon, I’ve been going here for some time but this was the first time I had the opportunity for the gentleman in the front (can’t remember his name) to do my nails. He did an excellent job and was super quick!

I hate to leave poor reviews however I feel like I need to prepare other people. My daughter made me an appointment to get my nails done. She made the appointment the day before. Upon arrival I stood there and the employees act as though I was invisible. LITERALLY I had to stop a nail tech and ask for the person who I made my appointment for. I then went and sat down I waited for 45 mins before the nail tech I had an appointment with even came in my direction. And he didnt even speak to me. There was nothing from him. Not Im running behind I apologize. Or even, Ill be right with you. I left after an hours or so I left. I came here because my daughter spoke so highly of them. I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!

I wish I could leave zero stars. The women was so rude. My nails are hideous. The color must have been expired since it was so different from the sample color on the wall. My nails are bumpy and obviously not taken care of. Horrible service, don’t go.

The absolute worst nail service possible! I got dipping powder on November 25th and the guy way in the back did them. He spilled the powder twice, my polish is overlapping on my skin. I work right in the Mall and I was hoping to find a closer nail salon. Long story short, I have a new nail appointment elsewhere on Wednesday. $45 down the drain, actually it was $50 because I still tipped him because I don’t believe in not tipping no matter what. I feel if he needs more training then at least tell the clients and let me decide if I still want to move forward.

I went there asked for white and pink nails (ombré ) the guy who did my nails did not know what he was doing, and instead of doing them should have said he did not know how too. The shaping is terrible and I thought by the shop being in the mall it would be a good place to go, Sadly I made a mistake I will continue to go on Sinclair lane to hands down nails where they know what they are doing !!!!!

Best nail salon in the area! I wont go anywhere else. Cindy is my go-to tech, but theyre all amazing. Wonderful customer service, great spirit, clean and professional environment and they do such a great job every time, whatever the service is that you need. The first time I went the manager at the front did my nails perfect. The second time i went a different guy did them and he did a rush job and my nails were lumpy and looked terrible. They didn’t last more than a week before I needed them done again. He sat there the entire time on his iPad while doing my nails.. I will go back but only if the manager will do my nails.. The other guy will never touch my hands again!!

The nail techs are super sweet! The wait can be long but they usually accommodate. My visit took a minute since I came in on the 23rd, but I dont think I even waited an hour to begin with. They do very good work, my nails have never been cleaner. All in all, 10/10, Ive been here twice and have had a pretty good visit both times.

I had my nails done today with Leon at Nail Elite. I am so impressed with all of the preventative safety measures the salon has taken to ensure everyone’s health! There are plexiglass dividers at each nail station and even at the pedicure chairs. The nail swatches are now under glass for hygiene purposes. The whole salon was clean and sanitized. My nails turned out amazing but even more importantly, I felt completely safe. Thank you, Leon and Nail Elite!

They rip you off, the owner literally picks prices off his head and charges crazy. They tried charging my sister 80 dollars just for a full set with gel. Ridiculous! Don’t come here if you want to get ripped off

Leon has been doing my nails for a few months now, and he’s wonderful! I typically do acrylic nails with gel polish, in almond or coffin style. He really takes his time perfecting the shape; they’re never bulky or uneven. I’ve also never had any nails break between fill ins, even when I’ve waited 4 weeks. I love their huge range of colors and styles. He does book up quickly so calling for an appointment is a must!

Worst pedicure EVER!!!

Very very very horrible service I understand the mall was ready to close at 9:00 I got there at 7:45 but I feel you should still perform the same service as you would anytime of day. The lady was in a rush doing my nails. Being so I got them done Friday today is Thursday (6days) and all my nails have fallen off. I will never again return. $40 down the drain.

The owner says he only operate by appointment. I went to my scheduled appointment 5 mins early yet awaited 45mins past my appointment time 2 be serviced. 2 weeks later I went back for my scheduled appointment upon arriving I was told the owner decided not to come in at scheduled time for my 2pm appointment. I was offered to come back at 5:30pm later that day and perhaps he may be able to fit me in. Work is good but customer service is the worst and the prices are subject to change depending on the owners need for money on that day. So disappointed ☹

Ive been a customer of the Nail Salon for over 4 years and have found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. I often make nail appointments as appointments go fast. There are often many walk-ins throughout the day; however, Leon provides the customers with estimated wait times so that he/she can make a decision to wait. The prices are very reasonable and the staff does a steller job!!!!!

I have been going to this nail shop for about 6-7 years! Wait time is minimal and they do quality work. I highly recommend them ! The powder color is my go to and lasts up to 1 month!

I think that Leon makes up prices as he goes along. This place just charges whatever with no real set price. I was there on day and watched him tell three different customers three different prices for the same gel nails. Unethical people.

I definitely do not recommend this place. I have anxiety and my hands sometimes shake or get tense so I need reminders to relax my hands. The lady who did my nails screamed at me to relax. I was honestly scared. Secondly, the lady did not talk AT ALL besides when she was yelling at me. It was very awkward. I got my nails done two days ago and two of my acrylic nails already fell off. Wish I could rate zero stars.

Everyone is really nice and hilarious, theyve always done a great job on my nails. They always take their time and in my experience theyve been patient. I always receive multiple compliments and people asking me where I get my nails done. If youre nice to them theyre nice to you :)

Thought they were a little expensive they do amazing nails I got my nails done by the owner and he was really nice and helpful when it came to my nails they lasted for a good month and I still have them on I was definitely recommend.

I would have loved to comment on the service, except I was unable to find out. I was in the empty waiting area and had signed in for a fill. While I waited, I nursed my baby (COVERED, by my shirt) and was told I needed to cover up and then again told to cover and something about the cameras seeing. It’s 2019, get with it. Babies need to be fed. Will never get my business.

Pretty decent! They do excellent work but seem to be a bit understaffed at the moment. They have the usual Vietnamese chatter which is a bit off putting, but its extremely relaxing and the prices arent unreasonable

My only complaint is I had an appointment & I was on time. But the person before me came 15 minutes late, which left my appointment 15 minutes behind. I think someone else should have finished her appointment, so mine could start on time.

I normally dont leave reviews but I was so disappointed in my last visit. I wanted to introduce my friend to a new nail place so we both went to get a gel full set. Hers lasted shy of 3-4 days before it chipped and an entire nail fell off. Mine lasted a solid week before I needed a fill in. Every other nail technician has told me gel can last up to 3 weeks. When youre paying close to 40$ to have them done and 35 for a fill in, you want to ensure theyre being done right which they were NOT. If you are looking for simply a quick mani-pedi with no acrylic/gel, then go for it. Waxing services are decent too. Other than that, C worthy satisfactory service. It also sucks you can tell the nail techs are making fun of their clients. Do not recommend!

Im so done with this place. The only person who actually knows how to do nails is the guy who sits at the front. The other people can do basic nail stuff, they cant even do designs. That one guy has to stop what hes doing to do a design on your nails. I ask for pointy nails (stilleto) and I get oval, round, pointy all in one. Those lady nail techs cant grasp the understanding of pointy. Plus every time I go the price is different for the same exact service. I been coming since 2014 and Im over them. 2018 has been the worst though. They got stank attitudes. The lady techs clearly dont keep in touch with the latest nail trends. My acrylic nails break in the same week. I ask for gel on my toes and they put nail polish. When filing they dig and cut into my skin, etc. They will not get my business anymore.

This place has horrible customer service. They messed up on my pedicure my big toe nail was chipped and then they made the other the exact same, so they look like they grow in crooked. Not only that, when I asked for a design the guy told me that I wanted too much and that his time was valuable, I was willing to pay for whatever design I asked for he just didn’t want to do it. He said I was asking for too much when I only wanted two designs on two nails. As a manager that works in retail, you should be willing to do what the customer wants it’s part of your job. He told me to come back and to do the design next time, I told him that I was from New Jersey and my friend referred me to this place. Never have I ever encounter such rudeness and disrespect trying to get just a design for my nails. Thank you for not letting me waste my time or any extra money!

I came in at 8:15pm there were two nail techs sitting in the chairs doing absoutley nothing and refused to serve me. The worst nail shop. Went in for a fill-in and a week later my nails look liked they havent been done in 4 weeks and my nail broke. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

I came to get a fill in and the man was very rough with my hands,, and actually cut two of my fingers,, then he did a bad paint job, because it’s streaky and lumpy,, and he yelled at me while i was drying my fingers. Worst $25 wasted. i will never come back here again.

They are open 7 days a week which is convenient. However, the atmosphere in the location downstairs in the mall is not friendly or welcoming to customers from the staff.

The woman who gave me a pedicure gave me attitude and pain. She cut my nails so low that I bled. I took my daughter there for a surprise 5th birthday gift. My daughter sat quietly and still the whole time. When we were done I told my daughter to wait for me so I could hold her hand so she didnt slip. This woman yelled at her to go wait in the drying area by the front door. Also the package I got was $40 and included exfoliating, but then she charged extra for exfoliation. Awful service from a nasty woman. She shouldnt be in a service job.

I recently just came to this salon on the 18th of February to receive the dip nails after i got my acrylics taken off. The people could’ve been nicer but it was overall an okay attitude. I asked for ombre nails and the women doing my nails said they didn’t do that as i looked next to me two women had recieved it from another employee. Long stir short it is February 23rd only 5 days later and i had to take the dip piwder iff my nails. They kept on breaking even a day after i recieved their services and i had no other option besides taking them off because the job was done so poorly it started to take my own nails off. DO NOT GO HERE IT IS TOO OVER PRICED FOR THE POOR JOB AND SERVICE!!!

This by far was the worst nail experience I have ever had. After returning home from college I set an appointment for a full set, the lady who answered the phone was rude and rushed me off the phone rather quickly. The nail tech Chani Van as it states on his nail license is the WORST NAIL TECH EVER. The length I normally get is $27( Ive been coming here since my high school years) and he continued stating that it is $37 !!! (No gel btw I got regular nail polish) Keep in mind this length is not long at all. He continuously snatched my hands to the point where I had to semi snap on him. Also, he got nail product all over my skin. Honestly dont waste your money at this nail shop . I wish I could give them 0 stars .

She said oh now where do you get yours done i said up the street from here she and another tech yelled well next time go to where you were lol. Everyone was friendly and I loved my nails

The woman used nail remover to clean my upper lip and used wax strips for the entire length of half of the upper lip, instead of waxing small sections at a time. Maybe she thought it could help her wax it faster. She rubbed my upper lip with something really rough and bruised it. Now its red and swollen. She said to use cold water to heal it but its been a whole day and its still red and painful. You shouldnt put untrained staff like her on the floor! I have waxed my upper lip half my life and this never happened. I am never using this service at your store again!

I will be the first to admit I am hard to please when it comes to my nails and for $27 they nailed it *pun intended* I will be back.***I am editing this review. I have been going here for weeks. Just showed up around 8 for my fill in and they told me the boss decided to go home early and they were closing when they not scheduled to close until 9. Refused to do my fill in. I went upstairs to the other nail shop and they are taking care of me as we speak. Don’t waste your time with these people.***

This place is a scam. I got my nails done filled and I was charged $25 I thought that was suspicious. But Being as though it’s Located in the mall I left it alone. Horrible. From the moment I sat in the chair the tech had a nasty attitude. I asked him to not take a lot of length of of my nails as he filed because I wanted to grow them. He snarked back, Good luck with that. He then chastised me because the color from my last manicure was not completely removed and he had to remove it. He asked for direction as he began my design and when I offered said direction he shat me a look and told me to not talk and let him finish. I told him i eas confused because hed just asked for my guidance. He told me I could talk when hed finished.I asked what Id done to make his attitude so terrible. He responded by refusing to finish my nails and telling me that every one of the techs was busy.Wish there was an option for zero stars.

Most of the lady nail tech get mad and starts talking in their native language, when you start asking them about anything( like could they be more rude and unprofessional?!?!), such as, the process for the services that they offer or the prices.
