Nails are well done. But I cant seem to get over the lady who said she couldnt color/tint my eyebrows because they were too gray. I had to go next door to another beauty shop to get my eyebrows tinted then come back to the nail place to get my nails done. I dont understand...

I wish I didn’t have to give a star to leave a review but it’s mandatory. This place is the WORST. There is always over an hour wait for eyebrows & lashes. The workers are rude and they doubled their prices due to Covid. As well as the quality being poor your set cracking & falling off int he same week. Now I have to drive further for my nails to be done.. But at-least I’ll be paying reasonable prices & receiving better quality. The lady who does the waxes is a B word!

I got a gel manicure and pedicure last week. It lasted 3 days before it started chipping. Polish was put on way too thin. When I went back the would not even give me a discount to redo my nails. I will not be returning to this nail shop. Please get some competent staff.

The lady who worked on my feet did a great job.I felt like a king, she took her time and gave me the works.We clearly did not speak the same language and there were moments where we ran into some misunderstandings, but overall she the experience was wondering it was relaxing and my feet look great.I would love to have her work on them again in the future, but I am not sure you can choose who you want I think it soldly based on available, I will be going back there and I like they are open until 7 pm so I was able to go after work and lastly big place plenty of room and parking wont be a issue either have fun!

I took my daughter in for a gel manicure. It was teo people waiting when I arrived. The owner called the first woman and sent her to get served. Then she called my daughter; she asked if she wants acrylic, I said no. So she told her sit back down. Six more people entered the salon. She put 3 more people ahead of my child because they were getting acrylic nails. She even screamed out who is getting acrylic nails. I guess I was not spending enough money. When I questioned her she stated my daughter was next but still called someone else. Needless to say I left. It is too many nail salons out here I will not tolerate poor customer service.

This was my first time getting my nails done here in years. I love the owners they are nice and professional. The lady who did my nails today did a HORRIBLE job. One hand is longer than the other and thicker. The clear gel top coat polish was all over my fingers and I have lumps of hard acrylic under my nails. Im very disappointed and will NEVER go back again. Oh and now I have to go somewhere else for them to fix their mess.

They are horrible. I got 2 nail repairs 2 days ago and they are off now . They are charging me 5$ per nail when I was just there. I was told “it’s my fault”. So if they do a bad job. I want you all to know. It’s your fault.

Ive been getting my nails done for about 10 years now. Never have I ever experienced anything like today. I am applaud at their service today or lack there of. I came in an hour before they close. Mind you on their door it says last walk in at 7:15. I tell them that I want a refill with a different shape. They tell me they dont have time for that. I agree to a simple gel refill. Turns out the last place that did my nails didnt do all of them the right way. So they took the nail polish off only to tell me they dont have time to fix my nails. 15 minutes has now been waisted with them telling me they cant help me. So they make me settle for regular polish over my unfilled nails all because they wanted to close early. I have only been here twice. This will be the last time.

I love getting my nails done here. The staff is friendly and professional. My nails always look on point and I get so many compliments. If you havent yet, please check them out. 💅🏾

I was thoroughly impressed with the service and with the accommodations relating to COVID-19 requirements...Gentleman greeted me at the door, asked what service did I want, explained waiver, took my temperature, asked that I use hand sanitizer placed on table, color charts on table, you look and dont touch. Sneeze guards at every other station. For pedicures...every other chair is open, with a covering over the chair...the foot basin had a disposable plastic liner.. now heres where they got creative...to separate the me from the technician...they used pvc piping top and two sides...not sure how they anchored it to the floor. A sneeze guard was attached to the top and sides..stood about 3 feet...it was perfect. Got my pedicure and it was fine.The cost is now $45.00.I believe it was $30.00 before

Just looking at all of the reviews . Recent to past. I’ve have never had a problem but once and when that happened, I still gave it another shot; but I made a decision to find out who (worked best for me);which was Tina!!! She is awesome and always take good care of you. If for some reason Tina isn’t there I would have to say Trisha(my rare backup person). Yes it can be crowded at times but I most have appts with my only person which works out great. Kelly and Eric(the owners) are very accommodating & respectful.

Ive been going to this salon for over 25 years! The owners Kelly and Eric are always nice and accommodating. I highly recommend stopping by if your in the neighborhood. A word of caution they tend to be very busy so pack your patience or go while most people are at work/school!

Smile in your face say things politely but... still poor customer service. Went across the street to Nails Pro, better service good job and a glass of wine. Need I say more?

The tech I had was attentive, but my gel polish only lasted 9 days. $70 for a deluxe pedi and gel polish on my hands and toes...I would expect it to last at least 2 weeks. Polish from this place never lasts very long.

I like have sanitary they have their shop. I only went to get my eye brows waxed but they made sure everyone was socially distant they had on their PPE and besides eye lashes and waxing you have to make an appointment so there arent too many people in there at the same time.

They are very good at what they do, but a bit on the pricier side for service. A kids pedicure is $20! The adult basic is $23. That seems way too much when you consider how limited their kids pedicure is. But as I said before they do a VERY good job and are fast. Which is why I keep going back for myself... Ill do my daughter at home for now...shes only 4.

Went to get lashes done. Woman scratched my cornea. My children were frantic. Worse experience I have ever had and I’m still paying for it now. Salon refuse to take responsibility. Salon refused to shown business license. Makes me wonder if the technician that did my lashes and gave me a cornea abrasion... if she’s even legally licensed.

I have been using this nails salon for many years. I sometimes try other salons but always come back to this one. The shop is very well run by the hard-working couple owners, very clean, and the staff are friendly. I use one staff member pretty much exclusively because he understands what I want my nails to look like and works with me. I have noticed other long-time customers coming here, so there must be others that feel the same way I do - that you get quality work and at a fair price which competitive and sometimes a lower price than other nail salons I have tried. I give it five stars because I cant find anything to complain about with this salon.

Worst place to get your nails done.. i asked for ombre. The number 7 said she would just like the picture I showed her. She was confident about doing it but charged me 60 for bumping ombre that you can see the white and the beige line. I am so disappointed i request anyone who is reading this please dont go to this place they are horrible.

NIGHTMARE @ THIS NAIL SPAThey receive no stars because they provide HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. My 13 YO daughter’s FIRST EXPERIENCE at this nail shop and it was despicable, HORRIFYING and disappointing. She went in for a simple nail replacement and refill costing us $40.00. The nail tech#7 was very incompetent of her work and was also very rude. She had my daughter’s nail uneven and sent her to wash her hands. We had to highlight her errors to her and she failed to recognized where she went wrong. They failed to provide their customers with adequate information as to their policies and procedures. You are required to pay prior to receiving your polished nails. I made an inquiry as to where the posted signage was regarding the policy and I was informed by someone named Kelly that she does not have to disclose anything or post anything. She then began arguing with me(customer). I politely told her I don’t want to argue with her and that I have a right to know the information prior to service. Her only concerns was to get her money prior to my daughter getting her polish. Kelly(shop owner) polished my daughter’s nail and they were looking so bumpy and horrible. She then failed to accept responsibility and told my daughter that the shop that did her nails prior to them servicing her had messed her nails up. (🤥🤥😳😳). Additionally, Kelly then stated,” its best for my daughter to go back to her original shop to do her nails”. All this is after they’ve butchered her nails. They also rush your nails to get to the next customer. At no point in time I have never experienced a nail tech completing a refill and a replacement in 10 mins...Customer service is NOT their top priority and NO their works are not the best. Needless to say, we have learned our lesson and will NOT be going back there. Next stop will be the BBB anddepartment of health & hygiene.

I am at this saying right now. I was given a person that doesn’t speak English at all which definitely isn’t a problem at all because I know that we can work together to get the right manicure. As she was using the file machine taking off my gel polish it was burning me constantly. As I told her it was burning she rolled her eyes as if I was complaining for no reason and talked to other manicurists about my problem. After cutting and filing each nail is a different length, shape and each side in each finger is uneven. As I chose my polish colors she thought I was choosing too many colors and complained in her language about me choosing more than one color. I was just ignoring it all at this point. She now going to start my polish and I noticed how uneven my nails were so I said before polishing can we file this to make it even. She sat back in her chair and rolled her eyes. It was so unprofessional and rude that the woman next to me noticed and said I should get someone else because this is extremely rude. Once that happened I didn’t care to proceed with the manicure. The manicurist next to her asked me was everything okay and I told him that she was being extremely rude to me and she’s the one doing the service for me. She always wanted me to pay for the service and I refuse to. I will NEVER return to this place and I will never recommend it to anyone.

No need to schedule appointments because they do not honor the time of your appointment. Even if you come on time, they will take someone right before your scheduled time. So if you appointment is at 2:00 pm, they will take someone at 1:55- instead of waiting for you to show up!

Not a big fan. Every week I go in my nails chip on the same side i let them know they need more acrylic they say its probably whoever you went to last time. But they fail to realize Ive been coming to them for 8mths and some of the people twice but yet they say i went to another nail shop. And after they finish my nails they chip within 48hrs. But i love the prices

If it is busy they are not truthful about the time frame in which you have to wait I walked in today November 30th and the woman lied and said it was a 15 to 20-minute wait. So if they are busy dont waste your time unless you have an appointment then you still may have to wait.

I would best describe the salon as ok. The polish selection is basic, but has the usual go to colors. The lady who did my nails was rough when drilling my nail beds. She also made the acrylic coat really thin, so I am pretty sure that my nails will break soon. I would only go back because her style of doing nails were decent and presentable, and she was nice.

I can not review on the nail services because I have only ever come for the eye lash extensions and brow waxing. I live about 45 minutes from this location and was turned onto it by a local bar tender who had the most amazing eyelash extensions Id ever seen. You can expect a wait depending on the day and time but u will be more than satisfied with your results.

One of the owners (Male) is lazy or need to go work at one of their restaurants flipping fries or something. Doing nails isnt his thing!! His customer service SUCKS!! He doesnt like to do long nails ; he doesnt do designs; snatches my hand so he doent have to put in the work, he wants to tell you which polish to use; he is very unprofessional and rude!! Ill never go there again!! Shop is pretty nice though, not a big selection on polishes so bring your own if you go!

Took my birthday girl there, she had a good job! Me not so the girl doing mine looked 12 horrible job she filed too long to short to my skin, then wanted to fuss with me like I didnt see the horrible job!! Then they pushed me off to someone else that promise she would fix it one hand uneven and shorter than the other never again never they suck👹👹👹

I used to go here regularly, when I lived in this area. Now I just swing by to get my lashes done, which are EXCELLENT. But this week I decided to also get a mani/pedi. I get that no one comes to my job and tells me how to do it, but if Im paying you for something and its not coming out how I like it, because your doing it wrong, dont make rude comments, such as: well, since you know everything.Now, instead of natural looking flat nail, with the powder dip, I have thick, bubble looking nails, that I have to have redone. Also if they werent So thick, due to your incorrect application of the powder, you wouldnt have cut me with the drill bit filing part.

Service wasnt that great. Individuals only last 3 days. I should have known. There was a young lady in there getting hers done again. That was the first red flag.

I usually go elsewhere but since I was in a rush and this was near my house I settled. This was the absolute worst salon experience Ive ever had! The lady was rushing and cut my finger twice while she was filling them in and shaping them! My color was dull and chipping by the end of the week! I had two nails fall off the next day !! If you like quality service dont go here!!! Its only been a week and now I have to get them done all over again when my nails usually last 2-3 weeks when I go elsewhere!

TERRIBLE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.. I paid 70$ for a mani and pedi that they made me prepay before the service. They did not even finish the service because they were closing. I waited over an hour for my name to be called and was rushed.. they put my feet in water for about 6 mins then moved me to the front as they were cleaning up around me. I told them I rather come back than to be rushed. I went back the next morning and they were RUDE, said I had to pay 10 more dollars for them to finish because it was a new day... I was not paying more... I asked for a refund and they refused ! Ghetto and fraudulent they only want your money.. NEVER AGAIN.

***WATCH OUT FOR JUSTIN @ STATION 11***If I could rate 0 I would!!!! This place has horrible customer service. First of all I went to this nail shop Saturday April 21, 2018. Their hours say that they close at 7:30pm and I got there by 7:05pm and the door was locked. I could’ve easily went to another nail salon. but I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I’m a loyal customer so I waited til Monday to be able to get my nails done. I got a fill in/ fullset for nails that fell off. (The nails that he was fixing was from March 23, 2018 nail job that I also got at this same shop). Later That same day that I got my nail done my middle nail had broke off while at work. Then tuesday my thumb nail had also came while I was getting out of my car. And then Thursday morning I took a shower & get back in bed and noticed my pinky nail broke off. Later Thursday I went back to the shop not only so that they can fix my nails but for them to give me a whole new set. Because whose to say that another nail won’t break Tomorrow or day after. I don’t have time for that nor is this what I paid for. The manger claim that I broke those 3 nails on my own within a 3 day span and that he wouldnt do a full set. He pretty much accused me of being a thief but how is that the case when I want the same shape and color that I had??and if he feels that way about me I’m sure he feels that way about every black person that walks in that shop. We can’t get anywhere as a people if we don’t support are own!!!!!!!!

Ive been here before but today I was very disappointed with the eye brow lady. Ive been trying to grow my eyebrows thick for about 2 months and I specifically asked her to not wax my eyebrows too thin and she completely disregarded what I said and she was watching something on her phone while doing my eyebrows. She was very unprofessional. My fill in wasnt the best either. I am very disappointed and would NOT RECOMMEND anyone there ever again!

This is a great place. They take the time to make sure your nails are done right. The price is comparable to most nail salons.

Went here a few times when I leave out they look nice bt in about a week my gel polish peel & a few nail always break in a week or so they charge to take the polish off even when your paying for a pedicure

I did not appreciate having to put gell polish on my toes. That is a rip off. That means a pedicure can cost $40. I normally get gell polish on my nails and regular polish on my toes. I am reporting this.

The experience was nice, but the products are cheap. I got a gel manicure on Friday November 11th and a day later November 12th the polish came off and I didnt do anything out of the ordinary to make the colors come off. The products are cheap, and most likely diluted because if I get a gel manicure anywhere else it lasts. So PSA SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere else that focuses on nail care, and real gel nail polish.
