Hidden gem in Baltimore!! I never had my pedicure/manicure done so well and quickly! do NOT hesitate to try as Mai is the best!

Horrible Service horrible service I will be reporting this location... The nail technical is unbelievable always late, attitude, always on the phone talks about clients and owners and she resides over top of the shop by owners smh!!!!!Never again

The prices are reasonable. They’re reasonably clean. They need newer nail colors and more ppl. Management “Ma” is rude and seems to often have an attitude.

Will never go here again, so I go in on Saturday Feb.17th,2018.All the employees are caring for their clients,I tells the black female employee Id like to get my brows done, she says it will be a few minutes, I decide to wait, after 20 minutes, I ask her how long will it be to get my brows done, she says as if shes irritated with me I gotta finish this lady first( hers nails) and then you have someone before you waiting to get their brows done. I IMMEDIATELY get up to leave.I should have asked her specifically how long it would be begins wasting my time waiting or she could have told me from the outset how long Id have to wait.

Ive been going this same shop for 12 years. Never had any problem with the staff accept one time and she was terminated. I enjoy the staff. They are very attentive

I love this place. Ive been going here for the past 5 months. This is a place that would recommend you to go. My nails always look good and everybody compliments them when I get them done.

Pedicure was nice my feet felt good afterwards. Could have done better on the polish, but Im satisfied considering the prices.

Very getto, went to get a nail repair because it was not put on right. Took an hour and a half had to leave still did not get nail repaired I guess they don’t care for customers coming to get small things fixed. Do not waste your time there.

They have a cheap Pedicure thats worth the cheap price. I go there in between my real full blown place that offers more extensive services. For nails I only go to the female owner and the young lady next to her.

Nice clean sanitize friendly other stores in the area that do shopping I must say one of the best salons that Ive been to in a long time

Ive been going there for years i love it . Nail spa is the only nail i go to....

My afro sista did a wonderful job on my pedi alone...but the polish job was horrible. The pedi was $25...with gel polish it wouldve been $45. So i just asked for regular paint and clear top coat. Guess what my feet stayed under uv light over 5xs. Touched it...left fingerprints still. And it was gummy. I get home. Big toe on both feet were smeared...🤦.Had to take off theie polish and use my own gel polish💅

It’s so nice and clean they never disappoint and it’s comfortable 🙌🏽.

Tony is awesome funny as ever...Didnt care for eyelashes,,, brows where on fleek tho....

Unprofessional place. Barely greet the guests. Low on staff you will be waiting FOREVER!!!! Give your money to ppl more deserving

I waited there a whole hour!!!!!! And there were only 4 ppl in front of me, of which only 3 were seen. They had horrible customer service when techs were finished with one persons nails they would just leave instead of taking the next cuzstomer. I usually come here because it is the closest to my house and the service was never this bad, but after today I know that I will no longer get my nails done at this location

I have been going here for 10 yrs i love this salon i wouldnt go anywhere else for my lashes or eye brows they do hire new ppl sometimes but not often its usually ppl i seen for years but if a new tech dont satisfy you one of the older techs would be happy to fix it and they always got deals for teens and children and for adults round the holidsys i refer everyone to go there

Went here this past Saturday,all the female employees were black, four of them from what I could see. Must have change management because it was Asian employees before. However I asked if I could get my eyebrows done(waxed) and none of them did brows!People say to support Black Businesses but they wont be getting mine. The nail shop a couple doors away from this place experience just as bad😣
