A good public service for pregnant woman, infants, and children under the age of 5. It is intended to help take some of the pressure of grocery expenses. Not meant to completely supply groceries. The WIC in Watsonville is bigger and is open longer than the one in Santa Cruz. Not only do they offer nutrition classes but they also have a lactation consultant on site.
They are extremely helpful. Workers are nice
They provide great service and the help goes a long way.
The services that are provided really do help out the families in this community. The provide coupons that pay for healthy foods and baby formula.
