Ive been to waxing the city a couple of times to get my eyebrows waxed and it is definitely going to be my go to place for that. Everybody is friendly and the business is clean and organized. My most recent visit I had Mariah and she was so fast and efficient with my eyebrows but paid good attention to detail and they turned out great. The app makes scheduling super easy and convenient.

Mariah is the BEST! She knows what shes doing and does it very well. Very little pain while waxing, and we had quite a few laughs during our session, putting me at ease!

Alayna was extremely professional when it came to my services that were requested. The only way I can fully explain my experience is by saying “OH MY WORLD!” :) I do not know how I have made it this far into my adult life without Waxing The City. Every time I’ve ever gotten my eyebrows done rather it be plucking, waxing or threading I have had terrible pain with irritation of the skin. Which has resulted in me being terrified of trying any other type of waxing different areas. However after my experience with my waxer Monique I feel that I can safely and confidently try new things.Make sure to ask about the Orange Club it’s so beneficial!

The phone charging area in the treatment room. That the bookings are for enough time that the cerologist can really do a good job. The explination of everything along the way. The courtesy. That products are explained but not aggressively pushed.Also, as someone with scent allergies, I appreciated the lack of heavy perfumes.Even better, the Orange Club feature is a month by month payment with no contract, not a massive up front and locked in kind of charge. It was also explained without a heavy handed sales pitch.The pricing is incredibly reasonable. I could happily spend $100 and come out smooth, shiny, with perfect CT brows and a couple of products.Oh yeah, and the you get 50% your first service sale is applied to your most expensive treatment, which was a really nice excuse to go ahead and splurge!Honestly, Im so happy to have a promising waxing site in Grand Forks!
