Solid 4. I got what I asked for..very quick with acrylics. I’ll suggest this spot if you need last minute quick styles!

This was my first and last time going here.. my nails are not to my standards at all.. i even had to tell her what to fix on my nails and where to add more acrylic… and my nails still are not acceptable… will be going somewhere else to get them fixed

They are always in a hurry to get you in and out, i asked for a specific shape for my acrylic nails and 1 hand looked great the other hand was off, by alot

This is my Pedicure..I had a 11:am -11:30 appointment. Tina called me to reschedule this Specific time...didnt tell me it was cash only! My appointment was full set and pedicure with 2 designs. Tina started at 1:15 she gave me the wrong polish and snatched the color guide when I pointed it out. It was my 62 Birthday the next day and no mani and half pedi ruined my Birthday plans. I called back they kept hanging up.Finally Tina got on the phone and was silent..I ask to speak to Manger and was hung up on 3 times..It is very dark in there please check everything..Now I have to take them to court

Everyone was so rude! No communication, a rush job. Pedicure is messy! They didn’t tell me it was cash only, doesn’t seem that clean, and when you speak up for yourself, they give you an attitude. I even got an attitude to use their dingy bathroom. I would not recommend, unless it’s an emergency and this is your last resort.

Very horrible place. I got full pedicure and gel manicure. The lady was such in a hurry to get to other customers that she barely even touched my feet. I got home and my feet were still scratchy with dead skin on it. My gel manicure came off in four days. I went here with a friend and her gel manicure came off the same day. Total waste of money. Would never go here again. Dont waste your money.

I came to get a pedicure and eyebrows wax. The eyebrows is everything I loved how she shaped them. My pedicure was a completely different story it was horrible they left nail polish everywhere it’s just a mess. Idk I might try them again too give them another chance due to the customer service being wonderful and they are very pleasant people at this establishment.

I have been going to Loving Nails for 10+ years, everyone there is great at their skill and profession. I go to all of them, no favorites... highly recommend!

Ive been in Baltimore almost twenty years and have never been to a salon that had the same quality or atmosphere as this. Ms Tina Mr Eric and the others know my mom, Aunt and sisters. They know us, know our styles what we do and dont like weve been loyal customers for years and I dont foresee that changing any time soon. Pedicures are complete and well done with care, designs are always exact and long lasting. Eyebrow waxing, eye lash application have yet to have a bad experience. I recommend this place to any and everyone.

I gave them a chance twice. And both times my nails lift a day later. They attempt to file to deep in your nail bed and dont used primer. Very slow and only takes cash

If I could give 0 stars I would! first things first the smell that hits your face when you enter the building, you can tell at that moment that something must be wrong! The service is horrible! they speak in their language most of the time so you wont know what they are saying. the polish they have are old! They reuse EVERYTHING! As Im sitting there getting my feet done Im watching them clean another bowl with just water thats it! No cleaner! the carpet is fility! None of tects wash thier hands! The guy at the first desk sneeze and cough into his hands and then does someones nails without washing his hands! They dont chaange their brushes! I got a fungus under my nails on my hand and my toe! BEWARE DONT GO THERE!

Went once to give it a try and loved the outcome of my nails...so now I wont go no where else thanks to Cindy!!!!!

Nails were uneven and bumpy and the Polish job was horrible. Left with it as it because I was annoyed. Came home and had to re shape and re paint .

My second go to place, out of maybe 10 times going here Ive left dissapointed maybe once. & they are open on sundays so thats a plus. The pedicure section could use a little update, looks a little ran down.

Very bad customer service, the dont do a full pedicure . They are cheap because they do a bad job . They dont scrub feet properly. Dont go there!

It is nice but they need to keep work and social life different once I went to get nails done and theses two girls were fighting, with customers around that was unprofessional but the nails are nicely done and I will continue to go there..Also they tend to get attitudes with the customers with is really bad.with also can cause them to loose customers.

They have great customer service how ever after leaving the salon I notices multiple nails were lopsided and some thicker that others

THIS PLACE IS A MESS ITS HOT DUSTY DIRTY NOT CLEAN AT ALL. THEY DO A PISS POOR JOB ON YOUR NAILS AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY THEY RUSH THROUGH AND DONT BUFF OR POLISH PROPERLY THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND NOT PLEASANT OR WELCOMING AT ALL THE PRICES ARE CHEAP I GUESS THAT YOU GET FOR THE CHEAP PRICE YOU PAY
