Love it everytime I go😍😍😍

Worker was rude and unsanitary when I came to get my eyebrows waxed!!! I instructed her that I wanted a clean up and she ripped the top half of my eyebrow off smh. She snatched my money from me and told me to come back when my eyebrows grow back!!! I will never return

I got here at 3:10 no I didnt have a appointment but the lady said someone would be right with me. To have a seat. I didnt get waited on until 4:15. No the wasnt crowded they was taking their regulars 1st... Bad business. Didnt ask what kind of Pedicure I wanted or nothing then got mad because I said was leaving because was waiting a hour the girl NGOs Hang This Plam is being ruff and I asked for hot towels this butch just rubbed the towels on my legs

First and foremost they charge $30 for a full set and they don’t even know how to file nails even, I paid $60 for a full set and pedicure for my nails not to be the same size. Certified nails on Moravia road only charge $20 😒 this is unacceptable!

My feet already kinda uglies. But dam $45 💵. Never again.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!! I only came here because my usual nail salon was closed & I had somewhere to go & let me say Terrible service!!! I got VERY VERY short nails & they charged me $60 I have never paid that much for SHORT nails they are very rude one of my nails popped off after 4 days & i think it’s because he didn’t use any primer what good nail tec dosent use primer?? Horrible experience I would never go back even if they were the last nail salon open in the world! Please go somewhere else My original salon is certified nails only 5 minutes away from here If they are closed you should WAIT like I should’ve.

Very nice and pleasant workers. Rainbow Hand & Nail is very clean and set up so Beautiful inside. They disinfect their equipments very thoroughly before and after usage.

I go there every week for nails, eyebrow, lashes, pedicures or just a repair. Every one does a great job its a good nail salon in the area. Tina is amazing she does my nails and I would recommend all my friends and family to her. Everywhere I go someone stops me and says who do your nails.

OMG!, I wish I read reviews about this place before I went. Seriously! That store needs to be CLOSED. Very very HORRIBLE service, UNPROFESSIONAL. I have never been treated like this in my entire life. The color in the mood chart was not the same they brought to me, all I asked was to choose another color, and the tech was extremely inpatient. She was yelling and shouting at me. Oh my! I felt like crying. I dont even live in that neighborhood and I was just looking for somewhere to do my nails real quick. Extra charge for mood colors! She even cut the skin on my fingers multiple times and tried to cover it with polish. The man in the store even responded so poorly, instead of reprimanding the tech to stop yelling at me, he was not. I wish theres a way not to give them a star or take away some of their stars. PLS AND PLS, DONT FALL VICTIM LIKE I DID, DO NOT GO THERE. IN FACT THEY DONT DESERVE TO HAVE A BUSINESS RUNNING. INDEED VERY PRICEY.

If I could write a review without giving them a star, I would have. This lady cut my fingers and expected me to still pay full price. She said a sorry is enough. I will NEVER come here again. They need to be retrained on how to do nails and customer service. She continued to say, It happens all the time. Maam, where? Ive been getting my nails done for over 10 years and I have never had one finger cut, let alone multiples, ever. This is horrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

They cut my finger. I tried to get a pedicure. Had me waiting 2 hours Meanwhile, people coming in, where waitef on before me. I Had to leave. Awful Service and not clean. No plastic inserts in the bath for pedicures. I will Never Ever Come Back. Dont Waste you money!!

Beautiful shop and I love my nails!

A simple pedicure was all I wanted. My tech clipped one side of my big toe and proceeded to tear it off. an I stopped her and asked if she knew how to clip toe nails? I was instantly cut off by the owner who yelled, she do nail everyday clearly she knew she was wrong because while looking at my toe and spoke another lanugage to her employee. My tech grabbed a file and tried to fix the damage. Not looking forward to an ingrown.Rainbow Nails in Parkside Shopping Center is discreet but not professional and the technician are inexperienced but hide it with age. The owner is more intrested in being down and getting smarting than actually having customer service skills. More upset with myself for not sticking to the norm. First and last visit.Even if your in the area trying to blow time dont waste it here.

My nail gel Polish came off and a nail broke within a day. My nails were uneven

They got to smart and my nails looked ugly .

Im taking family pictures today so i ran in the get my eyebrows arched. They only used wax on the tip of my brows and used a razor for tge rest. They didnt trim the hair or anything. My eyebrows look almost exactly the same as they did when i went in! Very disappointed!
