These ladies know what theyre doing. I needed a manicure and pedicure for the weekend and they fitted me in and were super nice and friendly as well as professional! The massage on my feet and legs rejuvenated me after traveling. he polish was perfect and I felt completely relaxed! I even had my girlfriend go back the next day. Her was equally satisfying to her! We LOVED this place and recommend to anyone in need of nail care/maintenance while in Baltimore!

I had the most wonderful experience today at Lucky Nails & Spa In Baltimore. I was able to get right in with no problems. The salon is so nice inside, very clean and well decorated. They were extremely friendly and offered me fresh brewed hot tea. My gel manicure that I already had was removed with the most care to not damage my natural nail bed which is very important to me. The new French gel manicure turned out absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Lucky Nails & Spa In Baltimore to anyone. Thank you so much for amazing quality and service!!!

I really regret coming in to this salon!

So happy I found them. They are open late and did an amazing job on my nails. The customer service was excellent but the other customers are hit and miss, if you know what I mean. Unfortunately I waited long time but I needed my nails done for an important event and I waited to the last minute. I would go again but definitely plan to spend hours there because appointments on this day was out the window. It was 4 employees when I was there in a busy shop. I came into get a full set before a trip. 3 days after my service mid trip two of my nails easily broke off. They were glued on very lazy and water got underneath them easily. I’ve never had a full set not last at least 2/3 weeks. The workers are very nice and Lisa does a great job on my brows :) Will continue to get my eyebrows waxed here but NEVER my nails again.

My tech is also as sweet and caring as she come with a keen eye and a soft touch, and I always look forward to my appointments. Super professional atmosphere.

I went to get a pedicure and Acrylic full set. After years of not going to a nail salon I figured I give it another try, being as it was my wedding anniversary. Lets just say I will not be returning for any service at all. The pedicure was just ok. With in the first 3 days one of my nails broke off and some started to crack. I called to see if they could fix it, they asked me what did I do to my nails? I responded no what did yall do to my nail? So I went in and they only fixed the one broken nail and just put clear gel polish on the others 🤔😒😔. I didnt feel like the negative energy so I left. It hasnt even been 2 weeks and I now have 3 more broken nails. They had a flyer that clearly says pedicure and Acrylic full set was $50 but after service they charged me $90. This was no way near $90 worth of work. Job was rushed and they didnt pay attention to any details I asked for

Let me start off by saying that the staff is very friendly, however, the time it took for a gel pedicure and dip color on my finger nails was 3 hours! Also, the pricing listed on their website and business card do not matchup with what they tell you at the salon. They didnt have any color swatches for the dip powder which made it a little difficult. I shouldnt have to rummage thru a cabinet to find my color. The place also seemed a little dirty and some of the employees where not wearing masks. I noticed very little hand washing or sanitizing taking place. For the cost and service received I wont be returning. You can get a much more relaxing and quality experience at other salons in the neighborhood.

I came in for a full set, I walked in and waited about 35 minutes before someone started on my nails. I had the absolute worst experience. I asked for a design and showed a picture. My nail tech did one nail, I didn’t like the way it turned out I asked if I could get something different. The nail tech told me no, she said she could only continue with what initially asked for. I asked if I could I get someone else to do something different she told me no. I asked if I could speak with someone else besides her she told me no. She said they were busy and no one could do anything else for me. She demanded that I paid and leave. I was so upset, my nails look horrendous. I have never had such a bad nail experience. On top of that the nail shape is ugly and not what I asked for at all. I only came to this place because they had so many reviews, please take my word for this and do not come here.

First and last time! I was there since 5 pm, which I called since the morning to make an appointment, and left at 713pm. I asked Lee over the phone if they do gel extensions, he said yes. When I got there, I asked four more times again and specify that I did not want acrylics but gel extensions, and again they assured me they could. Lee was the one who did my pedicures, and it was ok. His wife is the one that was supposed to do my gel extensions for my nails, and 67 minutes later, She told me she couldnt do it. Mind you; I waited more than one hour when I asked multiple times if she could. Also, while waiting, she assisted two other clients knowing that I was waiting for her. She kept saying its to fix a nail or just polishing, yet 1 hour later, thats when she told me she didnt know how to do gel extensions. I NEVER do a review, but the service was horrible, and I believe the general public deserves to know how unprofessional this place is. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Again horrible service!

Hello first and formal let me say They have Rodents they need to get a exterminator I wish I had pictures,,, Over the phone 6y I made an appointment and didnt get started on till3 hours after the fact no matter what time you come you will have to wait two and a half hours to be serviced my aunt got a pedicure there 2 days after around her criticals was burning on both of her foot hope its not infected, then the guy that helped the lady Lisa he is ridiculous never let him take gel polish off of your toes just trying to help and not being careful on peoples toes when getting a pedicure there just like one person work on your foot and tell them to be careful and remember you will have to wait two and a half hours freaking ridiculous I was so heated and then still had to pay full price !

Dirty, technician tried so hard, but was not skilled at all. Was there for 3.5 hrs for pedi with gel polish and dip nails 💅. Gave her 30% tip for trying so hard, but afraid I wont return...Trying to find a nail salon near me thats clean, efficient, and experts at Dip Nails, anyone?????

I got a dip manicure. It took over 2.5 hours because the woman kept messing up and having to start over. 3 of my nails are square shaped and the rest are oval. The polish is a mess with bumps and doesnt go to the end. I had a poor experience.

Got multiple colors for my gel manicure and they didnt mind. Pedicure was nice and not rushed. Prices are very good

My family member died on the end of March. I requested a, Pedicure. For $40 you would have thought some sort or leg or foot massage would have been included.The man who was my technician was awful! He was rough with my feet and legs. But whats worse, he talked about my feet to other employees. Yes, I understood him!!! He said I was dirty. He shaved my heel, then held up the shavings for other employees to see, which most snickered and stared at me. He again said I was dirty. He performed these actions on several occasions.The long of the short of it, I was treated horribly, spoke of horribly, and extemely embarrassed. All on the the night before my sisters funeral. Most importantly, I am extremely clean; great hygine routines. Also, never assume others cant communicate with you linguistically.

Will never go back again. The worst job on my nails that I have ever had.Bubbles (as shown in the picture on Google Maps review)) are throughout nails.I stopped here prior to heading for the airport if I wasnt doing so I would have demanded my money back.I will have to get my nails done over when I land.Would not recommend them at all.I was unlucky at Lucky Nails

I had a bad experience. I just writing this on March 8 and it has only been three days. March 5 I went to get a overlay with a french manicure design They said my nail was to short (Even tho I have had this several times) so I chucked it up to them not knowing how. They convinced me to get tips. I said ok can you do this design( Example below) The lady with tattooed eyebrows said yea i told her the design didnt need to be dead on just freestyle. She didnt and i was ready to tip her 20 and she couldnt listen and my nails are coming off three days in I didnt get what I want or even equal value. Im going tomorrow after workUpdate: If I do find myself here I am only going to Danny. He is the best. He fixed my nails no problems

I absolutely love this nail salon! I have been going here for over a year now since we moved up here from Tampa. Lynn is amazing! She always does the best job with my mani/pedi’s. I highly recommend. I even brought my Mom here when she was visiting from out of town. She loved it.

I just got my eyebrows done here and the lady took half of my eyebrow off and then thought it would be ok just to color it in. And told me to take the pencil with me. Im going on a trip tomorrow and have to be without half of one of my eyebrows. And my full set looks like I need a fill in already. I would never come back here again. All I can do is keep crying.

This is my second time giving this place a chance. The first time it was for my birthday last year And I just got a gel manicure on my natural nail. They butchered my nail shape and applied an uneven coat of gel so it was bumpy. They also cut at my cuticle until it bled and the gel burned the open cut.The second time I come in— I’m pressured to pay for gel despite expressing exactly what I want. She burns me multiple times with the drill on my fingers. She rushes to apply the nails and puts on ones that are too wide. The glue is everywhere and sticks to my skin. I ask for the basic shape, squoval, and it’s just rough and disfigured. I settle with the shape (of my uneven nails) and just ask her to smooth it out. She just makes the shape round. Meanwhile they are lopsided and not all the same length. The entire time I did not feel valued or listened to. Not to mention, someone who worked there did not wear a mask and would walk close to you while passing and doing stuff around the salon. They wipe down and sanitize nothing in between guests.To finish, I was charged an extra ten dollars for a regular acrylic set and they wouldn’t let me tip with my card. I had to use their onsite ATM that takes out a minimum of 20$ and has a surcharge fee. So I guess I was charged for a “round” shape for each finger and definitely tipped more than I should’ve. She had NO bedside manner and simply didn’t do what I asked. I work in customer service so I completely understand workers just trying to do their job and when guests are being privileged. I was not that, I just wanted the bare minimum. I walked out 50$ shorter, not happy about a single thing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. THERE ARE LITERALLY SO MANY OTHERS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I got a really good quality manicure! The atmosphere was so relaxing and the staff was incredibly friendly! I had a great basic manicure for a fair price. If your a person of color they will oversee u for a white person. Weather if u was there first or not I been here waiting on my services for at least 30mins now and they saw three people that was not my color and she still haven’t seen me or my child

I came in late one night to get a full set because I was leaving for vacation in just two days and I knew I wouldnt have time to get them done any other time. I came in 40 mins before they closed. There were a few other ppl there. I asked for a faded french/white ombre. And showed the tech a picture. She said she could do it and proceeded to remove my old set.She was careful and gentle. No rushing. I noticed that she started using white acrylic so I asked again about the ombre she assured me thats what she was doing. Ive never gotten a faded french before so I only knew what I saw online which was the techs using both clear and white acrylic to achieve the look.The tech did a great job shaping my almond nails but I was left with a ridge/line/air bubble going across two nails. I knew they would break at some point.The polish job was horrible. The very next day I went to my regular salon to fix them. The tech there just shook his head. I had to replace nails that were just set the night before. I still want able to get the ombre because it would require removing my entire set and doing it over. Ill have to wait....again. In the end, with repairs my set and gel cost $90.

The male nail technician was rude and wore the same gloves on each customer when I asked him to please change his gloves he started speaking in Vietnamese to his co worker he didnt realize I understood his language he was cursing me out calling me a bi***** and told the manager to stitch customer with him .

This is my 1st time having gel extensions and I absolutely love it. My nail technician she was just awesome! Unlike other technicians Ive encountered, she takes her time and pays attention to detail. Ill be going to her from now on! The atmosphere of this salon is very professional and friendly. The best inexpensive nail salon in the city. Their gel lasts for weeks without chips - it is thick & hard to get off (if you go anywhere else for removal), but it is worth it. It is ALWAYS crowded, even on a week day morning, but that just goes to show how good it is. Lots of regulars.

Stopped in this afternoon for a gel manicure and was pleasantly surprised! Ive been searching for a great nail place in Baltimore for YEARS, and this might just be it. The owner was extremely welcoming and warm, and I must say the manicure was not only well done, un-rushed, and beautiful, but she was very unassuming and easy to talk to, which is not something Ive found at most nail salons here. Pricing is competitive but the service significantly superior to other places Ive been.Ill be back!

I went in yesterday to get dip polish. Its awful. The nail itself is uneven and lumpy. The line where the polish meets my cuticles are gross. I do not recommend this place.

Acrylic nails were bad quality and rushed. Acrylic was over the cuticle and he didnt clean them afterwards.

Just got a gel manicure at Lucky Nails and my nails look great. The salon was clean and used sterilized equipment in between customers. They had a big variety of nail colors and offered designs. I was particularly impressed owner who greeted each guest and asked for feedback. They offer a 7 day nonchip policy in case the nail color you get chips off (doesnt include broken nails etc), but def a plus! Check it out if youre in the area!!!

We are visiting from out of town for a wedding. I got my nails refilled . This is the absolute BEST fill in Ive ever gotten. She did a better job than the lady back home who put on a full set. She made my nails thin like I asked. She filed them wish was in Georgia so I could continue to come here. I honestly cant tell you how impressed I am. This place is definitely pricey. The cost for a gel fill-in was the same price at as it was for a full set back home. Its definitely worth the price, though.💞

My oldest daughter, she was sweet as well. My daughter has extremely short nails (nail biter) and she did an amazing job on her nails!My youngest daughter, she was very sweet and fast! My daughters nails does well with regular polish so she just wanted a manicure, she shaped her nails beautifully. When she went to dry her nails, one nail got messed up (twice ‍) but the ladies there took their time to fix it and they were nice about it.We left making an appointment for us in 2 weeks. We have to drive far from where we live but Im willing to do so, to get better customer service! And it was a very reasonable price!😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅

Im never disappointed when I visit here. The ladies always make me feel welcome and that my business is appreciated. Not to mention, my nails always look gorgeous every time. Ive been getting them done every 2 weeks for the past 20 or so years. It wasnt until I started coming here that they actually lasted and some times I can go almost 3 weeks without needing them touched up. I drive over 15 miles just to have these wonderful women service me. They are worth the drive!

Went to get nails done before our cruise! This was one of the best pedi and shellac many ever! Had a great drink while being pampered! My feet and nails felt the best ! I will get my nails done there again for vacation when back !

Came into the salon for a gel fill and pedicure and one of the employees asked me to come back a half hour later. Came back promptly a half hour later and they had me wait for five minutes which was fine. The same employee brought me back to the pedicure chair and had me soak my feet in cold water. I could tell they were running behind because the girl next to me had already been soaking her feet for a while. After 15 minutes I asked to please make the water warmer. She said okay and walked away. I took my feet out of the water and she noticed and put the water on again... cold again and walked away. I sat for another 15 minutes. A total of 30 minutes soaking in the chair. I got up and tried to leave and she tried to put my legs back in the tub until I insisted on leaving. There was also another woman who had been soaking for the same amount of time as me. Would NOT recommend this nail salon.
