Do not patronize Chic Nails in Reisterstown Plaza! Both of my big toes which they painted white with a separate bottle, turned brown during my birthday trip to Mexico! When I came in her comments to me where its been too long! I was like I was out of the country! And then she had the nerve to say I dont know what you were doing! And refused to work with me in any way wanted to charge me full price to fix it! They use compromised nail polish. Probably add solvent to thin it out and stretch it further. Thats what another nail salon said this is a result of. The owner is not friendly in very rude! Take your money elsewhere.

I got this done yesterday, absolutely NOT !!!! They have upped the price to $40 and this is what you end up with, after they rush and do eye brows and nails at the same time 😒

I spent $141 in this salon for myself and my daughter. My heels were not smooth at all after my pedicure. I didnt realize it until I tried on a pair of shoes and felt my heels. I went right back in to ask them to correct it and they refused to correct the problem because they were closing. Very poor service. I will not be returning.

On July 8th I went to Chic Nails, I asked for a manicure with gel polish. I was going out of town that day and stopping in at Chic Nail was a snap and unwise decision. Because, the next day I noticed the polish lifting from the sides on some of my nails. By the 4th day the polish was lifting on all nails. Today, July 14th, I peeled the polish from several nails. The thirty-five dollar manicure did not last a week!! I have had many manicures with gel polish from other salons, with very different results.I just called Chic Nails and expressed my concerns. The person who answered the phone hung up on me.

My 2nd time in this place. The first time I wasnt happy, but I decided to give them another chance, and the service was quick and i was pleased. I will be coming back.

Its called Nail Trix &SPA... I love my nails. My tech Cindy was so awesome. I will be going back. The nail salon is beautiful very clean. The nail techs were friendly.

When I inquired about the prices, it seemed as if I was disturbing them. The lady handed me a pedicure pricing list. I was asking about a total spa package.. A gentleman, walked in and finally pointed to a list on the wall. I said, thank you, thats what I was inquiring about. The elderly lady they put me with, seemed like she was an aunt who filled in for today. I had to ask her to actually clean under my toe nails, she only did the two I pointed to. What color do you want? Id like a solid color with a white French tip. After the two young women translated to the older tech, I was advised I have to get gel. No, I dont want gel, just color. That will be extra. Ok. Well, when they verified I wanted a regular manicure, again, the sighs were like I was bothering them. The older laid not only did my manicure in record time, I refused to even ask for cuticle softeren, or for them to clean the bowl that she wanted ne to soak my hands in, and God forbid she actually clran under my nails. You guessed, I got none of that. This manicure looks like.my niece was practicing on me. No. I did not complain. I was silent the whole time. I figured, it would only get worse. So, when I clarified, I thought I asked for a white French tip🤔? Oh, you will get it after your solid color with the top coat on dry 🤦🏾‍♀️. Well, she finally gave me my tip, the older lady asked me to sit in the chair, the lady who came to it, said no, she squatted down on the floor. She saw the jacked up nail polish that is in bumps and clumps on my toe....not to mention the cuticles all over the edge of my toes. I pointed, she smacked her teeth, said something to the old lady in their language and walked away. The old lady ran, got some water and a brush and watered over the cuticles. The then put me to dry my nails, said that would be $50.00. I asked, Am I not able to get my waxing? She looked at me like I had two heads and said, You want waxing? I said, Thats OK, all just pay for this. She takes my credit card, charges me more than she quoted and I am so furious, I just sat here and did a review. Oh. You ask how I got here? Well, my regular place, happened to have a power outage 1 hr before my appointment. My schedule didnt allow me to reschedule, I looked at reviews and came here. I wont even begin on the dirtiest of this place. Wasnt everyone supposed to clean because of Covid-19? The dust is so thick, I see dead bug bodies, dried to almost dust on this table. They will never have to worry about getting my money or time ever again. Now, to go find a place to get my eyebrows waxed....ugh!

My first experience with them was wonderful! I recently had a bad experience at a different nail salon on my birthday and my Babe recommend the place I said why not?. I talked to the tech and told the her what I liked and didnt like and she took care of me. They got me in and out and great prices.

Great salon... This was my second time here and I smudged my nails and the next day she fixed them at no charge. They can use some more employees

Its a give or take. Read the situation if theyre arguing dont get your nails done or your coffin nail will look half coffin half almond. Also i asked for almond and got a coffin.... The nail service is usually good but acrylic may pool and set on the cuticle and sides of your fingers and youll have to fix it. The nails last a long time majority of the time tho. Eyebrow waxing is usually very quick and easy.

The quality is horrible and the service is disappointing. The chairs squeak loudly and the leather is ripping off of them. Their one bathroom is disgusting. They dont sanitize ANYTHING!!!Instead of using toe dividers and sandals for the pedicures, they use a paper towel and paper sandals.The worst nail shop I have ever been to!

Yes chic nail may be close to my house but unfortunately they do poor services. I will never ever get my chin wax through this dirty facility My Sister told me that waxing your chin last longer than a razor. Well I am here to let u know that after the wax deal this bum lazy wax on razor off used a straight razor on skin and it took forever to get my skin by to part from the straight razor . Thank you sister but no thank you chic mails only if you had presented to me know B 4 hand that you where in the motion of this after all I ask you how where going to perform this services. I dont think I would allow anyone to experiment on my face so long as waxing is on the earth. Try it some one else or your colleagues and since I live close I am going to be walking through to see how they turn out. Good night oh before you leave the shop clean the bathroom and take out all the trash be for the health Dept come sliding though there. I am here to let you know that I clean houses plus office cleaning this would be a great part time job to clean your shop I have all of my own equipment I will be checking with I know I dont have to do a application cause no one in there has to do one everyone came in from over seas straight to the bAck of the store and wake up to stArt work so why cant I just walk in from the front door and start work charger minimum wage. Lol

Been coming to them for years!!! and i mean years!! if you dont stick with one of them and choose somebody else they will mess your nails up purposly! then start talking in their language like you dont know they are talking about you!!! sad to say this will be my last time coming here !Tina cant do nails or brows at all, Kelly and Lee are good but they both got mad recently, Lee was rough with my nails 3 broke the next day, And im really shocked with Kelly i went to her and she fixed them but DID NOT WANNA DO my nails after i asked her nicely ! THEY GOT ALOT OF NERVE! MRS LINDA saved the day ! if you go there go to Linda!!!

Two of my nails popped off within 48 hrs of service. They charged me $100 for these nails and were rude the entire time. Never again!

Came here for the first time the other day cause its closer to my house than where I normally go, theyre friendly but they dont do a good job, wish I wouldve held onto my money.Wont be returning🤷🏽‍♀️
