Never come on time, all workers show up when they want to . Also they are very pricey at first they was cool but now they done went up since the pandemic tremendously and they dont have no prices shown at the facility you have to keep asking for the price everytime you go and that is unacceptable. I used to go plenty of times but every 2 weeks i went i was paying a completely different price when i dont get designs my bill be almost 150$ for what i dont know stop going here people they are getting yall for the money.

No doubt about the service here.. always welcoming with offering of something to drink 🍷. The price though is on the rise. Just got my pedicure done ✅ and thought it was a bit much, $47/regular pedicure/gel polish without tip. I did tip tho. Is it that Im too cheap???

I always visit this nail salon but today their service exceeded my expectations. I was nervous to go in, because I had a broken left foot but to say the least, Leo and his staff were very careful, caring, and considerate of me and my injury. I was very appreciative. I would highly recommend you schedule a visit. P.S. the music is fantastic. Very much versatile and inclusive! A 5 star experience overall!!

I went to this salon after reading the reviews on Google expecting quality service. I was HIGHLY disappointed. I asked for a new full-set and the nail technician attempted to rip my old full set off with a nail tip instead of soaking them. I told the technician that what she was doing (placing the plastic tip underneath my tip between the tip and the nail and pulling) was painful and instead of soaking them she continued to rip my nail off! I had to ask her THREE times to stop, while pulling my hand away in pain before she listened. I asked her nicely each time if she could soak them and she blatantly ignored my request! This was completely unprofessional. She then had the audacity to tell me I know youre scared NO! I was not scared I was in pain. It seems like this place takes advantage of people and instead of soaking them off they would rather cut corners to save money on products. On top of this, it is very clear that this place does not follow any type of cleaning protocols for COVID. Staff wear masks (some over their noses others under their noses) and they have plexi glass but there are no steps being taken to keep tools sanitized. The next nail technician I had (they switched after I demanded the soak off) came to me after my nails were done soaking and asked me to switch tables. Her work area was filthy with dusty residue from the previous customer all over her work station. She continued to pull tools out of her drawer to use on my fingers instead of using new sanitized tools. I havent experienced a place this unprofessional ever. Will not be going back.

Came in on my anniversary for me and my boyfriend. I got a full set he got a Manny Petty we both loved it. They provided him with the free soda while doing his toes. The staff was very friendly and funny. My nails were beautiful and she finished them in a timely manner. Actually she finished and aAbout an hour, hour and a half. The nails looked amazing 10 out of 10 highly recommend this business. My nail broke the day after getting them done sadly, but I went back the next day they fixed it no charged and worked fast.

I was attracted to the name, I thought my nails would be cared for and continue to grow strong. When I became a client I had perfect nails. So great I was asked if I had ombré be sure my tips were so pure and white. I have since becoming a client lost several of my nails-had to use tips because the nail broke so bad. I just recently got my nails done (Tuesday) and already have 2 nails that are cracking. Spending $45 for a manicure comes with the level of expectation it will last more than 4 days. I have also had my toenails messed up by this salon. I do not recommend them at all! The last time you went there so many complaints were coming in from clients who needed very recent work they had done corrected. They do not know what they’re doing with nails and it shows. Highly dissatisfied

Super clean and super friendly. They have a reliable tech for everything nails, feet brows waxing. They even offer snacks and drinks. Keep in mind theyre very busy unless u get there when they open. And theyre open 7 days a week.

My first time here and even though there would be an hour wait the guy, Ken called me back in about 30 minutes. The place was very clean and I liked that they spaced customers out every other chair. My nails were done nicely and it didnt take too long. Prices are standard. My visit was pleasant and I will be going back.

Not professional & RUDE!

The young man that did my pedicure and manicure did a great job. I was pleased with the end results. Also, they offer you water, soda or wine. I thought I was in another town.

This is by far the best nail salon. Customer care is very important. I am treated like royalty whenever I arrive. Leo and Amanda are wonderful.

I have visited this salon several different times over the last 5 months. It’s a beautiful place but the wait times are outrageous. I’ve tried three times to make an appointment and they say after 2pm. They now are under new management and only have 4 techs so the wait times are 1-1.5 each visit. I went at 1 pm on a Friday and they still had a hour wait. No nail salon is worth that

This is the absolute best nail salon I have visited. They are very professional, the customer care is unmatched. Patrons are offered free food, snacks and beverages. The selection of polish is extensive and the salon itself is spotless. Love. Love. Love...

This salon is beautiful inside! Staff is so friendly, they were short staffed when I went in but they were working quickly and doing a great job! My nails look great and where done very quickly. I will be going here regularly!

Service is good but there is no posted price list and I notice a fluctuating rate. I been coming since February and today May, I get an increase of a service that I always get. I was told at the end of service. Also notice another customer with the issue.

Poor service. I waited almost 2 hours for the nail tech Dena and when she got to me she was rude. She told me that my nails was gonna look a mess because I didn’t want long nails. Basically called the design I wanted ugly. I eventually just got up and walked out. I was with my mom and her twin. The two of them got there nails done, eyebrows tented, and waxed before she even began to work on me. That what I wanted she probably couldn’t achieve the look.

They have a comfortable setting. Amanda is the best with brows and Lisa & Teri are creative with the designs.

Today is 2/10/19. I originally tried to make an appt with a specific nail tech, needless to say, appt was never confirmed but i wasn’t going to let that stop me. I came in yesterday and was told “we are short staffed today and the wait will be an hour”.. short staffed on the weekend?! Ok, 2nd strike. The salon is SUPPOSE to open up at 10 am on Sunday.... well, here it is, 10:15 and the salon is NOT open AND no one is answering the phone!!! BAD BUSINESS! This is my 2nd time here and i THOUGHT i found a salon home.. GUESS NOT! The worse part is i got a lot of compliments on my nails and told ALOT of people about this salon. Hope they don’t experience the same PROBLEMSRight after i wrote my review, the hours were changed to opening at 12... it’s a JOKE
