Worst service ever the owners have no respect for customers never use this hall

Went in there few months back for a wedding, was a disaster. Smelled of cigs, not properly cleaned among another issues. Cant expect much from a cheap place like this though.

Horrible experience. There was no air conditioner through the whole event. It was a hot summer day and no air. Imagine how horrible was for our guests that had to deal with the over 80 degrees temperature inside the room. The owner keep saying the air was fine, when obviously it wasn’t. Very upsetting. Then with no much previous notice, let us know that the cooler was not working. Talk about a nightmare. Ceiling in very bad condition. Never would I recommend this place.

Awesome hall with great prices. I dont you can get a better deal with food included. Owners are real nice and try helping with any party planning that you need. I would definitely book again!

We had an event but I will not book again.. food was a disappointment...they forgot to serve the Icecream And did not serve the kids the food,they had to get it and make a line and they wouldn’t serve more than one pizza slice per child when I clearly paid enough for food.the bar service was horrible. Most of my guest complain about the poor service they received when getting drinks.. even though my husband took the liquor bottles.. the ladies attending the bar were just very rude. They didn’t know what they were doing. The same ladies serving the food were the same ones attending the bar.. they had no experience what so ever. The food service was very sloppy. Plates were being serve with little to no food n they just keep being rude to my guest.. specially when providing food to the kids.The owner was made aware of the situations the next day and was disappointed but over all I would not book again. Two stars because the owner try its best. He just needs better customer service training for his employees n better food. I would had book with out the food n drinks instead!

The employee who always is working the banquet hall is always extremely helpful and works hard!!

This place is good space for any party but its filthy. The floor is sticky and slippery.

Had my daughters baby shower here . The space is big and you get what you pay for, with lot s of decorations it came out really nice.. when I rented this place MONTHS AGO my first question was does the AC work because it will be hot out the owner even got offended by my question, so we get to the place you cant touch the AC which is set at 70 so with all the guest and food being kept warm it was a DAMN STEAM ROOM! No fans for guest no fridge for the cake ceiling leaking everywhere.... months of planning I Was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! It was so damn hot my sweet table was literally melting! If you do get the place don’t pay in full because I definitely would have not paid full price! So disappointed!

Like the place, very descent and very clean. Owners are very nice and accommodat within your budget and standards. Would book again and for sure would recommend to family and friends.

It was spacious. Room definitely has potential on decor. Much bigger than i expected. Food was served on cheap foam plates. Tortillas were sloppily thrown on the tables. Owner stalks guests like a hawk. Needs improvement in management.

I did not book here but my cousin did. It honestly was small, which is not necessarily the issue. Unfortunately, the food they served was not good. I would recommend them to cook it a little more. I asked my cousin how much they charged and all she said was “she was expecting more for the price.” It was not terrible, but it was not preeminent.

It was decent but small. the light kept flickering so we had to turn off one fan and it was cold

Dirty and smelly place reeks of pipe ... I had to invest in cleaning products and all services in poor condition and they make you pay the total of your event without service specifications taking advantage of teenagers definitely NOT recommended.
