I visited in late Sept 2020 for Gel Dip Mani and Pedicure. Its good in a pinch but your nails wont last long. They all wear masks and gloves to do your service and the space is nicely spaced out for Social Distancing.Pros:1) Good customer service from my phone call to my visit. The Nail Tech assigned to me was very warm and pleasant.2) They take walk-ins3) Nicely decorated space so you feel comfortable during your service.4)The nails were nicely shaped and my5) after the Pedicure you get a nice warm towel and foot softening oil treatment. Nice touch!Cons:1) Gel Dip application and Pedi/polish didnt last to 1 week. Toe Polish started stripping within a week and the Gel Dip tip cracked on day 2 and started lifting around the cuticles by end of week 1 - the dip powder was applied too close/on/over my cuticles so after a few days you could see they werent sealed to the nailbed. Not good.2) Only few Nail Techs speak English well. This is Not a deal breaker but can be frustrating if youre trying to communicate something directly.3) The colour I selected on the swatch didnt match the colour Dip Powder. Had to ask for something else at the last minute.

This was by far one of the worst experiences! They have a sign on the wall that reads ( this is a place for relaxation, be thoughtful of your surroundings) Meanwhile the talked LOUDLY the whole time! I got a fill in and pedicure. No soft music just them talking. Also my tech was not able to multi task so she missed quite a few things on my pedicure.

I found my new nail shop

I just moved in the neighborhood a couple months ago. I’ve been here 4 times and the only problem I had up until now was that they’re slow, but do okay nails. I was there for 3 hours yesterday, and didn’t leave satisfied. One tech messed my nails up, so I gave an easy solution. Another tech insisted on trying to fix them and was unsuccessful, more time wasted. 2 hours later I have nails that I did not want and my birthday is next week. I appreciate them trying to accommodate me, but after all of that I was still charged full price, not even offered a discount of any kind. Customer service is not very good!!!!

Went in for a 2 nail repair. Horrible job. Only thing she got right was partially matching the color. Maybe if you give clear instructions your nails will look good. Mine didnt.

I like them they are are very friendly people. The technicians are knowledge in what they are doing.

They let an intern do my nails and toes. Toes look fine but highly disappointed with nails 😡

I went for the first time on Friday and I love my nails! They are the best coffin shape I have had ever! Nice quiet atmosphere and super clean! Great prices also.

They are great at pedicures but dont ever get your nails done there because they dont know nothing about nail they are learning as they go along.

I have been gettimg my nails done for years and decided to try them out because its new to my neighborhood. But i will not be goin back she told me one price before getting my nails $35 for a gel full set then when i was about to pay she was talking about $40 . i said thats not what the lady told me. So she said oh she shouldve told you $40. Make a long story short i paid it because i did have it. But do not being lied to. So me and my fam that went will not be going back.
