Only been a week and acrylic is starting to lift around the side. I got the overlay feel like the job was rushed even though I got there in more than enough time to get them done but they had me wait for so long bc of talking too much and not working. Will probably not go back.

Look at my nails all I asked was for him to fix my nails. My nails come out looking like two totally different hands. The manager Alex gets an attitude with me and tell me wait for the next guy next time. After filing my nails down shorter an uneven and making them thinner. I wish I could give him no Stars because hes left my nails lost almost to the point of no return. Will I ever go . HELL NO, NOPE NOT EVEN IF THEY WHERE THE ONLY SHOP OPEN . A rush you in and rush you out shop

I have a regular nail tech who had to cancel me due to an emergency. I decided to try Alex Nails because it was close to home. NEVER AGAIN! My pedicure was ok but the nails ( I got a full set) were horrible. Big and Bulky like that didn’t belong on my small hands. I hated them so bad that I immediately went to another place and paid an additional $45 to have them redone. Save yourself some money and just elsewhere.

I get my nails short and natural looking but there where people finishing up there that where longer, very colorful, and beautifully done. The wait was a bit long but the service was very good. This is now my permanent nail spot.

I’ve been coming here for years, but today is my last day. Not only are my nails uneven and inconsistent the nail tech was basically tryna do my nails how she wanted to. If i didn’t really want a pedicure and felt like doing it myself i would’ve. If it’s not extremely busy, then it’ll be your nails not coming out how you want them which is bs especially for the price you pay. They’ll definitely try to over charge you if you let them, just go somewhere else. There’s plenty of talented nail techs on Instagram!

First time going and omg im HAPPY. Mr. Alex himself did my nail. I felt right at home. It was bery clean. Now the wait time was long but tge service was worth it

If you dont pay attention to the price they will over charge you. I wanted sculpted toe nails and a manicure. They would not give me the service amd did a piss poor job on my hands and feet.

Im really disappointed in my after look of my nails...U got gel polish because that’s all they were offering with the pandemic. Not wanting your nails to dry! However if i paid for gel polish i expect my ish to shine and look nice! This mess here is lumpy and the looks scraped up and with strikes on them. Like wth I HATE RO COMPLAIN and normally i wouldn’t write a review but enough is a enough i always patronize them and my nails are always MESSED UP!! IdcWho i go to in there the polish neat, the shapes or i have to deal with defaulted gel polish. I will not RECOMMEND!

Fast service if you go early

Alex and Lee are great. However the Asian female stylist closest to the pedicure station is BEYOND rude. She messed my nails up by doing what she wanted to instead of what I asked. Then when I asked her to correct them she talked about me to her coworker the entire time without any discretion. I wouldn’t give her another cent if my life depended on it.

I freaking love this place. I love si might be spelling his name wrong but he the only one that touch my nails and I been going to them for almost two years. I just started to get my brows done by Alex wife and OMG she did so great. Yall female know how it be trying find someone to do your brows just right not to thine and lopsided .it be the struggle . One day I went in cause I trusted si with mii hands and I was like why not try to see if I can trust them with my eye brows. My eye brows are thick and wild so when I got out that chair I damn neared cried . I was so in love with eye brows that was just right . I would promote everyone to come here. The staff is nice and do great work for good price

Today was my first time at this nail salon. I simply love it. I will not go anywhere elseMindy (Alexs wife) is friendly, fast, professional and very good with fill in & designs. The prices are the best! Check them out, you wont be disappointed.

I must like pain by having frequented there.I chose loyalty, while the owners shows me no love. Why are they in such of a hurry. Just messy.

I have been a customer since I was 6 andIm in my late 20s now. Alex and the rest of the crew are family and have always gotten the job done. As expected like most shops you have their ways but they are advancing with the changing trends in nail care. Pricing is average.I really love it there expect to get a good laugh while there from the staff they are hilarious. Its you normal everyday nail spot andI would recommend it to anyone!

Alex and Sae really do great work! Gel nails are done perfectly by them. Pedicures are also good. I highly recommend them. Because they are good expect to wait especially Fri&Sat.

They overcharge their customers. I spent $97 in here 2 weeks ago for a full set, eyebrows and pedicure (gel)... today I return for a FILL IN and I’m told by the lady who does eyebrows and works booth 10 that my total would be $83. I will never come back here or support anyone who scams their customers. In no world is a fill in and pedicure $83. (I was not even getting my brows done this time.)

I have been going to this place for years and this time I have had the worst experience. I went to go get a nail fixed and told them that it was supposed to be gel and she instead gave me regular polish which made my nails look a mess. They all have a very nasty attitude especially when answering the phone.

I wasnt satisfied point blank. Were are our black entrepreneur at, step up yall. If I had that gift I would.

It is not what it used to be. Prices have doubled. And the lady that did my hands and feet hurt me on both ends. She knew she hurt me and tried to act like it didnt happen. To top it off my nails only lasted 4 days. They were ugly to begin with. Im over it. Not going back.

Will never go back here ever again my lashes didn’t last a week and my gel from my nail started coming off with in a week the lady who did my lashes was rude and it didn’t even look like i had lashes on cause she cut them down to be really short it was a waste of $108 never again! A good place to go is lux on greenmount i was trying to give them a chance but never again

My nails were sloppy and the lady who did them caught an attitude when I mentioned it to her about them and she told me it’s the color and length I picked 🙄 I’m very unsatisfied and won’t be returning ever again !

I’ve been going to this Salon for almost 3 years now. Staff and the owner know me by name. Amazing prices and the work is extremely extrordenary (if I spelled that right) friendly and hard working staff! I spend my money here faithfully

Probably the best pedicure I have ever received. However, mu massage chair didnt have a massager, the lady was konid of rough, and I HATE that they pass the card fees (for using debit/credit) onto the customer, which is why I left no tip. I also felt like my massage at the end couldve been longer and more in depth.Make sure to bring cash here!

Went in yesterday for lashes and a full set firstly no one asked me what I was there for or what I was getting. Say there for a while then asked how long would it be for lashes and was.told by Alex (Oh I dont think have time for lashes) whole damn time the lady is doing someones eyebrows..then did another persons brow yea dont think Ill be goin back there again.

I went and got my nail done last Monday I hated them but I paid and tipped the man had to do two of my nails over cause the lady did a rush job now this week I hav to go get two nails fixed and a color change smh never again will I go here
