We are so pleased with our experience at Nail Care & Spa. We were originally booked at a different salon, which had to cancel because of a power outage, so Nail Care & Spa took us at the last minute. They were extremely accommodating and kind and made sure to give us the full, not rushed experienced, despite our last minute arrival and later evening appointment. We will recommend and return in the future!

All I can say is my feet feel better than theyve ever felt coming from a salon! They went the extra distance. The staff is very friendly and the establishment is very clean and brightly lit with huge Windows looking outside toward the water and Boots. They also validate parking which I thought was awesome!

Ive been going here since about November after trying a few other places around Baltimore. Ive never stepped foot into another nail salon since. The staff and owner here are amazing. I always get the perfect dip manicure that is not too thick and looks extremely natural. My nails have never looked better. Everyone is also extremely friendly and professional. Definitely pay them a visit for your mani/pedi needs.

I went to this Salon for the first time a couple of weeks ago with a girlfriend of mine and I was truly happy and satisfied with my nails. Lee was the Nail technician that did my manicure and I loved the designs that was done on my nails. I only said that I liked line designs and she did her thing. I have already made my next appointment and will be going here from this point forward.

I have been getting my nails done here for a few years now, and love it. They open earlier than most other places, take American Express & have a loyalty program. They have plenty of choices for pedicures, and are very talented w/nails & toes.Best place in the Canton/Fells area!

Its not easy to put your trust any just any nail salon. Im blown out of the water with the quality of the salon, quality of work, and kindness of the staff. And all at standard pricing. May want to make an appointment but I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. It is just a great atmosphere to be in, glad to finally have found a salon I love in Baltimore. 😍

Nail Care and Spa has consistently done a wonderful job on my nails. They have a great selection of colors and fair prices. The nail techs are friendly and they listen when you explain what you want. There is plenty of parking and they provide parking validation. I am very picky when it comes to getting my nails done and when I go here I always leave happy with how my nails look!

Nail Care & Spa is hands down the best nail salon I’ve been to in the Baltimore area. The salon has taken the appropriate measures to ensure it is CDC compliant in light of COVID. Delmy is an absolute nail QUEEN. She has taken the time to get to know me, my shape and color preferences, and is an overall wonderful person! I’ve been getting acrylics done for 15 years and have never taken the time to write a review- but for this salon, it’s a must! 10/10 recommend.

Staff was so nice and friendly, my nails turned out perfectly - exactly the length I asked for, and they didnt mind switching the color when I didnt like the first one I chose. For $35 for a gel manicure, the price cant be beat either. Ill definitely be back.

Delmy works really well! I asked how she comes up with the nail designs and she said people usually show her what they want and as long as she has the materials she can do it. I started going to Nail Care & Spa when my old salon closed and I couldn’t be happier! The facility is clean and COVID compliant, the nail techs always do a great job, and my manicure lasts a solid 3 weeks. Prices are on par/slightly below average for the area. Definitely recommend!

I love this Nail Salon! Lynn is always gracious and professional with all the customers. Lee does my nails and she is punctual and fantastic!! My nails were soft and split when I first came here. They are now strong and beautiful. I do the dip and they are NOT thick but natural looking! Treat yourself to this saloon and enjoy a pedicure or manicure while enjoying the bright atmosphere!

Showed Lee a picture of a designed gel I wanted, and she nailed it. She didnt use a drill, and I was all done in less than 30 mins. Was pleased!

Just had my 2nd visit on Thursday evening, my 1st was Christmas eve morning I was overdue like a month, I was taken right away. I am always nervous going to a new place, wondering how my nails will be done and if I will be happy with them and if I did request squared if actually file them as such.Kenny took great care of my nails!! I am so pleased, he is gentle and very meticulous my nails look beautiful and square just as I asked,, shop is clean, convenient location close to where I live in Brewers Hill and the parking is great I dont have to find a spot on the street somewhere. My mom and I always come here for Lynn and Lee. It’s by far the best nail salon in Canton that I’ve been to and they always are so good with taking care of us... they also have a good validation with parking if we ever needed it for visitors. I highly recommend this place

This was my first experience at a nail salon after the start of the pandemic. The spa was extremely clean and all of the social distancing protocols were being followed. Everyone from techs to customers wore their mask the entire time and they had plexiglass shields at each nail station skipping rows. Overall, I felt extremely comfortable with my experience. I had a pedicure and gel manicure with Linh and she did an amazing job! Got me in and out quickly since I had to get back to my kids, but it did not feel rushed. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a safe place to have their nails and toes done.

This is by far the best salon in Canton. I always see Lee or Lynn and they are honestly the best. My manicure is always meticulous, and I am extremely satisfied every time. The salon is absolutely immaculate and the staff is great.They are located right by bo brooks and they validate parking too (which is huge!) I have been going here for almost a year, and I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

I have always had a great experience at this nail salon. The place is clean, staff is super nice and professional, and I feel super relaxed whenever I go! Bonus is that they will validate your parking afterwards which is great considering parking isnt always free in this area of town.

I will never come back here again my nail literally broke the next day & Lynn the owner was talking smack to a customer about me like i wasn’t right there like she’s bold I’ll never return to them again like ever worse experience i was uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend the only person who seemed like she cared was the lady that did my feet & she was rushing her she’s very mean.

Pretty much the worst pedicure experience I’ve had. I stopped in here because we were in the area and needed to kill about half an hour and the reviews looked decent. (I really don’t understand the positive reviews for this place.) There is an older male technician there who has no idea what he’s doing. I’m pretty tolerant of pain but the way he trimmed my cuticles was just plain sadistic. There really shouldn’t be very hard PULLING with the cuticle trimmer. I told him that it was causing me some pain and to please not cut my cuticles (or nails). But then he moved on to my other foot and proceeded to painfully pull at the skin surrounding my toenail yet again. When he cut my nails (after I told him not to), he did it improperly so now the edges of my big toenail are digging into my skin. Really uncomfortable.

I go every 2 weeks. Faithfully I go to one person only. Of course I had to weed thru everyone before picking one person work I really liked. To stick with. This place is worth the 20 minute drive. The foot spa packages are amazing they really tend to you.

Lee is the best. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner is also great. I would 100% recommend this place for nails.

First time at this nail salon. Came here because my nail tech Lee moved to this salon from where she use to work. I love this salon really nice and relaxing compared to the nail salon Lee use to work at. Really nice and clean and peaceful. Plus Lee is the best nail tech. She is really a nice person and does a great job on you nails and feet.

My nails came out amazing and the staff was so nice and the little dog is so cute! My only issue is that they told me a price when I walked in and then when I went to pay it almost doubled. The nail tech decided to do some extra cuticle work which was fine and I’m appreciative but had it known it would’ve doubled my price I wouldn’t have taken it. I don’t appreciate that she did more than what I asked and the charged me for it, again great work BUT DONT SNEAK EXTRA COST IN THEIR WITHOUT TELLING THE CUSTOMER THAT’S UNFAIR

This place is the best!! And I have been a lot of places. Very clean, high level of service and they remember who you are. I have increased my frequency because I enjoy going so much. My feet thank you! Linh the owner is fabulous!

We were looking for a decent nail salon to get a pedicure at. We were greeted upon entry and was taken care of the whole time. Amazing customer service and the $46 pedicure was worth every penny. Will defineitly return.

It took me a long time to find a nail salon that I enjoyed coming to. I have been going to Nail Care and Spa in Canton for over 6 years and I continue to come back because of the excellent service from Linh and the rest of her staff. I have brought my family and friends there and they now go there as regulars. If you are looking for a nail place in the Baltimore area you should definitely check out Nail Care and Spa.

I absolutely love this place. You know how you’re always looking for the perfect nail place? Well I honestly think I found the one and Im never switching! The location is great and the staff is wonderful and always welcoming. Everytime I get my nails done they always come out great and im always obsessed. 💞

Horrible experience! Went for a pedicure, spent $50 on the 4 step one, says lasts 50 minutes, but then again, Im thankful it didnt. The nail tech was very fast, hurt me when clipping my nails, but that was nothing. She was so rough on my legs that I now have a large lump on my lower leg near my foot that Ive been icing and hoping doesnt need medical attention. I give it 2 stars because my friend had a much better nail technician who didnt feel the need to purposely inflict pain on someone. I will never go back, unless I do have to seek medical attention.

The suppose to be the top... Undated stuff no other nail shop have... Lied... My daughter and neice nails are peeled two days late and its the suppose to be the top best jell polish lied.... My nail not even a week crack and nails uneven and polish half way never again smh... But the place is very niceeeee.... Mans are doing ur nails not women I prefer a women.. I guess the men at this place women do the feet... Looking for another nail salon.... I just knew this was the place looking at the reviews wronggggg

I had a very mehhh experience here. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure and wasnt super excited about either.First, I made an appointment and arrived on time and still had to wait almost 30 mins before a technician was available. It was a Sunday, which is a popular day and I was told that it was busier than normal, so I wasnt crazy annoyed, but it wasnt great.I had picked out my gel color when I got there and they said they could paint my toes the same color, but it just wouldnt be gel. My toes are not the same shade as my finger nails, they are both pink, but my toes are wayyy lighter than my finger nails. Its not a huge deal, but I would have just painted my toes a completely different color if i couldnt get them to match exactly. I was just annoyed that they said it would be the same color when it definitely wasnt.Then, I asked the nail technician if she could make my nails rounded in shape, and she said it would be $5. I agreed to this because I really like my nails that shape, but it seems kind of ridiculous to me to charge $5 to shape my nails especially because Ive never been charged for that at other salons. My cuticles were not done very well either and my nails were also just not painted that well. She went very quickly and the gel doesnt even cover my entire nail. Its not horrible, but its really not great.Lastly, it did bother me that you cant leave a tip on your credit card and if you want to leave a tip you have to do it in cash. This is just annoying because I never carry cash and I didnt know this before going to the salon so I had to buy something at 7-11 and get cash back to tip. Was a bit annoying.I will probably try this salon again because it has other good reviews so maybe it just wasnt a good first impression.

Delmy is especially skilled with acrylic nail design: the most intricate, exquisite, and beautiful art work one could imagine. She creates and recreates the impossible. I’m always stunned, amazed, impressed, and always taken away by her work. Never disappointed even when I come in, with my mind not made up. I used to salon hop bc never felt perfectly satisfied with the end result or the customer service and so on. But this salon, in Canton, will cater to your specific needs and wants and more. Thank you Delmy, for being MY specific nail spa artist. Thanks Lynn for everything and for maintaining a 5-star spa and salon; honestly the best one there is in Baltimore. Love them!!!!

Summary: The nail technicians and the manager of the store were extremely rude and dismissive with seemingly no knowledge about customer service. Avoid this establishment. There are many other wonderful nail salons in canton.Details: I showed up with my mother for a pedi. My mothers pedi was started immediately, they asked me to wait for the nail technician next in line. After 15 minutes (during which 5 free nail technicians were standing around talking/laughing/staring at me, and no one tried to tell me what was going on), one of the nail technicians came and started doing my pedi. Then halfway through (another nail technician had walked in with coffee who I assume was the one who was supposed to do my nails), he stopped doing my nails. And they left me waiting again for 10 minutes. At this point, I asked what was going on as this seemed extremely rude. They said that the technician next in line needed to finish my nails, however she was in the back drinking her coffee. I told them that this did not make sense and that I would not like anyone to finish my pedi. I asked to speak to the manager, and they said okay but simply ignored me (and began talking and laughing in the native tongue). Once my mother was done, I went to pay for the services, and asked to speak to the manager again. She had been sitting in front of me all along. She then began to apologize profusely. The dismissive way in which I was treated and the lack of caring for the customer, having someone wait 25 minutes when there are multiple nail technicians who could simply switch spots with the one who had stepped out of the store and she could have done the next customer, and the starting and stopping of services are all things which I have never experienced. I can only assume they just do not care about their customers, which is a terrible way to run a business. I will not return and I will tell everyone I know not to as well.

I was hoping for a good experience especially with the location but was very wrong! It started with the tech cutting my toe until it was bleeding then overcharged me for filing my nails. Horrible experience and I wont be going back. If youre looking for a clean nail salon this is not the one.
