I have been here several times with incredible service from all of the employees. They always offer for me to come back in and to have my manicure fixed for free if needed, but I’ve never had a single chip! They are also very patient and detail-oriented. There was an incredibly unreasonable and verbally threatening customer there today at the same time as me, and the staff remained respectful and attentive despite that customer’s aggressive behavior. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone, and will continue to go back myself.

Hmmm dont get me started the one lady there Dont have customer service skills. She was talking about me in there language. All because I had to go back today due to my nails being chip. The polish chip and the young guy that sits at the first table was really sweet when I told him what happen. I would only recommend the guys not the ladys..

I love this place it is so clean they are so nice and professional! I love the way Kim does my nails sharp neat clean cut nails! Theres a guy who did my pedicure he was so gentle and took his time! Its located in a nice quiet area! I wish there was better parking but that has nothing to do with th the salon itself

Gave me an infection in my toe from digging in my cuticles way too hard! They took 4+ hours to finish me and my sister’s nails and feet. We were the last ones to leave the shop while having an appointment! I will NEVER come here again. I’ve had to get a prescription for the toe infection Ive gotten and it’s still persisting. So disappointed.

Tam, the young man who did my nails, did an amazing job. He was professional and polite. I got the deluxe manicure, so the scrub and mask felt great on this nurses hands.

The only advice I have for you, make sure you make an appointment! I had to learn the hard way. It was my 1st time there, but Ill go back!!!! She did a great job on my nails and they were very nice. I gave 4 stars because of the wait(about an hour).

They really know what they are doing with nails, your feet, eyebrows and lashes. I was given a glass of wine because I had to wait. My daughter and I both go see Tina... it’s like visiting with an old friend each time we go. She slays our nails every time!

We love this place! I bring my daughter every 2 weeks for a manicure and pedicure. The staff is amazing and our nails always look great. They have the biggest selection of colors I have ever seen.

This was my first time going to Harbor Nails and I was really happy with my experience! The nail technician who did my nails (I believe his name was Dee) was awesome. Super thorough, detail oriented and I could tell he wanted me to be happy with how they turned out. Everyone there seemed friendly and very personable. I will definitely be going back!

DO NOT COME HERE. I went today and in the middle of my nails being done, I realized the ALL OF THE other workers had their masks off. I have never felt more uncomfortable, I wanted to leave the second I could. The place was SO small and one worker who did not have a mask on was often 2 feet away from me. The lady who did my nails had her mask on and she was nice. Everyone else made me so uncomfortable. The place also did not seem very clean. I got my eyebrows done and I didnt even go in a waxing room, she gave me a dirty pillow to lean back on and she did it in my chair. At the end, I went to pay and I said I had my credit card, they said I needed to use CashApp. Keep in mind, this lady was a foot away from me without a mask on talking ton me. I wanted to get out of there so quickly that I sent them money on Venmo. They said I needed to pay everything (not just tip) on an app...basically so they do not have to pay taxes. REALLY SKETCHY. I got a 10% off coupon from the website an hour before I went. I showed her and the lady said I couldnt use it. After insisting that I got it from the website, she said she would give me the discount.If I get COVID, it is 100% because of this place.

It was my first time going to Harbor Nails. The staff is friendly and professional. The nail technician did a really good job. We were talking most of the time. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. I will be back there soon. They offer many different services.

I’m from New York, I’m a licensed cosmetologist, I am picky! I am always hesitant to find new places, I LOVE my pedicures, and I love how Tam does my nails, my nails last 3 weeks, as a hair-colorist this is a HUGE deal. My expectations have been exceeded and I am happy to recommend Harbor Nails.

This place is a hidden jewel. The service is always impeccable and the owner/operator is a pure sweetheart. The prices are inexpensive for a pedi/gel fill in.

There are a lot of nail salons in Fed Hill!!!What sets this spot apart is not only the sleek design & use of space but the welcoming staff! Tina & Kathy will scoop you right up, offer you a cozy spot & something to drink... they will then show you all the great nail colors they have to offer & tell you about the new 200 colors that are on their way into the store! They are very friendly! And if you like to chat at all(I always find it nice to exchange a little with someone scraping dead skin off of my body- I think its just polite) they are totally happy to chat with you. I find that refreshing & rare in a nail salon- in my experience!I am a return customer! And I highly reccommend them to anyone looking for a professional, relaxing, refreshing nail salon experience!Love these Ladies!

I came here to get my nails done after spontaneously checking for the nail salons in the area. I was seen by a young male tech, which I regretfully did not get his name, but he was amazing - I got the best gel mani of my life. He was quick, detailed, and painted perfectly right to the edge of my nail bed. The finish lasted weeks, and I could not have been happier. So I visited again later, and started off with a different male tech. As he started, I noticed that there was a paper towel already there that was clearly used on a previous client, as there were transparent cuticle clippings on the napkin (eww). I asked him to change it, and he did. After the prep was completed, a female nail tech entered the salon, with her son and an older girl, and he said that she would take over and finish. I think her name was Tina. She was friendly, but perhaps distracted, as her son was very active. She clipped my skin several times while trimming my cuticles, and on the second hand, she even removed 2 entire cuticles. I was horrified! The end result looked good, but my hands hurt for a few days from the overtrimming. The finish chipped early in areas, and it wasnt as long lasting as my first gel mani. Even worse, I went from pain and burning around my cuticles to a possible bone infection on 1 finger. To this day (a couple months later), the joint in my finger hurts a lot. I am afraid of what I will be told when I go to get this checked out by my doctor, and what the treatment will be. This was one of the fingers that had the entire cuticle removed, which leaves the nail susceptible to bacteria entering in and making its way down to areas that are normally protected. I hope that Tina will learn to pay more attention, and not feel the need to over-trim cuticles ever again. A great looking nail is not worth the possible complications. Now I am left with the end result.

Great place and good people but like any and all nails spas you have to know what you want and how much it cost in advance and save your receipt and remember what you had done so the price doesnt change.

Tina is INCREDIBLE! I got the best spa pedicure and stiletto ombré nails of MY LIFE for my birthday last week. People stop me in the street and ask where I get my nails done! Highly highly recommended. And go in the daytime if you can 🖤

Nice employees and fair prices. They stayed open late to finish our nails. The only thing I didnt like was that they use the same pumice stone and files on everyones nails. Didnt seem the most hygienic.

I chose the $40 pedicure and it was worth it. I came on a recommendation from a coworker and I’m glad I did. They spent 30 min just on the foot massage. Very friendly workers and street parking

My experience here has been nothing less than shocking and heartbreaking. When asking for a female hygienist, the Asian man, who from other reviews you’ll see is clearly inept, started yelling and calling me a ‘Muslim’. I politely told him not to speak that way only for him to tell me ‘ do you know what a magnet is’ when asked about what he added to the water. So I walked out quietly and the other staff came chasing after me. I didn’t answer but to my horror he started yelling ‘she’s leaving because she is a Muslim’. I should clarify that I am not a Muslim but that means nothing. What is shameful is that this person who is clearly not from here himself has the audacity to scream and yell at a customer using racially insensitive language. We were interrupted by a Caucasian woman who claimed she worked for the federal government, was extremely high strung, and had no role to play in this discussion that only continued because the staff kept pulling me back into the salon. I will not bother to elaborate her attempts at escalating what would have ended immediately by hatefully and racially motivated comments, saying ‘ you should get out’ and who immediately backed down when I asked her for her identification. More than anything, I was shocked to see relief on both their faces when I told him I was not a Muslim, but ashamed at them for speaking about other people like that. If you are sensitive to other races and cultures and the discrimination they may be facing, apart from the ineptitude seen in this place, I urge you to look for another nail salon. There are plenty in the Federal Hill/inner harbor area that are wonderfully warm and provide excellent service. Shame on you Harbor nails, shame on you.And sadly we have the videos of their shocking behavior

New spot on Fort Ave, pricing is standard and service is really good. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure before the 4th of July holiday and both still look great. Many places in the area I find my gel manicure peels or chips within a week so Im pleasantly surprised at how well its staying.

Tina was wonderful. The salon was clean. She paid so much attention to detail and made sure I got what I wanted. A personal and relaxing experience.

I got a full set .. same day nails broke (they were very thin) and my finger was in so much pain I ended up taking the nail off my self and seeing I had fungus under my nail .WHICH I HAVE NEVER HAD OR EXPERIENCED BEFORE . I get my nails done all the time and just decided to try this place but I wouldn’t recommend

I love this place!! Its the only nail salon Ive been to since moving to Baltimore two years ago. Its incredibly affordable, an easy walk from where I live, and has a very cozy row house atmosphere. Ive never had to wait more than ten minutes (as a walk in), and the mani/pedis and eyebrow waxes have only been perfect. They also have multiple TVs throughout which are usually showing HGTV or Food Network. Cant say enough good things!

Hands down the worst manicure I have ever had. A gentleman did it and it took 2 hours for a dip manicure. He never cut my cuticles and then began to once the powder was set. He made 3 of my cuticles bleed. I had to ask him several times to stop because he was hurting me. My cuticles are still so sore and red (3 days later) I will never go back and will be sure to let my friends know to steer clear. So sad since its so close to my house.
