I did something to my car that could have led to some very serious lasting affects to my brakes. After taking my car to the dealership for service on the matter, the issue was still there but less severe. I made an appointment with Brake Check, they had inspected the issue, broke it down to me, and had given me several options with each price. They had explained what they would do and it was not costly. I have used them in the past to replace my brakes and have used them today as they have always been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They kept me informed throughout servicing my car. If you live in the Central Texas area and need an alignment go here. $70 alignment? $100 will get you 3 years unlimited alignments. Insane. That beats all prices in town. And the guys were quick. Insanely quick. Very professional also. Did I mention this place is Insane? It is but in the best way. Definitely making this my spot for brakes and alignments.

The employees are very kind, patient, and do their best. I overheard one of them helping another customer who insisted their friend scheduled a visit later that day. They will do their best to quickly solve a problem. It is a quick convenient option for an oil change I would recommend to anyone, especially if you hate having to go get it done like me!

Was quoted an hour wait but they finished and had me back on the road in 30 minutes exactly. They always take care of me and I appreciate the care. They even pulled me aside one day to let me know I had a nail in my tire. I really do appreciate them.

We came in 1 hour before closing. Bad idea. The food was cold, the chicken not crispy, it tasted old. I think why I normally dont go to Olive garden is because...the salad and soup are OK, but I am not a fan of their pasta. Its the only thing they gor and a lot of cheese. Cheese us a cheap filler and all the pasta tomato sauces taste the same. Talking about boxing

My rear brakes sounded and felt like they were completely gone and falling apart. I fully expected an entire brake job. After they inspected my vehicle, i was informed that the problem wasn’t my brakes, but a caliper that had lost a bolt. They could have put new brakes on the vehicle and I never would have known better. However, they were 100% honest with me, and they even replaced the lost bolt and no cost to me. Highly recommended.

So happy i went to brake check. I went right a hour or so before work and still made it on time. I had router and front brakes done. Took almost a hour for my car. I had to wait at least 30 mins before then others in front of me. Wait time is to crazy.

Called in the morning to check availability of service and Nick reassured me they could get to my vehicle today. Pulled up at 3:45 and was promptly greeted by a technician. Told the issue I was having and with in 20 min had the vehicle on the lift, tire off, and problem verified and reccomendations made. Part arrived installed and fixed 100%. Best service I have ever had at a repair facility. Could not be happier, will definitely come back should I ever need to. AWESOME PEOPLE AND EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL COVER UP/ DENY OBVIOUS MISTAKESI took my car there to use my lifetime alignment and the kid they had working my alignment was sloppy and careless with the steering wheel alignment tool and chipped my $800+ carbon fiber steering wheelI brought this to the managers attention and he said that I should have warned them that it was carbon fiber, as if it wasn’t obvious! As if it’s ok to treat to treat peoples things any kind of way UNLESS they warn youHe told me to email them photos of the damage and an invoice of the part to be replaced and said he might respond within a weekAfter this is saw him and the employee who damaged my car laughing together in the backAbsolutely unacceptable behavior AND I expect to be compensated

I use this place regularly for brakes oil change and alignment I loved it . Im to the point of stopping and taking my business elsewhere. I have been here to have my car inspected due to a vibration in my wheel and clacking noise made it clear to the mechanics plenty only to be told over and over nothing wrong this breaks the trust I have had for this place .Something is truly wrong with my car and cant get no help here they in and out you fast which is great but to ignore my main complaint is ridiculous gonna try once more with this company lets see how this will go Ill be back to update.

Went with coupon in hand told him thats what I wanted when I came back for car the price went from 19.99 to 81.00. He said I asked for more expensive oil which I did not he then said he was taking car to the back to change to a different oil and had it back in 2 minutes. Next day my car was over heating and I realized the jerk unplugged my water took most of it so it would overheat. NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!

What a rip off. Was told to come in for an appointment and 4 hours later left with the rear brakes only done at 5x the quoted price. I do not recommend and will not be back

Went the other day to get an alignment, and had made an appointment earlier the same day for 4PM. I got there around 3:40PM and didn’t get my vehicle in until 4:30, after waiting for 30 mins for the alignment the guy went to “test drive” my car & took it a totally different way then they normally take cars. After I left, the car was still pulling to one side of the road.

The team was able to get me into the shop with no issues. I was consulted on my issue and given professional advice. Matt was the tech that I dealt with during my visit. It was easy to drop off and pick up my vehicle during the entire process. I recommend this organization. This was my very first time using them and I was pleased. I will return for any brake work or other services provided.

I recently went to brake check to get a oil change and diognostic.(check engine light on)Asked if they can do the brake inspection and see if they can pinpoint a location of a small leak I have near the oil filter, the worker agreed to get it done so I waited until I was called back via text for my vehicle.During checkout I got the paper they give you and all it says was oil change nothing else was done so I said whatever and leftToday I notice oil in my driveway so I crawl under my truck and notice oil dripping from the filter they never tightened the filter in !!!! A simple task failed and didn’t live up to the inspection either I’m very disappointed don’t know how much oil I lost but I would have to say quite a bit. Soo future customers BEWARE you might want to double check some of there work!

So no one has ever taught me about car maintenance. One of the gentlemen took his time to show me in my car handbook where to find my oil type and explained to me the differences . He also signed me up for the regards program which saves you 50% on all future oil changes . Definitely am grateful especially after having a bad experience with a car shop already . I will definitely be doing all of my car maintenance with them .

Brought my car in for my rear brakes making noise. They told me new hardware would fix the issue. So I purchased new rear brake caliper hardware and rear parking brake shoes hardware. I asked them if the noise went away they said yes. So I drove off with it and it still makes the same noise. They didnt fix the issue and lied to me about fixing the issue.

Only giving 1 star for the manager getting me in near the end of the day. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I asked for a printout of the before and after the alignment after it was completed. One wasnt shown nor did they have it. Next they gentleman that performed the alignment said everything was off but it was corrected except for the caster because it was maxed out. That is understandable considering my vehicle has aftermarket parts and is lower then stock. I paid for the 1 time alignment and left. Truck pulled to the right slightly, no big deal. This morning I left for work, vehicle pulled to the right more then yesterday and when braking it pulled hard left. When leaving work it got worse including the pulling it also shifted when turning. When I got home I checked my suspension and found that the driver side upper control arms bolts were loose, nuts can be removed with my fingers. I check the passenger side. It seemed tight but decided to check with a torque wrench. Passenger side was about 40ish ft lbs on both cam bolt nuts. OEM spec is 140 ft lbs. I understand that it was near closing time though when I arrived around 5:45 to pick my vehicle up there was another vehicle on the alignment lift. It isnt right that the cam bolts were not even close to being torqued to spec. I ended up having to tighten them myself. I would rather not go back up there for you to fix. If the bolts were to come out while driving, poeple including myself could have been hurt. I want a refund/my money back. Thank you.

I went in, without an appointment, for an alignment after getting new tires put on my truck and the Manager Mat and his crew took care of me in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process. I was getting noise from brakes, thought it was the wear indicators so I took my vehicle to Brake Check was told the brakes would make noise because they were halfway wornSo I had to either deal with the noise or get lifetime pads for 69.99 plus tax, I chose the latter. No more squeals and an alignment is on the horizon.
