Nasty attitudes been a loyal customer for almost 10 years I had nails on all my fingers before I got there. My nail tech told me she wasn’t doing my nails any more because I was having a bad day. Then told me not come and get my service done own is rude I will never come back here again

They listen to your needs, they customers like trash. Then they would charge u more u ask them to modify anything

They had availability on short notice but they tried to give me a rush service because Im a male but they were happy to clean my nails up more once I requested them to.

I like this place but when I went the last timeKevin did my nails and after 1 week it looked like i needed a fill in really bad. Within two weeks 2 nails popped off. I took them all off no problem and was so glad my regular nail shop opened back up. Sad to say I won’t be going back here.

Very good customer service

I have nothing bad to say. Pedicure, manicure and waxing was perfect. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this place and plan on going back in the near future.

This salon is the reason I no longer get my nails done . After being a faithful customer here for almost 3 years I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so wrongly as a paying customer. After my nail beds were cut to the point that they bled 3 different times on three different occasions back to back . I felt as though I was being attacked . This area is riddled with junkies. If I were to have gotten infected by anything I’d sue . I honestly wish there had been some kind of legal action I could take at that moment . I have reported this business to the BBB. You are not entitled to my money .

I finally thought I found a good Nail salon in Baltimore but I guess not. I was over -charged and then they didn’t even do my nails right. The men that work there are amazing but the two females that usually greet everyone are highly rude and disrespectful.... if I could if them zero stars I would be pounding that button right now!!!! I’ve been here four times and today makes it my fifth visit and last visit. They just lost 5 clients ... smh.

Tee is the greatest nail tech. She takes her time and you are pampered to the fullest. They are very friendly and reasonably priced.

I love this place. I have been going to getting my mani, pedi here for years. Only downside is if you want handpainted designs you may have to go somewhere else.

Usually my go to shop, but the last time I was the second person there sat am, they told me they ain’t have no one do my feet cuz they had prom ppl, whom wasn’t even there yet, but yet they don’t take appointments, I never get in so I go Saturdays and this time it was a joke ! Hire more ppl !!!

Its hard to rate. Only because the asians was rude, nasty and ignored there customers. But 1 american girl that work there was pleasant n new what she qaa doing. I had no trouble with her n she does good nails she would get 5 stars but everything else i would only gice 1 star cuz its clean in there

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The owner and her husband all of them have bad attitudes. You have to wait forever because they refuse to hire new people. There all in there slaving to death doing half jobs not worth it, not coming back .

He messed up my names, they’re oddly shaped not the same . The woman is better with nails.

It’s Saturday and I’m the second person to arrive and they take some one before me that walks in the door. Very rude will not come here again! I’m leaving out the door after wasting 25 minutes. Ugh!
