A lot of speaking in there own language. One didnt understand English. The lady who did my nails stopped in the middle of doing my nails to do someones eye brows. Nails look good.

Horrible place got my nails done on the 3rd. On the 7th one broke off the 9th the other broke off. Lazy workers Horrible place in from up north i know nails!!!! And this is bad

Too crowded..My gel polish bubbled the next day.My nails were cracking and it appeared that I needed a fill in less than a week later

Called to ask for fill in price they said $35 on the phone but when they were half way done my nails i was told it was $40 and their excuse was because i hadlong nails. all i got was a FILL IN and color change

Id pay 35 for the pedi if u did a 35 job then to say i always pay that amount was very unprofessional especially if u didnt do a 35 foot job i expect my feet and habds to be soft and ash free like when i came in there not sure if that beautician is still there and if she is i wont be entering their establishment

Been here a couple times and their work was ok..my nails never seem to make it to 2 weeks without at least one falling off no matter where i go. However, last night i went and got a basic $20pedi and when i checked my bank account they took $25 and i had left a $2 tip!! I understand sometimes there is a communication barrier and she mightve misunderstood me but if she did that on purpose that is just WRONG. I wont be coming back here

I only use number 9. She does a great job. On my nails and she takes her time doing your feet.

They got it going on down there they do a great job on my feet its a must on your to do list

I just broke down and got a pedicure after several months of protest...this is the best pedicure I have ever had!!😁...This girl with a short haircut and a sporty style treated me like a queen lol. I got a regular pedicure, because I do maintain my feet at home. The massage chairs had those hard rollers just like I like it. She let me sit in the massage chair until my toes dried.😅She did a whole other pedicure ..thats how long I sat there..AND she didnt ask me for a payment like they usually do as soon as your done. Im in Waverly shopping center btw. Right around the way....and she got that ingrown out.

My nails only lasted three days and my feet lasted two weeks..

New experience including happy hour with wine and specials on spa treatmemts. I always have great customer service. And the prices are pretty good.

I love Sam!!!!!! everyone there is perfect. You can get everything done and relax. Sam, she is the best Eyebrow archer in Baltimore. I dont let anyone else touch my eyebrows unless its Sam, She has the gifted touch. She also does medis and pedis. I love Lee, I dont often get my nails and toes done, (due to work and my feet are pretty already) but when I do, Lee does them. She too has a gifted touch.

The yelling lady and the ignorant son. I go because they do good work and are never crowded, I guess it is because she yells and he is ignorant.

Went in for a mani and pedi and was told to have a seat at the bowl in the back. The bowl was FILTHY! I assumed they would be cleaning it before I was asked to put my feet in it so I sat sideways in the chair and waited.Just looking around the store there was trash on the floor near the station, dirty towels behind the pedicure chairs and the chairs themselves looked like they had not been wiped let alone disinfected in quite some time. Not to mention it was 10:30 in the morning! There could not have been that many people there yet so that means no one cleaned up last night before they left. No freakin way! I stood up and left.

DO NOT go here very rude and unprofessional!!! Did my pedicure in 10 mins and complained about giving me 3 coats WORST nails salon I been to.

This might be the worst nail place i have ever been to. ...i have polish all over my hands which he tried to remove after lamp with acetone dumped all over my skin until it turned white and didnt remove it. no base coat. and he claimed he couldnt do a french or angled tip with gel.complete failalso 18$ for just a polish change.

Bad service, nail tach mess your nails up and even cut a lady eyebrows off trying to wax. Never come to this nail shop.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I have NEVER HAD MORE THAN ONE NAIL BREAK IN LESS THAN A WEEK, but I go here and have already broke 3 . When we went to get the first one fixed after it broke a day after, THE MANAGER, kept saying he was going to charge me 3$ Even though it was clear as day he made my nails WAY TO THIN . I broke them doing everyday things, I HAVE NEVER BEEN THIS DISAPPOINTED With NAIL SERVICE EVER AND IVE BEEN GETTING My NAILS DONE FOR A LONG TIME NOW.And worst thing is he charged me 40$ for a terrible SERVICENEVER GO HERE !!!!!!!
