First they lied about being able to do a design then use regular nail polish after I said gel then attempted to do it and it looked like chicken scratch. This was the worst experience Ive ever had in my life. I dont recommend this salon to my worst enemy

I like the way they do lashes, but with one person you can image what the wait time is like... I be done grew some by the time they get to me.

Hate to promote but Kim is banging out some great Mani-pedis folks... Shes very responsive and does a great job...take from a brother whos been in the military using my hands, 18 years if weather beaten hands and feet as a letter carrier, and now fighting fires... Shes got my hands and feet looking and and as she says (how they feel??) Feeling great...

Okay so I’m not usually one to write reviews but I just HAD to. I went here simply for lashes. I called before coming to inquire and they said I was unable to make an appointment, they only take walk-ins - okay fine.I walk in and was never informed to sign in. Also, the area is not good for parking and I got hit on by creeps just walking from my car to the salon (after parallel parking - which I’m horrible at, but of course that’s my personal issue.I finally realize to sign in after seeing other people do it. No one greets you when you walk in, they all just look at you or ignore you. Also there are multiple signs in bold “no kids, must pay before service” plastered a million times on the door, front desk and walls. Which is fine too, but definitely not relaxing or the type of vibe I’m used to at nail salons.After waiting for an hour and a half (which has nothing to do with me not signing in), Amy finally does my lashes. But not before she barely greets me, says nothing about the wait, and has an attitude as if IM bothering her! She complains the whole time doing my lashes and even made a comment about how I write my signature ...really? I still tipped her and was polite because that’s how I was raised but I do NOT recommend this place. If you’re a regular customer they’re nicer to you, but a new face? DO NOT GO. Also I just pulled the lashes off after two days because they were SO PAINFUL.100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The did such a great job giving me a fill in on my nails, and also my eyebrows. i wouldnt go to anyone else, because they made me feel so welcome and the did a exellent job on everything i was suprised....

Love this nail shop, they do a great job. Pedicures aren’t expensive as they don’t do the hot stones like some shops, but that’s ok because the price is still worth it. They rub your legs toes everything. Always a great experience❤️

I had been coming to Amys for yrs with no issues until now, but what stopped me from returning was even though I was signed in ppl were still going head of me that came in AFTER me. So I walked out and havent been back since. Also FYI for ppl that may not know. There is a park lot on the side of Amys where you can park with no issues&dont have to pay😉. Ive since found another shop that I got to and they take appointments.

I love Amy’s they are the best ... Been coming here for a while now ?!! Nancy is my girl but Amy and her husband are great too !!! I get the works !?? I come every 2 weeks faithfully ... If you’ve had a bad experience I think you should let Amy know, because she will handle it, promptly !!! But, they were open for 2 weeks now they are closed again ??? What happened ???

I have visited this location twice; both times without an appointment. The first visit was for dip nails; I was up sold to ombre. The outcome was pretty. The second visit was to soak them off. Three different people handled the soak off. Be prepared to pay for limited parking on the street. Apparently, the regular customers get superb service based on the previous ratings. No new love for new faces. They are not the type to greet customers on arrival. I cant say I would be in a hurry to return, if at all.

The experience is always pleasant when I go there. 🙂

My five stars are real! I love this place. Been coming here for so many years! A few of the Nail Technicians know my name. Which is special to me! Great hospitality. Never had a bad experience going there. All the Nail Technicians are very talented. Tim have been doing my nails for years he’s normally the one I go to when I get my nails done, Amy is also Amazing when it comes to Eyebrows, eyelashes and nails. 💋

I trust this nail salon with my nails and more importantly my eye brows. Everyone is excellent but Nancy is exceptional. They are very popular so there may be a wait for a technician but always well worth it.

They rush you in rush you out. I asked for gel nails with manicure. I did not get the manicure. When I asked at the end if I was charged for it, she literally dabbed a lil oil on my cuticles, squirted lotion in my hands and said have a nice day and walked in the back. This is the 2nd time Ive had a bad experience, the only reason I even went back for another chance was because its at the end of my street. I will not make the same mistake 3 times. Btw they make you pay with tip and all on credit card before their done or she wouldnt have gotten a $7 tip.

I had to change my rating. I used to give this location a good review. But I noticed a few times, and it just happened to me, they will allow people to sign in for themselves and then also sign in for family members. Or say for instance I was sitting there for almost 45 minutes and a girl came in and apparently she was there earlier this morning so they took her before they took me and Ive seen them do that before. I just thought it was maybe a mistake or a one-time thing but thats how they operate and its too many nail places to get into argument over that with the vendor or the customer. I left. I would not recommend this location. They do you have enough people and enough equipment but if thats how they want to operate by providing bad customer service, no thank you.

Horrible... if i could give them a negative rating I would.First when I asked for a french manicure with white tips the lady seemed upset that she would have to go to another table to get them...then she did not use the correct size on my nails putting a pinky nail on an index finger (which I asked her to remove) then the nails were not applied straight they were crooked. Then the acrylic was in clumps. when I requested it be smoothed out she also had an attitude. Lastly the clear polish had several air bubbles in it...the french manicure looked like a 4 yr old had bought the home acrylic set and just stuck different size nails on.... I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

Theyre okay. Just a basic nail salon. They dont do anything extra other than any other usual nail salon. Cant complain about prices either.

Will never go there again what’s the point of having the book to sign in if you going to let people come in who signed then left and come back will never come there again i waiting for about 15 mins ! And they told me it would be a 15 min wait for lashes never coming here again and never got my lashes done after fussing with a customer over her signing in earlier but wasn’t there when i got there
