Mimi is ok...I been going to Mimis for over 15 yrs. But Im tired of my nails coming off the next day or my gel polish coming off. So I decided to try another shop. And I must say they r really good. I was hungry and Lexington market was closed she gave me a lil muffin. Then when I was getting my nails done I guess he heard me say Im hungry and he gave me some of their kinda cookies...needless to say I smashed the cake and cookies.

I wish we had one where I live. I havent been to this place for years. Im so glad I went back because they upgraded everything and the young girl with the glasses ( idk her name) is amazing. I will definitely be going every too weeks. The only thing I hate is the location and the waiting process. The price is good compare to where I was going.

Never been until today and Love it!!! I was so indecisive about my nail color but they were so patient with me and Im always messing up my nails too but they did a great job of making sure my Polish was dry before I got up I love that. I got in and out.

I have been going here for over 10 yrs and never had an issue. Of course being smack dab in the heart of one of the worst open air drug markets in Baltimore is nerve wracking at times. But the service is good, they are usually very accommodating and they try to move as quickly as they can. MIA IS THE BOMB!

I didnt have a good experience at Mimis. I wasnt greeted when I entered the shop. I sat and waited only to have them take someone who came in after me before me. When I asked when would I be waited on they acted as if I was annoying them. I got my eye brows done and a pedicure. The people rushed both services. I dont think Ill be coming back.

Unprofessional fungus on my nails

Pedicure was poor no attention to detail. Cut my cuticles several times. No apology. The polish was applied poorly as wellPrice gouging indecisiveness on price the man that completed my service was constantly talking to coworkers about people in the salon.DO NOT GO THERE .!!!

You know your in the hood when services must be paid upfront.... And being located in the heart of Lexington Market... If that dosent bother you your nails are in safe hands

You get what you pay for. The gentleman did a decent job on my nails. You have to pay them prior to having your services done. I guess its the environment that theyre located in. It is a small and busy shop. But it was clean.

I have been getting my nails done 4 years and I had the most awful experience at Mimis Nails on Eutaw Street. They first of all are awful they had everything everywhere it was completely unsanitary. But the main thing was they didnt file my nails down they took my money grabbed it out of my hand they didnt even file my nails down and you know how everyone supposed to wash their hands after everythings all filed she told me not to wash my hands and proceeded to paint over the dust from from filing my nails it was awful do not go there if you want to be smart and spend your money on a nice nail job go somewhere else my nails are all so sharp on the end and I have to get my friend to buff them out then nail polish she did one coat and didnt even put a topcoat theyre disgusting there their whole outfit of people there is discussing I asked the manager they were all running around laughing of course speaking about us in a different language and the last woman to talk to me and my friend said youre done save yourself a trip do not go Mimis on Eutaw Street if I was younger I probably would have ripped the place to shreds I was treated like garbage.

Went on a weeknight around 6pm and left an hour later with a basic mani/pedi. Only $28. They take their time and the nail tech even suggested a different nail color which looked better than what I originally picked. As long as the polish stays, I will definitely be going back! :)

Terriable service here ...they told me only one person was allowed to touch me. And do my services like i was some kind of animal or property...i used to love them but over time they have gotten worst. You call and set up an appointment and get a quote and when you get there its something totally different. I would NEVER reccommend this place to anyone .....TERRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very simply - just don’t. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Constant interruptions with people coming in and out trying to hustle socks, cd, jewelry, everything and anything. One person even came in selling his singing “ literally” stood in the middle of the room singing loudly for $5.00. Very poor work quality. Very rushed work with multiple repeated stops while servicing to leave and do “something”. Did my nail polish while standing up talking to someone the whole time. Then walked away and told me to do the gel curing. Took my nails off the very next day, they were so bad. Tried this establishment as it was convient for work. This place should be filmed and the video showed in business classes as an exemplar of inappropriate work culture & customer service gone very wrong.

Nail tech was very nonchalant about not having the simplest colors. Nails were cut down unevenly. My nails were supposed to be a French manicure..it was so badly done. Filing was subpar. Never EVER will I go back there again. If I could take that one star away...I would

Was told they did not do designs, so why then are all these photos of extravagant designs popping up after a search??!!.They also allow people/hustlers/theives to walk right into the nail shop and solicit goods for budgeted prices;... Completely nonprofessional and ghetto ratchetness in its purest form Baltimore style! Hated the drug addicts parading back and forth, drug dealers hoarding about... Not safe for families/kids PERIOD!!!

Does great eyelashes, but the minute you walk in they are all on your back about paying and wont even start your work until you pay. then my polish came off my fingers in toes in the next 2 days

They do very good nails but Tiffany does the best brows and lashes now she gone. SMH

They were terrible. Everything started out fine, me and my friend were getting pedis. Then she finished first n started soakin off for a new set but it was like they just forgot about her completely! By the time my new set was getting acrylic applied to the 2nd hand I HAD to speak up about wat was taking too long! He started yelling at me and givin me a stink eye like I wasnt a customer. The woman who did my nails ended up doin my nails. A nail salon with NO NAIL TECHS and only eyebrow and design artists. PATHETIC! Never again. I dont even write Google reviews!!!!!

Okay Mimis can get a little crazy & a little crowded sometimes but tbh they have really good service the nail techs & designers are funny kind & they take there time. If you go there might be a wait but the quality is good & the prices are fair ☺️😁

Best place to get my brows and pedis

They do a really great job on nails but when i got a pedicure it wasnt the best the guy made little niks on my toes and thats not good especially since im a diabetic, i didnt like that but eyebrows an nails are great and the nails last me about 3 weeks at a time

I use to be satisfied when they had a young man named David working there he always did my nails right . I got my nails done Tuesday GEL nails and the paint is already chipping ! Plus she put the tips on crooked and I told her that before she put the acrylic on ! I should’ve just went to NINAS on the corner !
