They are very un professional. First they came and got my car and messed up my tires. Then I had 10 days to pay for the total of my car I paid in 8 days they went through my car and un hook my radio system took speakers and amp. All my credit cards my kid tablet and phone and my $100 that was in my car. Now they telling me I have to pay $50 bucks in 30 days to get my things back after I paid 4,000 for my car that included there fees as well. So my car was wipe clean of important stuff and they damage my car to where I need a Mechinac to drive my car. They are a bad company to deal with.

My car was repo and let me say this. People I understand hard time but good credit is hard to keep. The system is set up for you to fail. So you have to fight back. I use the system to get my car back. I owed 3 months with interest. First time in my life I was able to get my car out of repo. I spent over 3000 dollars in 7 days. I only had 50 dollars in my account. How?

Very horrible service. They mention on the website that they try to make it as painless as possible, but I received the total opposite of that. They rush you off the phone when speaking with them and they try their hardest not to hear you out. I was on the phone with them all day just be told my vehicle wasnt there and they didnt know where it was. When the whole time, if they would had took the time to listen and actually tried to help they would had seen my vehicle was actually in their possession. Have to drive to a whole different city now because when they finally discovered my vehicle was with them, they stated they were already closed and not open on weekends. Not willing to make exceptions based off of their mistakes and causes more pain to injury.

They searched through my car after they got all photos they initially needed. They got my car on Monday and went through everything during the weekend. I have video of before and after.
